Emerald Ridge Apartments

Been here for about 6 months and have had alot of cons over pros. Only reason we really only considered this place was because it was back in out old city after being in Stanton for a bit. The sections on the forefront of the entrance seem nice but once you get to the unseen back apartments it gets ugly. The northern west corner of the complex seems to be neglected the most by far. There is constantly trash everywhere and repairing is inconsistent especially with a "luxury apartment" label there seems to be many problems with the apartments themselves. Poor structure, piping and hygiene. Due to the poor structure of walls sounds seep through from everywhere. The apartment we are in had a nice tree and plant area but water leaked on through the wall and was an unseen problem with rotten wood for who knows how many years. They took about 2 weeks to come in and fix the issue. To this day the wall hasn't been fixed and now covered by a show storage box and an empty dirty pit remains right outside our apartment. So if you look forward to coming here try to ignore the back lot of apartments because it's just horrible. Every issue we had, had simple solutions but they tend to prolong and make it complicated. I'm a teenager and I saw simpler easier ways to fix all the problems that arose for us. And due to the corona virus there have been agreements from lowered rent pay which is great but bills in other departments have rose at the same time like trash and water, by almost hundreds of dollars. Trash is especially problematic here as the owner/owners can't seem to enforce a simple rule of not dumping whole furniture in the actual bin themselves. Overall 2 out of 5 for the reasons I explained. Place is split. If you're in the front near entrance you'll be treated great but in the back you're almost neglected due to the fact that no one can see that part of their "luxury apartments".

We moved in a week ago today and the staff here at the complex are wonderful and very friendly I love everything about the complex and I am happy to be able to call it home for me and my family including my 2 4 legged children to wonderful ace to call home and a good price for what you have

The apartment has nice space but the master is small for two people and pricey for what you get.

As a resident of Emerald Ridge Apartment Homes, my family and I couldn't be happier! Resting quietly in a residential neighborhood we are currently enjoying such luxuries; large 2&3 bedroom floor plans to choose from, including a magnificent loft, brand new hardwood flooring, front and back patios, clean pool and bubbly Jacuzzi. Onsite, well kept, laundry room/workout room, spacious underground parking with not one but TWO parking spaces per unit and most importantly pet friendly! Management is outstanding and really makes us feel like family. Landscape is impeccably clean and paradise-like, surrounded by tall palm trees and the greenest grasses. Emerald Ridge Apartment Homes are in the best location orange county has to offer, just steps away from the Garden Grove Civic Center, including the police station, public library, farmers market, garden grove high school, grocery stores,shopping center,Disneyland,tons of restaurants, and the all new Wolf Lodge indoor water park coming early 2016. Rent is affordable and well worth ensuring the happiness and security Emerald Ridge community has to offer.

I have been living here for almost a year and really love it. The complex is well kept, which is a breath of fresh air, neighbors are friendly and very respectful. I am in a two bedroom with a loft and it is spacious and absolutely love my vaulted ceilings. I honestly have nothing bad to say, I plan to be here for a long time and would recommend it to anyone.

I've lived a couple of places after moving to California from Ohio and Emerald Ridge is by far my favorite. The leasing office is amazingly friendly and helpful, the apartments are nice and provide pretty much everything and the best part is the parking. Parking is no joke in this area and the fact all four of our cars have parking spaces is truly the reason Emerald Ridge has won me over! Very glad I found this 'gem'!

Great office staff! Great maintenance staff! Great location! Clean, peaceful, good area! I would definitely recommend living here!

Great management staff. Awesome, reasonable pet policy. Great area. What's not to dislike. Oh, the noisy upstair neighbors and the sirens when the police or firefighters are called into action. Their station is just around the corner. But it's all good.

Pros: The layout of the 2 bedroom with loft is perfect- it has such a “home” feel. The office staff is accommodating. The parking situation works well- there are two spots for our apartment in the parking structure. There is additional parking for guests, and if that is full, there is typically something available on the street. The price is fair for the location and what is provided. Cons: I can hear my neighbor’s conversations as though they are inside my apartment due to lack of sound proofing. The apartment and fixtures itself are dated, but I see that they are updating some of the units.
