It’s cool living here just over priced for the apartments meaning they are very small and need to be updated/renovated. The laundry rooms need to be updated (not the machines) need more machine due to 3-4 buildings sharing one laundry room and cleaned weekly.

The community here is very closely knit and the staff are very kind. There may be the occasional noise from Glen Ellyn road due to the frequency of emergency vehicles passing. Other than that, pretty solid community of neighbors that look out for each other

Pretty chill, nothing too bad for the price! They solve any issues early in the day so you don’t have to wait all day to get it fixed. Also I like the upgrade to the washing machines.

Great area, great amenities, and clean. Got some new neighbors & their guests that arent as ideal as the ones I started with when I first moved in, but you can only control so much. Overall, a great place to live for 1-2 people.

I’m moving out in a few weeks and I’m stressed about it. I signed the papers but the office “lost” my original notice of leaving. Now I’m being charged for the full month rent even though I’m moving. It’s kinda of a mess.

Been here for a short amount of time. I like it so far. Close to my child’s school and not too far from grocery stores. The maintenance people are very nice

Excelentes apartamento muy bien pintados y la cocina está en muy buenas condiciones las habitaciones son amplias y la sala tsmbn es bastante amplia

Haven’t had any issues with my neighbors or maintenance, the office staff is usually pretty nice. My neighbors are aren’t loud at night which is greatly appreciated

I've been here almost 17 years, and I LOVE it here! I have all I need and want. I have access to the major names in the commerce world around here...we are not too close to Chicago, but close enough to go there and meet friends, attend events, and be back home in good time. And you can say the same about visiting the surrounding suburbs. Very well positioned and located, strategically speaking. Just right!

Is out a 4.5 if it would let me. I’ve met people and have made some life long friends here. I know a lot of acquaintances and other dog owners and lovers which makes it great for my dog as well. This makes life great here.

Not had a great experience. Definitely glad to be moving out. Things always breaking and never getting fixed. Office people were not friendly.

Me gusta mucho vivir en este vesindario y también el equipo de ellyn crossing apartment muy amables con su atención a nosotros como sus renteros, espero seguir viviendo muchos años y espero que no suban mucho la renta porque muchos dueños de apartamentos se aprovechan de los renteros y suben la renta demasiado caro y por esa razón muchas personas están viviendo en la calle por no poder pagar la renta, por ahora estoy contento de vivir en Ellyn crossing apartment y espero que nos traten como su familia y no suban la renta demasiado caro y esa es mi opinión.

Improving on communication. The turnout of people attending community events is less than 10-20 people in a community of 3000 and should be reevaluated for improving the amenities and quality of living. Issues with kids in the morning kicking and knocking on people's doors as a "silly prank".

Quiet and always well maintained. Maintenance always does a great job! Safe area and very pet friendly. Rent is fairly low considering it’s one of the few complexes where you can have dogs over 35 pounds.

I love living here. It has close parking spaces, friendly neighbors and quite at night! its a great community that is pet friendly and hosts events.

I appreciate all of the different options for paying rent, love the rewards system and pool, and I like the size of the community as well! The courtyard is great for watching dogs! Overall a wonderful living experience.

Hello, I am very happy to live in these apartments. The community is excellent, no noise, utilities are in good condition, neighbors are friendly. I like that the green areas are clean, its buildings are clean and organized. Everything is in perfect condition. If what you are looking for is a quiet place, Ellyn Crossing is for you.

Fun affordable place to live. My daughter loves the activities they have at the leasing office on holidays and just some they have randomly. The pool is lovely in summer time and it’s close to stores and the school(:

The best thing for me is the location, because it is very close to my daughter's school. The apartment is nice small but comfortable. It's a quiet neighborhood so far.
