I love living here and just renewed my lease. It's quiet and my apartment is nice. Yes, the pools have been closed and yes, the fitness center has been closed. Hope they are open soon. I don't even want a gate - people are just going to follow people in.

My experience at Elliot Bay Meadows has been absolutely horrible. To start my significant other and I had to delay our move in date because the “renovations” were not finished. They moved our move in date 3 weeks later! Upon entering the apartment 3 weeks later it looked like no renovations ever took place. We filled out our form stating damages at move in but also requested some of them to be repaired immediately due to safety and health. The damages included: a leak in our air conditioning unit causing our AC to work twice as hard, mold and water in our AC unit, very deep recessions in the flooring all over the apartment, leaks, water damage and mold under both our kitchen sink and our bathroom sink, mold in corners of ceilings, peeling in the bathtub, and faucet and handles coming out from the wall of our shower. The stairs and railing leading to our apartment are loose and the wood is cracking. As we had placed maintenance orders they continued to put bandaids over things like the mold under our sink, failed to fix the leak and now have yet to respond to our concerns. On top of all of the maintenance issues we also have contacted the leasing office multiple times about receiving our mail keys and after 2 months still have not received them and cant access our mail. We tried very hard to be patient but they have gone out of their way to suspend and cancel our maintenance orders while the problems have not been fixed. Our air conditioning continues to spike when the weather warms up leaving our apartment temp in the upper 80’s. We havent even been here for 3 months yet and we have had no resolution to any of the damages, the leasing office has been ignoring our requests that are honestly simple repairs. The treatment we have received has been absolutely disgusting and appalling, the lack of care for residents is absolutely ridiculous. DO NOT MOVE HERE they do not care about their residents request, well being, or money being spent on the apartments. Update: Moved out and nothing was ever fixed. Sadly, you decide to comment on my review but fail to reply to over 30+ emails, phone calls, and I keep getting blown off or turned the other way when I visit in person. Absolutely ridiculous how you handle management.

Moved in a few weeks ago. A couple small hiccups during that process, but overall its been great. Any issues with the process or the apartment have been corrected in a timely manner. The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is convenient and property is well maintained.

I was scheduled to move in July 2022, they postponed my move in date twice. Fortunately I took a look at the complex. It's in terrible condition. Does not look like any of the pictures posted, they are heavily edited. Management is terrible. I beg you to live anywhere else besides here. If I could give 0 stars or less I would.

After living here for a couple days, we noticed that the sinks were leaking, the toilet didn’t flush as the string inside was held together by paper clips, the washer and dryer were not the ones they showed us in their tour, the shower feels like you’re being sprayed by a fire hose, the rooms and closets are humid and damp, the water heater is held together with duct tape, and the tub is peeling. It took them about a month to get us the new washer and dryer and again, we are still waiting for the visa gift card and for someone to come reglaze the tub. Right now, we have a two-bedroom two bathroom, and are only able to shower in one bathroom. It’s ridiculous. We truly and honestly wish we would have picked ANY other apartment complex because this living experience has been horrible.

I’ve lived here for almost 10 years and while overall, my experience has been pleasant, it truly is dependent on management and their level of community involvement and compassion. At times, my biggest issues have only been solved by a negative online review. Most recently, I discovered an animal in my chimney about an hour after the office closed. I called and left a message for the on-call person. I understood that the creature wouldn’t be removed after hours, but I wanted to know that my apartment was secure. Their response was absolutely nothing. It’s not their problem. It’s a pest control issue. They couldn’t even give me an answer for what to do if the animal got into my apartment in the middle of the night. Thankfully, I have a great neighbor who checked to make sure my flue was completely closed so I had peace of mind that my apartment was secure. With very little knowledge of how to actually work a fireplace, I didn’t know what to look for when checking the flue and didn’t want to experiment with checking the inside of the fireplace when I could easily end up with an animal falling on my head if I did the wrong thing. It’s incredibly disappointing that keeping apartments secure in ALL ways is not a priority. Yes, rely on pest control to get the creature out, but at least do the bare minimum to make sure that residents don’t end up with outside animals in their home for both safety and hygienic reasons.

Great place to live. Everyone is very professional and courteous. The maintenance crew, especially Brian, are outstanding. I strongly recommend this complex for a great and safe place to live.

