Do not rent here. They act nice in the beginning of course because it’s their job but they treat you unfairly. They ignore your emails when you have concerns. They have bugs in the apartments, but like to argue and say they don’t and they don’t care about your needs. I had people come in here to view apartments, and the complex was very rude to them

The community itself is a heterogeneous mixture of cultures. Generally, we tolerate each other's differences without issue. Management / staff are very responsive to resident needs. The difference between here and other complexes, they communicate almost to the point of over communicating here. I would rather be in the know than in the dark.

good place and its a fair price but the gates don't work 95% of the time, so loud at 6 am with people who don't care that others are sleeping. people will drive blasting music at 12 am. they do construction and yard work at 6 am. people here are really nice to you and usually keep to themselves. Maintenance is really quick and super nice so I will give them that. Expect to add 300$ to your monthly rent for all the fees. Good luck trying to sleep though

Overpriced and mediocre. And forget about "luxury"
Llevo aquí casi 4 años es muy tranquilo mis vecinos son muy amables y el personal siempre an sido muy amigables si tengo un problema siempre tratan de ayudarme, el personal de mantenimiento responde muy rápido a solucionar cualquier problema que tengo en mi apartamento, son un poco caros pero me gusta que todas las tiendas me queda cerca.
Elements is a clean and quiet complex, great pools and fitness center, good location, helpful staff. I’ve been here 3 years and I enjoy it

I would advise anyone not to rent here. The walls are so thin that you can hear every little thing from any neighbor. And more importantly, this complex is crawling with roaches. But here, for about a month, and I have lost track of how many roaches I have seen and killed.
When a office gets a call for anything & they take care of the issue, that's the sign of a staff that cares about their tenants.

Lived here for a year and I literally had non-stop issues since the first day. Had another resident physically threaten and let our car over the horrible parking situation and the office refused to do anything about it and said for us to just “have a friendly chat with them.” Hornets, ants, and ticks are EVERYWHERE the complex. Hornets make nests on the patios and then start getting into your apartment and there’s so many ants they come in through the windows and you can’t get rid of them. Not to mention the dog poop problem. They have no one maintaining the grounds so dog poop will sit there rotting for weeks before they’re landscaping company blows it away when they come clean. This is a gated community yet the gate breaks every other week so constantly you have strange people walking around the complex and homeless dumpster diving. DO NOT MOVE HERE! It’s way over priced and they will do everything to screw you over.

For certain, glad that I chose element DV and living here. Their staff here is excellent and I love the community overall. I must say, their events are top knotch and I enjoy the holiday themed breakfast, lunch or occasional fiesta. Also, living near fry's target and two walmart's close by is super convenient. A for awesome!

Not worth the price. We hear every step upstairs neighbors take. When they flush the toilet we can hear it run through the pipes inches from our heads as we sleep. If this is luxury....

Element Deer Valley is a great community of apartments located in Phoenix. Great staff and good people overall. Conveniently close to supermarkets and restaurants. Great overall vibe in the facility as well. I’m glad I live here and I can see myself living here in the future.

Packages are stolen off our porch every time something is delivered. Gates are always open for anyone to come in. Recently had to have an inspection for beg bugs because someone got them in our building. everyone that lives here look like tweakers. We are paying for gas yet nothing runs on gas. The cardio equipment is always broken. The BBQ’s at the pool are disgusting and do not work. The management is the absolute worst , do not move here. It’s not worth a penny. they are charging us 3 times our rent to break the lease to get out of this place even though I have a medical reason for getting out of it. ABSOLUTE GARBAGE.

I started off with several broken appliances. It takes maintenance over 9 days just to fix anything so you are pretty screwed if you have any maintenance problems. The main office doesn't always open on their proposed business hours and you will have a hard time getting someone to answer the phone. Also note that the walls are super thin so you will hear noises from your neighbors and unfortunately, there are some noisy neighbors here who will ruin your every living day by being loud. You can call the office about the noise but it apparently does nothing.

The mail system is COMPLETELY botched for this complex. There are two sides of the complex with the same apartment numbers. They are differentiated by side "M" and side "C" however these letters appear nowhere on the complex, so most of the time my mail/packages were getting delivered to the wrong address. Because of this I had problems with APS, COX, and billing due to this confusing layout. Management told me to handle this all on my own for any issues concerning address related issues when it was their structure that caused all this. I also never received my deposit back or any indication about it.

This place went under as soon as the new company took over. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND LIVING HERE. Do yourself a favor and live basically anywhere else.

We would love to speak to you directly about specific concerns you may have. We have a lot of renovations that are taking place right now that will add beauty to our community.
You will have a cockroach problem. Your appliances will not function properly. You will have mail issues. You will not have operating gates. You will NOT have your concerns or complaints addressed.
The grounds are kept clean. They also provide bags for those with pets. The staff are very helpful and informative. There are events that go on monthly. Just recently they shipped in snow for the community to play with. For myself personally, it's in a location close to where I work, so I don't have to deal with traffic. There's a shopping center nearby with restaurants too, so that's a nice bonus. They also have valet trash pick up which is nice especially if you don't like hauling trash down from the 3rd floor.
Element at Deer Valley is a great community! The rent it very reasonable, the staff is great, and the grounds are very clean. The staff organizes fun events just about every month that develop a great sense if community. I would highly recommend!
This apartment complex has fallen apart under new management. Maintenance staff is surly and slow to fix everything. Office staff isn't knowledgeable in the least, impossible to reach by phone, and never follows up with residents after a problem occurs. Our pools and hot tubs are often broken, and the gym has three treadmills and 3 elliptical machines. All three treadmills are broken and have been for some time, as well as one of the ellipticals. Management does little to address this problem. There is also a trash service that people use to just leave their gross trash bags out in the hall so that the place ends up smelling like garbage and residents have to wade through garbage bags to get to their front door. The actual grounds are disgusting throughout the complex due to pets and trash as well as a lack of upkeep. My friend in this same complex has had numerous issues with this place as well. I would thoroughly not recommend this place, the price is not worth it. Hopefully, management or the owners will see this and clean up the place a bit but they haven't cared enough to thus far.
The complex itself is very nice, but the management is a joke. Unless you’re okay with calling pest control once a month, paying more rent than you’re supposed to, and pay an additional fee for everything then this place is not for you. Moving in was screwed up from the get go, just by reserving a room online. Had APS and Cox set up to the room and planned to move in on a Friday. After I signed the paperwork, found out that was the wrong room layout, and it was labeled wrong online. Got the room switched, but had to pay for utilities for two rooms due to the utility office closed on weekends. The only way the office repaid us was with a $10 Starbucks gift card, which they seem to just hand out willingly.
I had multiple issues with a few staff members while living there for about a year. Please, for your own sake don’t live here. AC went out in the middle of the summer and manger and assistant manager Christi and Tracey did not respond to emails or care in any way. It was terrible. They took a month to send someone out and only did because the noise of the broken AC was disturbing others. When we needed to move, as my husband was called to active duty, they did not have the decency to respect their own lease agreement which stated if the duty was 30 days or more we could break the lease at no cost. Luckily we have a lawyer on retainer, who reached out to them to get them to stop being unreasonable and realize they are trying to argue with not only their own lease but federal laws. I have nothing good to say about this establishment. Extemely poor customer service, mediocre apartments, high price, mediocre area, no where near enough parking.
