Elevate at Dawson Forest

Apartments are falling apart. I pay significantly more for a renovated one only to find out they did a terrible job. My bedroom flooded. They “fixed it” by leaving a pack of razor blades under the repaired carpet and then not fixing the cause of the flood so that next time it rained, bedroom flooded again. Im constantly having maintenance out to work on my AC. When I first moved in in September, I had maintenance out multiple times a week for a month. I’ve been trying to get ahold of the all powerful woman in charge but she’s ignoring my emails like a child ignoring the word no. Do not waste your time, energy, or money here. Trust me. It’s not worth it.

I just moved in Friday and I love my new place. It's so cute and Janey the leasing agent was amazing to work with and made moving into my first apartment so easy. I highly recommend checking out Dawson Forest.

I have lived here several years and have seen a major change not only with the property renovation but the customer service in the office as well! ’m excited about all of the renovations. Customer service has been wonderful! The property is centrally located to everything. It has been a great home! I would definitely recommend and have been very pleased!

In the last year or so, Dawson Forest has been blessed with a new property manager. The previous managment was horrible. Ms Harper was hired and there was immediate improvement. Work orders are now done in a timely manner, grounds are immaculate, the office runs smoothly, and the office staff is a pleasure to work with.

Dawson Forest Apartments is recently renovated and under new management. It is a really nice place to live and so much better than old management. The pool and grounds are very nice and anything that might go wrong is dealt with quickly and professionally. My apartment is wonderful and I'm very glad I moved here!

Don't get your hopes up, more than half the apt's are all carpet and tile inside. With no ceiling fans at all. There was outdoor patio tile inside my apartment. There is a bunch of false advertisement shown for Dawson Forest. Only a few have all the nice things the complex says the apt's have.

I've been living here at Dawson forest for a year now.it's a very nice place to live. I've just renewed my lease for another year. Mrs q has always been plesant to work with .she gets everything done in a timely matter. Looking forward to another year.Thanks Mrs q

Q, the assistant manager, has always responded to our emails quickly and PROFESSIONALLY. She goes out of her way. She has been great with us. The neighborhood is great. It is quiet and peaceful yet we are close to everything on the 400 side of Dawsonville.

Great place and great price! For a older place the upgrades are on the level of all the new apartments in the area. Valarie and Christy are Great! Added bonus is the screened in porch, most places don't have that.

We worked with Valarie on leasing our apartment and she was so helpful. She is always so sweet every time we go into the office or call with any questions. We have just recently moved into Dawson Forest and so far we are loving our stay here.

As a young person looking for their first place, I am so happy to have found my home. Ms. Q is an incredible person and took care of me from the moment I walked in their front door! She is so caring and I couldn’t be more grateful for her. I go to the office just to see her and get my hug. Ms. Kristy also helped me so much and is such an incredibly kind person! She walked me around the property and took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I left with my dream apartment! These are two incredible women and I am so thankful to have them around for my first apartment! They took such amazing care of me in this process.

Super excited to make this my future home. Kristy was amazing! She was welcoming and patient allowing me to view multiple units to ensure I would be comfortable with my choice! The property is stunning, clean, seems quite, very convenient to all locations that I personally need. Overall I’m extremely excited!! ????????????

I've been a resident of Dawson Forest for 3 months now and I couldn't be happier. Recently (like two days ago), I decided that I wanted to downsize from my fabulous (but too large for this single lady and her two puppies) 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit to a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom unit. Valarie and Kristy were awesome as always, but I got to meet and work with the unsung hero of Dawson Forest in setting up my transfer, Ms. Q! Because she typically works behind the scenes, I think she often doesn't get credit for her kindness, efficiency, and overall awesomeness! Customer service is a hard business, but this lady is an amazing asset to the staff at Dawson Forest! I can't thank her enough for answering my questions, calming my worries, and walking me through the process...Ms. Q, you are AMAZING!!!!!

Miss q helped us so much with some issues from a past lease. She was compassionate about everything and very resourceful in resolving the glitch. She was working solo they day I called the office and still took care of everything promptly. I was not only impressed but my day was improved just talking with her!

We have lived here for 5 years now, and I can honestly say that the new management has done a fantastic job of renovating and shaping up the apartment community as a whole. I have thoroughly enjoyed all of the service i have recieved from management, specifically Ms. Q. She has been so helpful and kind through all of our questions, comments, and concerns! We really appreciate it!

This was a great community until Miss Q came alone in my opinion. She badmouth her coworkers and is very rude to the tenants. This is not how you keep a struggle in apartment complex fo this is not how you keep a struggling apartment complex full.

From the first contact through the entire approval and move-in negotiations, Mrs. Q has been generous, helpful, and flexible for all the things that she had to do in order to get us into an apartment. These apartments are clean, nicely designed, and generous for the price.

I have lived at this complex going on 7 years now. The office staff is very helpful. The property is very well kept. The maintenance staff gets repairs done in a quick manner. I would recommend this complex to friends and family.

I moved to Dawsonville from 250 miles away, and the long distance service I got from Valarie at Dawson Forest was amazing! Moving to a new area was overwhelming, but the staff at Dawson Forest made my transition easy! Once moved in, anything I needed from the office staff was immediately addressed and handled. Mrs. Q is such a friendly face and is so helpful!

Love my apartment complex! The front desk and maintenance people are so helpful and friendly. The few problems we have had (very few) have been fixed in a very timely manner. They are pet friend apartments which I love because they're so hard to find. The apartment sizes are very spacious and I love the layout of our two bedroom. The pool is nice but the gym is a little small. The only problem I've noticed in our complex is how hard it is to find parking at night sometimes. But other than that it's a great place to live!
