Emblem Oswego

We have had an overall positive experience living here. The only downside would be the lack of dog waste stations. We had one right by our apartment and it was taken away. I think if there were more on the property, it would fix the issue of dog waste being all over outside.

I absolutely love living at Emblem! The community is welcoming, the amenities are top-notch, and everything is so well-maintained. It truly feels like home—peaceful, safe, and stylish. I especially enjoy the convenience of the location and how friendly the neighbors and staff are. Every day here feels like a little retreat.

Great! Have no complaints so far everything has been nice although sometimes the lights are off at night near my parking lot but no other complaints

a great place to live and rest! both me and my boyfriend have high stress jobs so it is extremely nice to come home to quiet and rest after a long day!

The apartments are very clean and spacious. Staff is very friendly and whenever you need help with anything, they respond quickly. Overall amazing place to live!

This has been such an amazing place to call home! Everyone in the neighborhood is friendly, staff members are helpful and friendly. I see myself staying here for a while.

Attended the Rose & Cheese Pairing event and the charcuterie board of cheese and salamis was absolutely devine. The deserts and cupcakes were delicious, tasty and scrumptious. There was also wine and an assortment of other drinks to suite one's fancy. The company was very social and inviting. The Apartment Life coordintors did a marvelous job not only with the impressive spread but were also very interactive with their guests. All guests were greeted at the door and welcomed as well as shown around the impressive spread as to help themselves and indulge. I look forward to the next event.

It’s awesome apartment complex are clean neighbors are nice the club house is gorgeous with the pool , social lounge and gym it’s a good apartment!!

Very peaceful area with a beautiful view, clean environment also, and very quite when I have to work the following day for a peaceful sleep.

Awesome apartment to live in. Ambient air conditioning and the kitchen and bathroom are well equipped. Beside the pond makes it easy for the children to enjoy. Walking around the pool, tracks well equipped.Facilities are well available.

The location is convenient and overall the experience so far has been positive, with everything meeting expectations up to this point so far

As much as we pay, The parking is terrible I have to park 4 buildings away with everything (groceries),the neighbors are loud with music and Stomping,it says No smoking but there’s no cameras or any supervision for it and of course it still is…nothing is worse than coming home from a long day and can’t park at your residency but the apartment it’s self is Beautiful 10/10 love that’s it’s brand new.

Living here has been great! I have had zero issues with anything and it is very nice to live somewhere stress free. I love the calm environment!

Been living here for a year and just renewed my lease. This place is home and can’t see myself leave anytime soon. The staff is easy to work with and friendly.

Stay has been okay so far. Some of my packages have been stolen a few times. Overall, nice community. Building is nice on inside, nice place.

I love it here! Neighbors are very sweet and the environment at this household is fantastic! It’s more spacious from what I came from. The kitchen is the best part because it’s big enough to cook my meals! I surely enjoy living here.

So far all good, community is nice and people are too. If you are planning to settle down near Aurora or Naperville, give this place a shot too. Just a few miles away from happening places.

Moving into Emblem for our first apartment has been a dream! From the initial walk through to the application process to moving in felt smooth, not rushed, and staff has been extremely helpful!

Everything has been great just haven’t had the chance to see any neighbors too much. The community events definitely help and can’t wait to see what the summer brings!

We are seniors that were looking for a quiet & friendly community. We are so HAPPY here! Our 2 BR apartment has everything we were looking for. The garage is a bonus. PET friendly sealed the deal.

After living in several other states and renting an apartment in each (Utah, AZ, and SC) - Having moved back to IL and renting an apartment - This is my worse experience renting an apartment. Due to medical conditions I had to move back to IL for that is where my family is. I am currently looking into purchasing a mobile home for that is all I can afford at this time. I would rather live in a trailer park than here.

It’s nice and quiet with good neighbor. Gym is very nice and very few people go so it is not crowded all the time and there is usually water available at the gym and the bathrooms are very nice. The water is very nice and warm and the kitchen is very nice.

I love living here! Beautiful apartments and community! Very clean and spacious! I love all the event hosted by community members and the 24hr gym is definitely you need to take advantage of ! Best apartment i’ve lived in !!

Very good apartments in and around Oswego. Beautiful view and walking trails made your stay comfortable. Easy access to gas station and grocery stores.

I love it here so far!! It’s pretty peaceful and very spacious. I’m very excited and looking forward to the rest of the year to see how it is. Especially to try out the pool for the first time! Glad I moved here!

great location, newly modeled, great staff, spacious apartments. My feedback is for the apartment to have more amenities like sporty games and better insulated walls as the master bedroom is freezing.

I absolutely Love this place it’s beautiful very quiet. This place has an amazing team they take great care of the residents and building and are just so welcoming.

We have been living here for 5 month now and love it so far, Accept for minor issues like Amazon delivery they never can’t get this right because our packages have been dropped at different buildings, and key pad issues for the last few months not been resolved, however the staff has done everything possible and very proactive ongoing issues trying get them resolved soon as they can. We love our apartment and morning sunrises sunsets are the best good choice so far. Thank you Emblem

It has overall been everything I imagined. I can’t wait for the summer here! Leasing staff work so well with everyone and communicate great. The garbage people are the best and it’s a good area.

Apartment is brand new, maintained well and is very peaceful . Loved the place and the pond near by. Easy access to walmart and sams club. I would recommend this place to my friends

Super nice and helpful. If there is an issue they help fix it right away. Everyone is super nice and kind. Very happy with the experience so far.

Quick response to communications. Friendly answered questions . When we arrived we were greeted by the office staff. We were left alone pretty much while moving in. Would have liked to do a guided apt walk through but didn’t

Nice apartments to stay in. Ambience is good. Surrounded with beautiful views. Club house party with lots of food and fun. Felt good seeing everyone there and having fun.

I’ve been here for almost 8 months now and absolutely wonderful place to stay. Reasonable prices good access to all necessary places. If you’re looking for a place to lease in Oswego, do try visiting emblem.

So far I have had a great experience with living at Emblem for the past nine months. The only mix up I’ve had so far was a package delivery to the wrong building during the holiday season, and the staff was able to quickly help me out! Very happy with my choice of apartment.

Only good thing is ambience but there are some flaws like utility bill every month there is admin fee and not sure why we need to pay common areas power bill

Best community I have ever lived in. A place you can really call home. After living here you will not want to leave. Everyone I have met has been very kind and helpful. There is a sense of peace.
