Great apartments, good community! Staff and maintenance are exceptional! Parking sucks for your visitors. Overall experience is good! I would recommend to others!

Nice apartment, AC is great. Love the chargers for EVs wish non EVs didn’t park in them constantly though. Cute neighborhood. And neighbours seem cool

Move in was simple, place is clean with friendly residents. Nice and new utilities and great HVAC. Also SUPER FAST internet available which is great. Really enjoying my stay so far!

Emblem Gateway is very quiet, clean, and the apartments themselves are brand new and very nice. Lots of kitchen cabinet space. The gym and pool are nice amenities and never crowded. The apartments also feel very safe

Great expectations great experience.Overall Great community . I would stay here another few years also would love to see my kids grow here.love it

It’s been so far a great experience. The community is great, the communication between maintenance and tenants is fast and reliable. It’s everything you could ask for.

Love my new home, very calm, peaceful neighborhood. Only downside is the parking and the pool isnt heated but nonetheless i love living here

All the leasing office staff has been so helpful and friendly. Even when we encountered an issue with not having the right size apartment, they were understanding and tried their best to fix the issue.

My resident experience is very fresh of two days but everything so far looks really great, the office staff responds in a very quick manner. The property itself is clean. This apartment still feels as if I’m the first renter.

The area is awful so many car thefts and break ins security is only when they want. Cheap build and over priced. Management is responsive and Maitnance comes quick.

Nice units, neighborhood used to be good but now is noisy , some gun shoots here and there. , car breaking . Office people ok but they only believe what they want not what we share with them

Nice place to live and friendly people It’s super for me specially with the free charging for my EV, many shops, supermarkets and an amazing open air around, Love it

Amazing, i feel at peace and im so happy to call this place home! Only things stopping me from 5 stars is the parking situation and the pool isnt heated as promised.

Great but the neighbors downstairs play their music so loudly at 4am it’s hard to get a good nights sleep. Construction noise is also making it difficult to work from home

Wonderful time here I love the community. Definitely would consider moving back in the future once finances get more stable. Cost of living is just too high right now so unfortunately I have to move out.

Good location and the neighborhood is quiet not too far away from the denver international airport 10 minutes drive.the drain station and all the hotels.

We have loved living here, it is peaceful and quiet, and the amenities like the gym and pool are well kept and really nice to use. The staff are very helpful and available as well

Love it here so far! Everyone has been so kind and helpful. Cydney and Juana were so patient with me moving in and the maintenance people were fast and efficient.

Nice modern look in a quiet community with all amenities, can’t get better than that. Private living area with convenient access to stores and such with no long traveling for need and necessities. Plan on staying here for a long time!

Love the community, safe, clean, and friendly neighborhood, if you need anything they will help you out so soon that you don’t need to be waiting for it. I recommend 4 families to this community.

Apartment itself is nice. Parking by your apartment can be an issue sometimes people fail to clean up after pets but that’s typical. overall it’s a nice place to live.

The office staff is great, maintenance is great and responsive. She me neighbors are challenging, however, the office responds to concerns timely. I enjoy the events and happy to renew my lease.

The apartment was very nice in the beginning. With time, I come to notice it was not properly constructed. The doors have gaps, the walls seem to have been repainted and some of the paint has come off. The restroom light fixture needs better wiring as the light flickers randomly. There are always cars without a sticker parked in the resident parking. The community is quiet and the room set up isn’t bad. It’s actually nice.

Great location near train line. Maintenance always quick and helpful. The dog park is great, with plenty of other green spaces to walk dogs around.

So far the experience is great at emblem gateway . Fast response time from my leasing agent (Juana) . Good communication either through email or phone call .

The leasing office is very helpful and always available for questions. It is very quiet, great amenities (the gym is nice, and the pool is open year round) and very clean/new apartments with lots of storage

I love living at Emblem Gateway! The office staff is very efficient and friendly and always there to help when needed. the complex stays cleaned and maintains a good look at all times. and i love the amenities!!!!

The area quiet and there are food options around. Also, you’re roughly 30 minutes from everything. The main issue I had was the extra fees for the main area, trash, etc. were not explained properly regarding how it was to be billed. Also, the tenants above me are always making noises and haven’t stopped even though I complained to the leasing office. Overall, not a bad area but not the best. Pricing isn’t worth the living space either

Great brand new apartments. Parking need reinforce permit only. And needs security patrol in nights, cars break ins often and cars driving too fast at night through parking lot

It has been very nice, on our second lease, will hopefully sign a third. Location has been great for our work and the price is very nice as well. Staff is very friendly.

I love it here. Moving in was smooth. A little trouble with Internet because I don't choose CenturyLink as a provider. I really love that my packages always secure in the locker when delivered so do not have problems with people stealing my packages

Since step one, everything was so easy and i loved that ! Eveyone in the office is so nice and professional . I will recommend this place for ever !

Resigned the lease here, amazing deals! Also couldn’t leave, too obsessed with the events that are held here. She never seems to disappoint with her themes and amazing hosting skills

The community as whole is quiet most of the time. The manager on site is very helpful and has all of the information that you need. Maintenance is quick and reliable. Nice guys.

Moved in about a week ago & so far I enjoy living here! Office staff is very friendly and helpful, the community stays pretty clean as well!

The apartments are nice. Community not so much. Trash is always all over, nobody picks up after the animals. Parking is horrible. Broken down cars, expired tags almost no parking for actual residents.

My resident experience was great the community is nice and quite I absolutely love it . Everyone is nice and very friendly the only issue is finding a parking space .

Been here for 3 months now and I have zero complaints! No issues with any of the appliances or anything in the apartment at all. Would recommend

The apartments are really nice and I love the electric car chargers. Moving in was a bit difficult because of communication, but besides that, I love it!

It was beautiful and quiet. I love the neighbors because they are very attentive and nice also friendly. They maintain the neighborhood making sure no one is breaking rules. It was a beautiful experience to start off here with emblem gateway.

Love the front office, great maintenance people. Always their when we need them. Easy access to go around the location and also very clean.

I LOVE THE EMBLEM GATEWAY. MY BABIES AND I HAVE SO MUCH PEACE AND ITS SO MUCH BEAUTIFUL SCENERY. ALSO MY KIDS CANT GET OVER THE FACT THAT THE POOL IS YEAR ROUND. SO THANKFUL TO BE HERE. STAFF IS SO FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL

We have been living here almost a year and everything has been great. When small things have come up they all get taken care of ASAP. Love the community events that are held!

Just moved in and i’m loving it so far, not a lot of things wrong with the apartment the day of move in , if any. Great place for kids and animals as well

I love coming to the community events with my family! The atmosphere is always welcoming and we have such a blast! This last one was super fun! My daughter was obsessed with the cool games and treats provided! These events are what we look forward to!

We have attended all of the community events since we got here and I can’t tell you how much we appreciate the thought and effort that goes into them. They are always fun and welcoming. The hosts are always so nice and friendly. Thank you for the experiences you’ve given us!

Unit is great , brand new. We have noticed couple disturbances by neighbors. And also we have seen two neighbors cars with broken windows , you can tell some criminal activity going around. I have never seen the “ patrol cars “ driving around after hours like the property Mgnt said they do.

It’s been great so far since I moved in. Everyone in the community seem very nice and friendly. The staff here is also nice and wants to hel p out with anything that they can.
