Tucked into the mountains in the middle of the Coconino National Forest, Flagstaff encompasses everything fascinating about Arizona. Property Ratings at Elevation Luxury Apartments
Living here has been a horrible experience to say the least, I don't even know where to begin. They change managers every other month and the consistency everywhere else shows. It makes sense that there are no recent reviews since AMC management has taken over. They are so money hungry, yet for how much they charge and the fees they tack on every month..nothing works! And it a joke to call this place "luxury." There's dog poop everywhere you step outside, the appliances in my apartment have been changed twice due to not working, and they are either used refurbished and still dont work. Everything is cheap. You know the form you fill out to access damages to the unit before you move in? Yeah, they don't pay attention to that when you move out. They charge you for everything anywhere, including things that fall under normal "wear and tear." They have proved time and time again they could care less about their residents, and only about their bottom line and how much money they can get out of their residents. The gate hasn't worked in a year, the pool is "closed for maintenance" more than its open. Anyone I've spoken to that currently lives here, or has lived here all say they would never recommend the place. I moved to the area mid-COVID and wish I had been warned. I would have stayed far away.

Once an employee has exceeded all expectations from our ownership, they are promoted to sister communities within our company. We will miss our last manager, but alas, she is ready for great things after managing Elevation for the past 2 years. Please remember- that our gates are open during the day to allow prospects to enter and the swimming pool and jacuzzi are heated for your enjoyment. We have been here about 6 months and really like the new management company. Lorenzo is an amazing maintenance man who has been fixing many long standing problems. You can pay rent online, which is helpful. There are many owners with dogs and we meet up to let our dogs play together in the dog park every day. A second park would be a great addition! The place is quiet and safe and we like it alot. My only request is that the gym be opened longer hours and that the residents be expected to disinfect after use.

Found these apartments because of their location and unique design. Upon looking at the potential "move-in ready" unit, we found: multiple broken appliances, counter tops that were falling apart, paint on the "hardwood" floor, so much hair and dust it was unbelievable, and even chewed dog toys and baby spoons from the previous owner! The management tried to make amends, but nothing covers up horrid attention to detail and tenants.
Wow did I have a poor experience living here. The management team is very poor at communicating with residents. Received a notice that I was going to be charged a $1200 fine for having a pet in the house that was not documented with them. Not only was the animal documented, its service paperwork was in my file, just not properly placed so the management assumed they never received it. Also, upon moving out, I gave my new address and asked that any outstanding charges be forwarded so they could be paid. I also checked with them before moving out if there was anything that needed to be paid. Well this excellent team again failed to do their job, putting my old address (yes that's the address of my apartment at Elevation I was moving out of) and continued to forward me a bill there for the next year. With no knowledge of these charges for years, I recently received a call from collections and took a hit on my credit score. Would not recommend living here. Outside of that, the apartment itself is not bad, it is modern and has a bunch of windows that let light in. There is dog poop everywhere, most of the residents do not pick it up, especially in the winter months.

There are many features I greatly appreciate in our Elevation Community. First and most important is the personalized and caring assistance received from Kelly in the Leasing Office. She always listens to my concerns with a smile and willingness to go above and beyond to resolve any issues. I love my one-bedroom apartment. The layout is great. Rooms are very large, accommodating much of the furniture previously used in my home in Phoenix.

If you want a mountain view, a forest right next door, and a mall within walking distance- this is the place to be. Elevation apartments is fully accommodated, with a friendly staff, a lovely pool and spa, and differing from the other apartments in this tiny town it has a 24 hour gym and a fully stocked TV room with all the channels you can watch. Elevation apartments gives just the right touch of modern in this small town.
I really love this apartments layout. It has interesting features like a slanted wall in the bedroom and lots of windows. The bathroom is huge and I also have a walk in closet. I really enjoy the layout of the open kitchen and dinning area combined with a tech center and living room. It gives the place an open feel and more like a condo that you would own than an apartment that you rent. The lighting and ceiling fans are nice features!The staff is very nice and the clubhouse, gym, pool and grounds are keep up very well. I also like the outside storage and the faux hardwood floors. The only things I would change is I wish my unit had air-conditioning and in the summer the pool area, that I have a view of, is much too loud! All and all an excellent place to live - I love the East Side of town, It's right by Safeway and the Mall and much less crowded than the West Side by the college.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool and fitness center are great and the privat balconies are awesome.
