Living in the community of Ozark is so great. We love how the town has everything we need, and a lot of it is walking distance from our Apartment. We live next to the highway but don't find it to be noisy at all. We are loving living here. Getting ready to start year ten!

These apartments are great! The manager, Desiree, is the best! She’s super friendly and responds quickly! The location is perfect being outside Springfield, but still close enough to get everywhere quickly. The apartment grounds are always well maintained and feel very safe with security available if you need them.

Embassy is a nice, quiet, and safe place to be. I love that it is right off of the highway which makes for quick travels!

We just renewed our fifth year lease here and couldn’t feel more at home. The staff is always so helpful, the building stays cleaned, and there is never any issues with our neighbors. It is a truly wonderful little community.

5 Stars – A Great Place to Call Home! I've been living at Embassy Apartments in Ozark, MO for some time now, and overall, it's been a really positive experience! One of the biggest advantages is the affordable pricing—it’s rare to find a place this reasonably priced while still being clean and well-maintained. The units are tidy and spacious, and it's clear that management takes pride in keeping them in good condition. The community itself is very quiet and peaceful, which I really appreciate. It’s the kind of place where you can come home and truly relax. The location is also fantastic—close to everything you need in Ozark, but tucked away enough to still feel private and calm. Of course, like anywhere, there are a few areas that could be improved. Work orders can sometimes take a bit longer than expected to be addressed, but the staff is always friendly and willing to help. Parking can be limited, especially in the evenings, so planning ahead is helpful. And while the stairwells occasionally need more frequent cleaning, it's a minor issue in the grand scheme of things. All in all, Embassy Apartments offers great value for the price, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet, affordable, and conveniently located place to live in Ozark.

I live at the Embassy Apartments in Ozark and I love it here! I just renewed for the third time and I look forward to another year living here. It's close to a nice grocery store and where I go to church so it nice to be able to walk to both places at times. The staff and management is great and quick to address any issues I might have. Definitely recommend checking them out

The wooten company has been great, i feel as though they meet all of your needs. Embassy apartments specifically, has been great to my little family. They are quick to take care of anything that needs to be done, or fixed. Our landlord is a busy woman, but gives it her all to make everybody comfortable and meet all needs. My family feels safe at The Embassy. Neighbors are friendly. And there's a pool, a play ground and a small gym all for a good price i feel. Great area too! Right off the highway and not a busy area, with walking distance fast food and grocery store! Can't beat that!

When we were on an apartment search, I honestly couldn't find a better deal. We're going into our 4th year now and haven't felt the need to look elsewhere!

This is definitely a great location to live. The pool is great and was opened early this year. It is also well maintained. I just renewed for my second year here. James river students no longer live here so the parking situation is definitely better than when I first moved in. Rent is reasonable and was not increased for me this year, so that’s a plus.

The rent is low, very pet friendly and not a crazy high pet deposit. Property management is amazing. The pool is one of my favorite parts, it's kept clean and property looks nice.

Very safe and quiet. They just put a new roof on one of the buildings and patched some of the parking lot. I don’t have one but I like seeing everyone else’s dogs

The location is great making us feel safe and away from traffic tucked behind other buildings, yet it is very quick to get on the highway. It is also very affordable compared to other apartments in the area.

The rent is very affordable for decent apartments that are pet friendly. The location is convenient and close to anything you may need. Maintenance is slow and doesn't always fix things correctly the first time. An online portal makes payments and requests easy.

We just booked our third year with them, and the process was so easy. Their portal is so easy to navigate, and I appreciate the little reminders. Can't wait for the pool to open, it's always clean and uncrowded.

I just signed my 8th lease with Embassy Apartments. They still meet my needs for highway access, shopping, food, and medical. It's still a quiet and friendly place to live.

We have lived in embassy for 3 years now and absolutely love it! We have never had a problem with anything really and if we have they are so quick to take care of it! It’s a safe and affordable place to live!

I've lived here since 2018 & noted the screen door didn't work on my walkthrough. I've put in various work orders throughout the years. I still do not have a screen door, they even recently marked a work order for the screen door from 2022 as complete. But it's pet friendly & the neighbors are nice.

