I dnt recommend these apartments.. you will be over charged and will not have parking unless you pay even more money, and that is not even for covered parking..garages are over priced and trash velvet services are forced and not worth the money, cause you will have an additional charge from trash that appears on your bill as well.. my rent has not been the same amount sense I been here.. to you rent amount will not be the same every month. Hard to budget.. not a good experience on any level.. only thing I liked about the place were the ladies in the office.. they are greatness ..

I’ve been a resident at Emerson at Red Oak for almost two months now, and I’ve had a great experience so far. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, and the grounds are always clean and well-maintained. I absolutely love my unit no complaints at all at this point. It truly feels like home!

I am never one to write reviews but this deserves it. From the very beginning we had the worst experience and have given this place multiple chances, when we move in they changed our unit last minute via email and the day we moved in it had apparently been changed back, that’s not even the worst part it is a LONG story. Week later our A/C goes out, mind you we were the first tenants in this unit. The A/C went out a second time in March, and here we are in April a month later and the A/C is out again. I called the support line bc it is 80 degrees in our apartment but was told it’s not an emergency bc it’s not 85 degrees outside yet it is inside. Super upsetting no one has EVER made it right with us since the very beginning, never a courtesy half off NOTHING. By far the worst experience since moving in back in September, love the quietness and our neighbors but we will not be resigning our lease here.

The staff is nice and friendly, overall given it being a new property I had great expectations that I could make this place my home for a few years like I did my previous apartments I was at for 7 years. I only moved from them because this was a new property and I liked the amenities being offered. As I have stayed here, I've noticed the walls are too thin. I literally can hear simple conversations from neighbors. I can hear my upstairs neighbors A/C unit inside my apartment whenever they run it as if mines is on. I typically never use my unit and I initially thought mines was broken and never turning off but in fact it was just the neighbors that I hear, very annoying. I live on the corner of the building so when people litter their trash blows onto my yard and front door making it appear trashy. I have to get it up just to avoid looking like I'm the nasty one. I don't pay rent to be the grounds keeper. Overall I rate the apartments a 6/10 because there are some good things about the place and the events they hold but overall for me this would not be a repeat property.

When I first moved in I had an issue with bugs and ants! Still do but the property claimed that it is because the apartments are new which is not an excuse for the money I am paying. I stay on the first floor and the neighbors above me are too loud. I can hear almost everything they do which is very annoying! I am not enjoying my stay here at all. I should feel comfortable in my own home. When building the apartment building y’all should have made the walls a little more thicker to where I don’t hear hard footsteps nor my neighbors conversations all the time. So upsetting! The doors are too close together!

My living experience here has been nothing short of wonderful! The staff is great , my location is great! My apartment is beautiful and the pool is spectacular! The grounds are well lit at night and I love having my trash picked up at my door.
