Great location, and that's about it.

EXTREMELY inconsistent access to water. Management does nothing about renters letting their dogs relieve themselves in common areas, nor do they take any steps to ensure tenants get access to the parking spots they pay to reserve. Way overpriced for the level of stress an apartment here creates. Do not recommend, especially not for this price.

MY DREAM SPACE!!!

This place is amazing for all its amenities and the ROOFTOP!!! Holy cow as many people who live here, it is astounding to feel like you have a semi-private 10,000 sq DT rooftop with all the fun! We’ve had bday parties, group movie nights, hot tub and fire pit day & night gatherings, stargazing and moon rituals, filming on roof and cookouts, community tv sports events, and quiet time to finish my writing and research. Not to mention the business center all hours and gym to use for personal training and coaching hours!

Horrible Management

Management has gone down the drain here. My A/C was not working correctly for over a month with quick fixes resulting in substantial water on my floors and my walls. Mind you; this was one of the hottest stretches of summer we had this year in California. I was offered a $100 credit for having a practically uninhabitable home for a month. Eleve's temporary solution was a dirty portable A/C unit that doesn’t fit horizontally closing windows without a roll of duct tape... as I waited and waited for a resolution. On top of this, they are nearly impossible to get a hold of and answer when they want to answer. Maintenance tickets get closed without explanation. Avoid Eleve at all costs; there are plenty of apartment complexes in the area that can provide a much better living experience.

Loud

Trash trucks come 6 days a week anywhere from 6:45 to 8:30 in the morning. If you complain about it nothing changes. The apartments don't hold in any noise so you get to here your neighbor practicing his piano on early Saturday and Sunday mornings. The apartment and sky deck look nice but nothing is worth always getting woke up by trash trucks and neighbors every single day of the week.

Great place, Great location

The Eleve apartments have been great so far. I am currently in the 1.5 bath loft. I love being able to walk to everything I need here in downtown Glendale. I was worried while moving in, based on some reviews throughout the web, but so far the management has been great and responsive. We had a few issues when we moved in but everything was fixed within two days and we haven't had any other issues. It's pricey but that is what we expected given the location and how new the apartments are. The skydeck is a great place to host guests, but so far I haven't used it much more past that. My biggest complaint so far has been the lack of central air, it makes keeping the apartment cool in this intense summer heat difficult and since the cool air sinks it would have been smarter to but the ac upstairs instead of downstairs.
