Property Ratings at Elston Point
I feel very safe here. Close to stores, restaurants, bus stop right up front. Very close to downtown area, but has country background feel. Everyone I have met here have been very nice. Whenever I had a problem maintenance was quick to arrive and repair problem.
Rent constantly went up with no major improvements. Service requests were put in for several years with multiple reminders but never were completed.
