Property Ratings at Element on the Loop
Roaches roaches roaches, they refuse to treat the whole building. Just one unit at a time which will not eradicate the roach problem.

I absolutely love these apartments! Been here for a little over a year and the staff, amenities and area are great. (:
Roaches roaches roaches! The day I received the keys and entered my new apartment I saw roaches on the kitchen counter. The exterminator sprays but it just seems to bring more of them out which tells me this is an infestation. As well as roaches, in my year of living here there has been a gun fight where you can hear the exchange of shots for about 5 to 10 minutes. Cars have been vandalized. Water is turned off pretty much monthly and half the time with no notice. The staff is friendly but I feel they just give you lip service so you go away and don’t seem to really care. Stay away from this place unless you are desperate.
They tried to tow my truck because it looked abandoned. Even though they had a copy of the liscence and registration in the office. Also, management and maintenance are terrible and get paid to sit on their butts all day, judging people and not fixing anything (my AC has been broke since September and they’ve known.) all in all, the worst decision I’ve made in Tucson-and that’s saying something.
Moved in 3 months ago. Upon getting keys, I entered apartment and the first thing I saw was a roach on the kitchen counter. Saw two more the following day, and have seen them regularly, There is definitely a roach problem here. I have lived at numerous apartment complexes here in Tucson, and this is the first time I've encountered roaches. Water has been turned off numerous times for maintenance, and today there is no hot water. As far as the staff, I have found them to be very friendly, and the maintenance issue I has was fixed after one reminder. The one interesting thing I noticed is when they renovate an apartment for the next tenant, they paint over everything. And I mean everything. The kitchen counters, the bathroom sink, all slapped with a coat of paint, made to look new. These are my observations in the short time I've been here. Hope this helps.
This place is ok to live at as long as you do not have any maintenance issues or need to speak to someone at the office because they NEVER answer any phone calls! No one will ever answer the phone so if you need anything you have to go to the office to talk to someone and don't bother leaving a message because no one will ever listen to it or call you back! They take weeks for any maintenance issues or they just " forget " to put in an order. If you do not remind them daily, they will forget and it will never get fixed. The 2 ladies that work there are very rude and not helpful at all. I have lived here 6 months and it has been stressful due to the fact that the apartment had several issues when I moved in and several things are still pending to be fixed.
Infested with cockroaches and refused to so anything about it until we contacted the health department of Pima county. Staff unwilling to help with any further issues.
The apartments are spacious and beautiful. They have several floor plans fit for anyone! The landscape is full of grass and tress and is a beautiful community. The apartments are huge and roomy. The pool and spa are absolutely stunning and always clean. The only issue I think I would have is the maintence takes a little while to get to your work order if it isn't an emergency. Overall, I would recommend this place to anyone.
Arcadia Gardens is a beautiful community. The landscape is full of grass and trees. The property is always clean. The pools and spa is always sparkling and cleaned constantly. The apartments them selves are spacious and beautiful. Everything works perfect and the apartments give you so much room to design it like a house. They are huge and amazing. The people are quiet and friendly and if you love pets everyone has such friendly pets walking around! The Laundry rooms have brand new washer and dryers and work really well! I would overall recommend this apartment complex to anyone!
