Very good community, surrounded by good grocery as well as food options. Hospital is nearby. Tennis academy as well well Caltrain and VTA station are very near by

Living at the Elements has been a great pleasure. The staff are awesome and always ensure residents are well taken care of. Another thing I love about the Elements is how well maintained the pool area is.

Friendly staff, nice parking garage. The apartment wasn’t very throughly cleaned when I moved in. Overall good experience so far. Conveniently located next to VTA for occasional usage. The windows don’t provide much sound proofing.

Love the quality of the apartment's individually and the price for the size/quality. The amenities are nice but are often closed and I wish the elevator/key fobs/ garage weren't out of order so often. The maintenance team is awesome and super nice :)

I still love my home! It's been over 2 years and I've never really had an issue. The open layout and lush carpets is my favorite part. The office staff and maintenance team are prompt with any inquiries I have. I like the view of downtown, the amenities, and the location (including easy VTA access). My only nitpicky things are the rent price hikes, the flies and smells around trash chutes that get out of control at certain times of the year, and my tire/wheel got stolen from my car once. Otherwise, I foresee myself staying here indefinitely :)

The hallways throughout the complex are very dirty. Carpets have spots everywhere from dog pee and the concrete is practically black with dirt and dust which never gets cleaned.

I'm a new resident at the Elements apartment and it's been great so far. The location is convenient, with easy access to i280 and restaurants. The apartment is spacious, bright, and well-designed. Building amenities like the gym and lounge are well-maintained. There have been few issues at times regarding repairs, etc, but the management is responsive and helpful. Overall, it's a comfortable and convenient place to live.

Don’t live here. If you do, they’ll charge you if any appliance breaks down and accuse you that it broke down due to the tenant despite all their appliances being so old. Maintenance team is very rude.

It's a good place, I was impressed that my apartment had its carpet cleaned before our tour, and right before we moved in. They really care about the cleanliness of this community.

We have been living at Elements for 3 years now and are super happy living here. The location is great, close to everything. Maintenance is super helpful and efficient. Leasing office staff are friendly and quick to assist with any needs we have. Overall communication of things going on in the complex is great as well. Very happy living here and looking forward to year four of our lease

Don't live here. Lot's of issues... oh and they will nickel & dime you when your lease is up. They charged me hundreds of dollars 18 MONTHS AFTER we already left that apartment for carpet repair!!! Let me say it again... DON'T LIVE HERE
