I love it here for a few reasons. 1. the complex is small, and I get to know my neighbors. 2. my little Buddy loves his walk sniffing all his little friends' butts. 3. This apartment has a great school district and is a safe area in Flowermound. There is no noise between floors, and when you apply for a service request, they come quickly for maintenance and are very friendly. There is a market right across the street and some restaurants, so it's very convenient to live in.

The backyard of my townhouse has not had any grass in three years. It is just dirt and mud. When I’ve asked about it, the only answer I’ve gotten is that it’s not in the budget. I’ve also mentioned it in surveys like this one. I feel like some of my rent should include being able to live in surroundings that are pleasing, presentable, and enjoyable. Thank you.

It was a great experience moving into Eleven 11 Lexington. I completed the leasing process online without visiting the property as I was planning to move from another state. Leasing staff were friendly and approachable for any questions. Had a few complaints about the apartment and the maintenance team took care of it without any delays. Overall, it’s an excellent complex with its own shortcomings, as is the case everywhere. I’d like to highlight the quick response to maintenance issues, which is a big plus, and the excellent staff, including both managers and workers, who are always helpful. As for the downsides, I’ve already mentioned the need to improve the cleanliness culture in the grill area and around the trash bins. There’s no waste sorting like in Europe, no coffee machine or kettle in the shared kitchen, and the office workspace hours are limited for IT professionals in the evening. And Last - This is just my personal opinion, but I would invest in more greenery, a video surveillance system, and improved floor soundproofing. These upgrades would significantly enhance the living experience for residents

On daily trips to Kroger, I brag about how I'm treated by staff. There isn't another apartment as close to services as 11 Eleven.

It is a very safe and quiet environment. It's also very convenient to have Kroger and several shopping/dining complexes within walking distance. In particular, the maintenance team's quick turnaround of work stands out.

Great ambiance and excellent location. Everything is close by this apartment. located very close to Heritage park, close by the elementary and middle schools (No School bus facility though). But overall a great experience living here.

The community is quiet and the management use to be great but now it is terrible. They don’t keep pi with the property, gutters need to be cleaned, there is a bug and rodent problem and the fitness and pool are never clean and usable.

I would never suggest this apartment complex or any complex run by Greystar. All they are are money hungry corporations. They could care less how especially this particular complex looks on the inside. They only care what it looks like when you drive up to the complex or walk into the beautiful office. Walk around the grounds and see how beautiful it is. Listen to some of the residents and some of the things that have happened to them. Listen to how management has treated them when their home has been devastatingly damaged. We are not made out of money. We cannot get out of our apartment and live somewhere else while it is being repaired. That should be the responsibility of the apartment complex. We pay good money to live here, and I always have loved my apartment and my surroundings. But little by little it is going downhill quickly. No I do not recommend moving into. We love staying here especially having our friends living nearby. All you need is just across the street. It's an area with highly rated schools and green zones. Big trees and playing squirrels, singing birds outside the window.

The management team is excellent, friendly, and always willing to listen. The complex is relatively small compared to the majority of apt complexes. By being small I feel much safer than I would in a huge complex. Plus, management knows everyone by name. This complex is located in a very centralized location and is nestled among trees. Homey!! Have lived here almost 18 yrs.

I really love this living environment. However, the apartment quality is not good because we're suffering from the fundamental defect of apartment (the outdoor drainage problem).

My family and I succeeded in renting out of the US in December of last year. In this process, I experienced the kindness and attentiveness of the staff of the Leesing Office. After moving in, they provided small but essential services that occur in the apartment very quickly and effectively. Thanks to these services, the whole family is living comfortably and safely at Eleven Lexington. The staff of the Leasing Office as well as the service management staff are very friendly. Eleven 11 Lexington in Flower Mound is an excellent place to live. It is safe, clean, well managed, and relatively small community, which many of us love. Also, love the fact that there are trees instead of mostly concrete. Absolutely no complaints.

Its great living here. Neighbors are all family oriented and very good people. Management is great. I definitely recommend this property for yearly or extended stays. My son and I have been here for 5 years, its very convenient and everything we need its within 5 mile radius, including awesome schools.

I have lived at Eleven11 Lexington for just over a year now. I can honestly say this is the best experience I've ever had with an apartment community. Any issues I've had have been very minor and are always resolved quickly. Any time I've submitted a maintenance request, the maintenance team responds within an hour or less and the issue is resolved immediately. Everyone in the front office is so helpful and friendly. My husband and I absolutely love it here.

Quiet, safe, peaceful, serene place for my wife and I to come home to during the week and wonderful relaxing pool for our weekends. The gym and other amenities are very nice as well and all managed by a very professional and capable management team and solution driven maintenance team.

Eleven11 Lexington at Flower Mound is an excellent place to live. It is relatively small compared to many apartment complexes, management is always polite and courteous, and maintenance is the best. In a smaller complex one is not just a number, but management knows the renters by name. Also, love all the trees and how the complex nestles among them. Hope they replace all those that have died over the years. (I have lived here almost seventeen years)
