I LOVE the community! Nice neighbors, wonderful park/dog park,community events and spacious units. The only downside is the cheap, zero soundproof flooring that replaced the thick wonderful soundproof flooring. You can hear every step from you neighbor above you.

The Elle of Buckhead is in a prime location, walking distance from restaurants, shops, bars, fitness studios and grocery stores. The pool and rooftop are 2 of my favorite amenities.

My partner and I have lived here for the past 5 months and our experience has been positive so far. The location is great and right in the middle of Buckhead. There are several grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping places within walking distance. The neighborhood is safe and the property is well guarded with security and key cards needed for every entrance. Great place to live so far!

5 years strong!!! LOVE the community. Close to everything. I would love soundproof flooring in the apartments. I also like the apartment parties they throw.

What I love most about my apartment is the balcony and its location. What I dislike the most is the old carpet in my bedroom that I was told won’t be replaced until I move out, the refurbished dishwasher I was given when the original one broke, and the washer and dryer that’s so loud I hate turning it on.

Pros: Good location. Cons: packaging delivery situation is unacceptable, impossible to find packages. Building very dirty with pets’ poops and pees around.

I love it at the Elle. It gives chic suburban feel and a twist of resort. Plus, the staff is amazing! I also love the convenience of the location. I can walk to all of my favorite shops.

The Elle is a great location, right in the center of buckhead which allows you to walk to almost anything. The pool and rooftop are some of my favorite amenities.

Moved in about two weeks ago and love it so far! Neighbors are quiet. Hallways, common areas, and parking deck are clean and pristine. The only downside I've experienced so far is that the leasing office closes early so Amazon workers are not able to deliver certain packages if they come past a certain time. However they will deliver it the next day. Other than the that, the apartment is in a great area. There are so many restaurants and shopping centers. Excited to be here!

Great location, and high-quality overall. Only been here for about a month but very pleased so far. Biggest surprises so far have been how well the package delivery system (Luxer) works and how plentiful the parking is.

We’ve recently moved to the Elle of Buckhead, and are thoroughly enjoying ourselves here. The location is perfect. We love the eat, play, live and work opportunity that we get living here. It is a huge community and decently maintained. We attended our first community breakfast and it was great. We’ve moved from out of state and booked the apartment without visiting the property. I’d like to give the credit for that to Princess who addressed all our questions and concerns. Upon meeting her, she was very warm and gave us a tour of the community and also recommended some great restaurants. Overall for the price point the location can’t get better. The property manager Jessica and her team are great. Refugio from maintenance was friendly and thorough with his work.

You can’t beat the location because you can walk to everything and it has great amenities like the pool, the gym, and a rooftop. I would recommend it.

I’m happy at Elle. The location is ideal since it is across the street from Buckhead Village. It’s quiet for the most part. The staff at the front desk and the maintenance staff are friendly.

New resident but so far I haven’t had any issues. It’s pretty quiet, nice walkable area and maintenance has come out very quickly to resolve the issue that I had after moving in.

Lots of apartments i get lost in this building sometimes. i never hear my neighbors. They treat their guests really nice here, cleaning staff could be better.

I honestly have nothing but good things to say about the Elle Of Buckhead. The staff is knowledgeable and very helpful as well as extremely kind. I’ve had no issues with safety since moving in. If I’ve had an issue in my apartment, it gets resolved within a few days and I’m in constant contact with the person fixing the issue. They really seem to care about their residents and we also have fun events!

This is going on my second year here and no complaints. Love the amenities and location. A lot quieter than most Buckhead apartments. Management is nice and attentive, only thing they could improve is answering the phone more consistently. But overall great place for the price

Love it here. The staff is kind, the halls are clean, and the apartment is spacious and beautiful. It is a very safe area, which was something I was concerned about. I feel comfortable as a woman walking alone at night.

This community was an extremely beautiful, well kept and peaceful community. Everything was so beautiful that I felt like I was at a resort. The office staff was extremely accommodating and friendly also. It could not be better located and was amidst a lot of shopping, restaurants, transportation and schools.

The leasing staff is pretty courteous. Residents are friendly and the building is relatively quiet. Maintenance requests are always answered quickly.

I love the location! Accessible to shopping, dining and nightlife. I enjoy my neighbors. The staff is very friendly. I hate that there haven't been any beverages anymore in the community refrigerator for 2 years or dog treats at the dog station in months. I miss all of the community activities that were hosted previously. The flooring update grade was a total miss. I hear every single sound my neighbor above me makes. The previous flooring was absolutely sound proof.

I love this neighborhood and the people and staff. They are all so incredible and accommodating. I do wish people would pick up after their dogs, though.