Green Tree Place is a nice place to call home! People/residents are friendly and are respectful of their neighbors! Management and Maintenance are very caring and never to busy to help and/or listen to your cares and concerns!

The staff at the Green Tree Place is amazing! If you are an honest person, and do what you can to help, there is no problem this team can't solve. Good, intelligent, hard-working, courageous people. The best! Thank you Rochelle, Cindy, Joe, Tiffany, Brian, LaDon, Alex, and Jason!!!!!

Green Tree Place is hands down the most esthetically pleasing efficiently run apartment complex in Jacksonville The staff is very pleasant and cordial while extremely professional I can't remember being more pleased with a rental property.

Green Tree Place is nice quiet community in which to reside. They provide family oriented events for one and all! Office personnel and maintenance staff are a cut above the rest! Like the maintenance the office personnel are right here to help with any questions and/or concerns! It is obvious that everyone who works here is motivated to do their best to serve this community whatever situation arises!

Love living here. Quiet. The staff are very responsive and take care of any issues quickly!!

If a person just had to have a place to stay and no time to look, its a place to stay, just not long term. I can't wait to move.

I relocated from CA and wanted an affordable place in a good ,safe and diverse neighborhood. I have been impressed with Sarah because she is efficient and remembers the residents! To me this is a large complex and the few times I go into the office she remembers my unit number and name. I didn't expect that but it makes it that much nicer to live here. I had a serious maintenance issue and Rochelle, prop mgr ok'd the replacement of a facility. This is a gated property and sometimes the gate is broken but it's fixed quickly. I renewed my lease so it's a good place to be.

My experience at Green Tree Place has been super positive since the very beginning. Not only is this a quiet and pleasant place to live in, but this is a place that counts with people like Ms. Sarah at front office, who is caring, helpful and genuinely concerned about any issue or questions one may have. I very much enjoy the current staff at this apartment complex. They are so friendly, so helpful and professional. I usually get to interact with Sarah whenever I go to the management office after work and she is lovely! She'll brighten your day.

Green Tree Place is the best! We love living here. There’s great views of trees and the lake. The apartments are spacious and clean. The neighbors are friendly and wave at us in the morning. The community events are a blast. And the office staff is awesome and down to earth. We love Sarah in the office! She makes sure we always pick up our package with a smile.

There is a roach problem however, Ladon (Maintenance staff) does make it easier to want to stay here. Anytime any tenant needs help, he’s always there. Never complains, great guy! Not sure what the issue is with pest. The pest control companies were changed. For sure, the last company wasn’t doing anything. The new guys are in the apartments longer and provide education. Again, however, it’s still an issue. I clean my apartment on an everyday basis and as long as the house is clean there should not be any roaches, right? Well, they’re still present. Other than that, the community is not bad, very clean for the most part. Ladon, Sarah and Joe are dependable. It’s just the pests. Love it here for location and comfort. Close to everything and yet still secluded and out of the way.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. The manager certainly holds a high standard for this property and keeps it there; Rochelle is always receptive and responsive. Its always a good experience when interacting with the office. The property and units are well maintained. I would recommend this property to anyone relocating to this area!!

The response is very quick.They fix in a rapid,responsible,accurate way. Alex is always pain attention,friendly and is bilingual, so he can understand residents better.

The property manager, Rochelle is always a pleasure to interact with. No matter what sort of problem I am having she does her absolute best to rectify the situation. The apartments I have been in are well maintained.

We have lived here for a year now and would like to give our home a review..From the Office Staff to the Maintenance Staff we Love it here. We have had very little issues concerning maintenance but we highly recommend DON!!! mainly because he is always the one we seem to get..Don always knows what needs to be done and address the problem quickly and personally.. we're certain that the other maintenance workers are Great too,infact they are the ones who make Green tree tick..We love it here and hope this will be our home in the future!!!

I’ve been here for roughly 6 months and i love the decision i made. I’ve had some maintenance issues but they were quickly resolved with Dre and Alex’s help!! And if i have any questions Sara and Joe is always there to answer!!

I love the convenience of the apartment location. I dont like the response time of maintenance which is basically nonexistent. The trash compactor keeps breaking, so residents are forced to leave trash bags outside the compactor and we received a letter threatening to charge ridiculous fees for EACH bag that is left whether it belongs to me or not.

Great location love our apt love living here!!!!
