10/10 would recommend living here. My fiancé and I lived here for a year and moved out due to a career change. I was so sad to go - this apartment was clean, quiet, and super attentive. True luxury living with a beautiful outdoor space and great gym and common lounge area. everybody from leasing, maintenance, and concierge team all work together to make this an amazing living experience. I cannot recommend it enough. Great location as well. Thanks element for making it a home.

Although I did not see the apartment before I moved in, the reviews were extremely helpful as well as the website being easy to navigate and apply from states away. The apartment is incredible and thr floor plan online did not do it enough justice. It is modern, clean, beautiful location, ans the staff are exceptional! the safety features are fantastic with the key fobs and such, it was even better than i imagined. The amenities here are also more than top tier.

The building and community is beautiful. But management is not very accommodating. Once you become a resident, I believe some people are treated better than others. My experience with management, especially a staff called Chell has been horrible. Very disrespectful. Maintenance and neighbors are great. But management need to be more respectful, and attentive. If you don’t have the patience, please direct me to another personnel rather than yell, and say you can’t help me, and not give me another option. If you are that hot tempered or impatient, maybe you should not work in hospitality.

We moved in the first day it opened. Its been great. We feel very comfortable here. Of course, there have been issues but no community is perfect. Management tries hard to make people happy.

We moved in to Element the very first day. It has been a wonderful experience. I try not to complain, mostly because things are difficult right now. I always give management and maintenance the benefit of the doubt.

It was a long time coming and many delays, all COVID issues, but we are finally in. Worth the wait! We love it! The apartment is beautiful and the view is spectacular. Love the amenities. The leasing and concierge staff are amazing.
