Property Ratings at 20308 Madison St.
The property is amazing and is well maintained. The on-site manager Cherri is great and kept constant communication with her tenants regarding any issues. The apartments are located in a very quiet and prime area in Torrance. I would definitely recommend these apartments.
Nice property but don't trust the manager. Beware of the property manager. Don't go by her words. Anytime she says anything get it in writing, otherwise she would always blame corporate and say "Sorry I am just the messenger."
Hello, I'm not even in yet, but I will be applying. Sherry was so helpful even went on line help self and walked with me on line giving me a tour of the apartment. Very knowledgeable, friendly & personable. I hope to get in this unit, its clean and looks very well kept. Thanks Sherry, I'm so excited. 5 *****
I have been living at Emerald Gardens for almost a year now with my wife and we have nothing but great things to say about our experience here. We were fortunate to move in after recent major renovations and have enjoyed the modern living style our home allows. The rooms are sleek and well maintained. The atmosphere here is also unique as there does not seem to be a lot of "hustle and bustle" about the place. Our neighbors all appear to be professionals and never once have we had to deal with a noise complaint or feelings of being unsafe. From past living experiences, feeling this comfortable in an apartment building is hard to find and I associate that with good screening of all tenant applicants by the apartment management. Speaking of management, this is the area where living at Emerald Gardens shines. From past living experiences, managers are very hit or miss, with most being usually to overwhelmed with the day to day operations of the place that when I present any "problems", it takes a while to get fixed or addressed. That is not the case at Emerald Gardens, where my wife and I are delighted to have the management experience of Cherri. Small issues arise now and again of course, and Cherri is always quick (if not immediate) to handle whatever it is and is extremely friendly besides. Having her here to run things is, in my opinion, why all the other facets of Emerald Gardens runs so smooth. So, having had the best apartment living year yet, my wife and I will undoubtedly re-new our lease for another year, and I couldn't be happier to do so. It was said is another review, but Emerald Gardens really is the hidden gem of Torrance. Thanks Cherri for all you do!
Emerald Garden is a hidden gem! Located in a really good neighborhood and is really quiet. There is a lot of street parking and is near Trader Joes! Cheri, the office manager have been such a great help throughout our application/moving process. She is also very accommodating and really made the process seamless for us. The property is very well kept, clean, and recently remodeled :) I would definitely recommend Emerald Gardens. We are really happy with the apartment, thanks for all your help Cheri!