The embassy apartments is a awesome place to live. The area is quiet, and peaceful. It is near a lot of restaurants. The pool area is nice. Rent is very reasonable. The only compliant we have is parking is hard to find. Other than that we enjoy living here. We just renewed our lease for year two.

Overall, I have found Embassy Apartments to be a decent place to live. The location is convenient. Ability to get on the main highway in order to get to my destination is quick and easy. When it comes to the layout of the apartment I like the space. It is open and comfortable. I would recommend Embassy, especially to those who are in need of a great location.

Embassy Apartments is located just off the highway with access to many great businesses. Office has been great to work with as well.

My husband and I really appreciate the convenience of location being right off the highway. It doesn't feel super tight when it comes to traffic most of the time. The parking lot turns can be a bit sudden when someone is coming towards you around the same turn. It is nice to be close to restaurants and coffee shops. My only suggestion for improvement would be on the cleanliness and maintenance prior to tenants moving in. Maybe we just had a fluke of an experience but since there are birds in the area, if you have rugs, make sure to vacuum often (bird mites are real). Some previous tenant before us must've had a pet because overtime, the rug and vents smelled occasionally of ammonia (stale urine). Be we have rugs and the rent is really decent. Just shampoo the rugs and vacuum. The view from our place is beautiful. We feel safe going out at night and just taking a walk around the church nearby. We really are grateful and having lived in the apartments for about a year now, I would recommend. Just be patient and don't be afraid to ask for help.

We have been living here for 5 years and it is a great place to live. It is the most affordable in the Ozark area with all the amenities that are included.

*This review is being written after being offered a discount on rent, however, I will still be completely honest in this review* I have lived at the Embassy Apartments for a year now and have just renewed my lease. Great location, quiet, and affordable pricing for what you get. The property manager can sometimes be difficult to get ahold of but she does her best with managing multiple properties (email is the best way to get a reply). If you put in for a fix in your apartment, be prepared to wait a while for it to be fixed as there are only a few maintenance people for the entire property. The included internet is alright as it tends to be quite spotty if you'll get stable speeds or not, but at least you don't have to pay for it. I haven't used the workout room here, but the pool is quite nice in the summers. I hope it will be open and functioning this season as the pool was not covered, drained, or cleaned before winter and has been sitting as a green swamp all season. Overall, I enjoy living at this location and would recommend it to someone who is a new renter or is renting on a budget.

Local restaurants and local grocer. Lamberts (The Home of the Throwed Rolls) is within walking distance. Right off highway 65 makes it perfect for travel to Branson!!!

The lawns are kept nice and tidy. The trash is picked up multiple times a week. It is very quiet and tucked away from the highway. I have just renewed my lease for another year! I recommend this complex if you are looking for an affordable apartment!

Embassy apartments offer a nice quiet and safe area to live just outside of Springfield. While still being close enough to everything in town

Fair rent, free gigabit internet, AND pet friendly! Been living here 1 year and no major complaints. If there's anything someone wants to do in Springfield but don't want to live in the city itself, this apartment next to the highway is very convenient!

I just renewed my lease for a 5th year!! My apartment is perfect for me and my daughters. It's a quiet complex that's close to everything. I like that they have employed a security company to help keep an eye on the property. I would definitely recommend living here!!

Have lived at Embassy for 3 years and love it. It is in a great location off highway 65, so you are not far from Springfield. There is also the convenience of having a Pricecutter grocery store just a 5 min walk away. For coffee lovers there is now a Mudhouse coffee, an awesome local company, across the highway.

I have lived here since 2020 and I absolutely love it here. Buildings are nice and they keep it up well. Staff is very friendly. Pool is great and my kid loves the playground. Also very close to different restaurants and church.

The community has a lot of amenities and is in a great location. I love this place! The office staff is outstanding. Desiree (manager) and her team go out of their way to make living here pleasant! Love the home that I've made in my apartment at Embassy! The location is great. The rent is reasonable. Neighbors are quiet and considerate. There are occasionally issues with the garbage, I will say. Overall, it's a great place to live!
