Location is good! All staff are nice. Only issue is noice coming from my neighbors who likes to have parties a lot. My packages are always safe. I can easily reach everyone.

It’s only my first week living here, however; I can say that I’m enjoying it so far. Everyone is very pleasant and helpful. The amenities are A1. Sadly I’ve been so busy working but I’ll enjoy them soon.

The building and amenities are the most beautiful in Buckhead and the true definition of luxury living. The best part of the experience is Edwin and the girls at concierge, to Amber and Abby in the leasing office, all the way to Anton in maintenance and the security team are all top notch. Yes we have the best rooftop hot tub in the city with sweeping 360 degree views but it’s the people that make the experience unforgettable.

I appreciate the high end amenities and the increased customer relations between tenants and staff. An added bonus is having such a professional and caring concierge staff. Instead of moving, we renewed our lease. That's says a lot!

I love living at Elora. From the apartment interior, to the lovely and friendly staff downstairs. They keep the place clean with cleaners consistently on the floors. They also just painted the walls to freshen them up this last week. All these details make living at Elora amazing.

Just moved in and everyone has been great, from Amber to Abby, to the maintenance team. The apartment is beautiful and the facilities such as the gym/movie room/game room are so much better than my last apartment.

From day one it wasn’t a nice experience due to my unit not being move in ready and my place still a little damaged because maintenance still hasn’t provided he items. It’s good we have a new property manager I’m wondering what he will do to change up everything .

Car was broken in on day 1! Over feel of residence is beautiful though. Employees here are amazing and full of help. Located off Main Street so a lot of noise outside.

Amazing atmosphere, feels safe due to security, helpful and kind staff, easy to feel at home! Plus, the amenities are amazing. There’s a rooftop pool, with a pantry area to keep your drinks cold when it’s hot, plus a place to grill with consideration for big groups!

Not happy about the lack of repairs when necessary. No one seams to care about fixing things or attending to problems . I wish that maintenance and staff would fix the hot tub and have tvs accessible when needed , and their is an annoying humming noise above my unit. I have complained about but no one seems to want to address or fix it because they dont have to listen to it all day and all night while trying to rest .

We appreciate you letting us know about your concerns and assure you that our team works diligently to address the needs of the building. Unfortunately, the previous management group did not keep up with routine maintenance on the hot tub, and it subsequently caused some heavy wear an d damage to the motor. We replaced the motor a few months ago, but another component is causing a complication with a heating mechanism. Due to the repair cost, we are in the process of bidding out said repairs, but have certainly not forgotten about it. Our general manager is looking forward to speaking with you today and addressing any other concerns that you may have.
So far so good! I’ve recently moved in and the staff and maintenance crew are simply amazing! The feel, the energy and excitement of living here has me very pleased.

Beautiful building filled with beautiful people. Absolutely love it here. The staff are super nice and very helpful. The amenities are top tier and location is perfect.

My apartment is very nice with a good view. And amenities are pretty nice. Despite some issues I mostly pretty satisfied with my experience

Great place to live extra viewers of the city clean atmosphere amenities are excellent I would recommend this building to anyone looking for somewhere to stay the staff is great management is great also

I love Elora at Buckhead. From the friendliest staff to the amazing residents, I wouldn't want to call another place home outside of Elora. It's the perfect location for shopping, catching the train, and excellent restaurants to enhance my taste buds!!

Great place and well maintained. Everything the apartment complex has to offer has been great they really try to make most of your lease and give back as much as they can by providing nice amenities and fast services when in need

I was resident and left the complex a week ago. Its been a horrible experience. The only good thing is the view. Horrible management (you literally can’t imagine how rude they are), none of the amenities they charge for are functional the jacuzzi was broken, the water is ice cold, theatre room is out of service so many times, cant rent the spa room, literally have to work around the concierge’s convenience to get your packages, service elevator is unavailable even after reservations, water cutoffs for more than 4 times in a year without ANY notice and list goes on. They charge for every bit of service they don’t provide and penalty for smallest of items without any consideration of their worst service.

I had high hopes for Icon when I moved in a year ago. Unfortunately, It has failed to meet any of my expectations. The best way to describe the building is it's broken. You can expect crime, water shutdowns for up to multiple days, elevators out of service, grills and pool/hottub not working. The communication around these from building management is poor. The quality of residents and their guests has continued to decline as well. Suggest asking a few residents coming out of the building what they think before renting.
I could put a long detailed review but can boil it down as follows. You can expect periodic shootings, hood parties on rooftop and pool areas, break ins of cars, pot smell in hallways, garbage left all over the building, shut off of water up to several days, loud parties in units, elevators not working, common area items like grills, pool, whirlpool not functioning for weeks at a time. I feel sorry for potential renters being shown the building by leasing staff. They have no idea what they are in for. Side note for person responding to comments that we take your experience seriously. These comments have gone on for over a year on multiple review sites so clearly not the case. As for wanting to speak to me directly about the above. You have already spoke to me directly about them along with many current residents. No need to repeat ourselves, you are already aware.

Today marks the fourth time this year that we haven't had running water, due to leaks. There is ABSOLUTELY NO NOTICE when this happens. At this point, it feels a bit like PTSD, when I go to turn on my water, I have a true fear that there will be no water again. This is NOT a luxury building. NOT. It may have started out that way, way it is just NOT.

We have had a horrible experience living here because of the staff. They have no idea how to help anyone or do their job. No issues are handles properly. There is also mold.
