Excellent staff specially Tai with whom we mostly interacted and never say no to work and resolve it to our satisfaction. Good clean community.

Excellent move-in process! Quick and easy. Grounds are exceptionally well-maintained.

Maintenance team is not capable. You need some good experiences hands. Few may be good but our experience has not been convincing.

We are new residents. We’ve been physically in our apartment for less than a week. However, our stay and interactions with the staff have solidified that we made the right decision to move forward with Element Ballantyne. It’s quiet, clean and beautiful. The amenities are second to none. The location is a GAMECHANGER. The staff of Element Ballantyne are literally a power team. Great leadership and great comrades that place customer service as a top priority.

Love the location of Element Ballantyne close to schools, grocery stores, walking distance to gym, restaurants, fast foods and coffee shop. Also love the amenities - the pool, bocce court and fitness center not to mention the friendly and helpful staff.

Element ballantyne is a huge step up from the community we lived in before. Communication has been excellent. Move in was great, and easy. Love the apartment and amenities

Element Ballantyne does not deliver on the promises they make to prospective tenants. Do not waste your time looking for an apartment here.

Our apartment in Ballantyne is a very nice place, with a lot of light and good space, beside being located at a wonderful region with easy access to restaurants, movie theater, open mall and supermarkets. . I really recommend it.

I'm very happy living at Element Ballantyne. The staff is super to work with. Excellent amenities. Spacious 1-bedroom floor plan with an awesome kitchen! Location is convenient to I485 and several shopping areas with great restaurants!

My best advice is make sure you get to see the actual unit you're applying for before renting so you can avoid the many issues I did. From resident's dogs peeing on my door, to faulty water heaters, constant smoke smell in the building, kids who run around unsupervised, and creepy residents that stalk me at night - I would not recommend this community to anyone. There's a lot of improvements and changes that need to be made before Element can be considered decent. I've rented with Greystar before and have had really pleasant experiences, however this community just needs some help evolving.

Management does nothing!!!!! It’s only great for people who want to leave their kids home alone all day. They walk the parking lot and have even pulled the fire alarms for fun on multiple occasions. Trying to work from home with the toddler Olympics happening upstairs is a nightmare, and the constant cigarette smoking leaves a nasty smell throughout the halls. Also, owners don’t pick up after their pets and the management doesn’t reply to any complaints written. Do yourself a favor and rent anywhere else in Ballantyne but here.

Element Ballantyne has been a nice place to live. My only complaints are the issues with pet waste, neighbors not understanding that they will hear us walking on hardwood floors and that this is common in shared apartment spaces, and that the office is hard to get in touch with through phone calls. I do love our updated and spacious apartment however and parking is never an issue.

We have enjoyed being residents here. The staff is friendly and helpful, the maintenance team is accurate and fast, and the apartment is exactly what we needed.

I just recently moved in and the one thing that sets this property high above others is the staff. Both the leasing staff and maintenance team are the nicest group of people. Not only that, they are attentive to any of my requests and address them quickly. There are a lot of apartment options in this city and by far management/ staff will always be the determining factor for me regarding where I choose to live!

My two years at Element Ballantyne have been excellent. The staff - from the office to the maintenance crew - has been friendly, professional, and responsive.

As a resident of Element Ballantyne I highly recommend making this your choice for a home. The apartment is beautiful and has a fresh clean look. Lots of windows for light, spacious rooms and large closet makes this a nice choice. It is in a desirable location which makes it convenient to everything you need. The staff are so kind and professional and its a pleasure to be here.

The staff was warm, welcoming and willing to assist through the the entries move in process. I love the amenities and location. Felt like home from the moment I got here!

The office staff is always friendly and helpful. Service request are always taken care of quickly. I enjoy living here and have nothing but good things to say about Element Ballantyne.

Amazon Prime isn't allowed. Almost every package is lost and thats after they have been personally delivered to the door because the office allows all deliveries to just be dropped off and disregarded. A $350 pet fee for a dog park that is just mud and you can't even walk into.

I love the community. The people seem very nice and the property is well kept.

Element Ballantyne is the perfect home for my husband and I , relocating from New York could not have been easier, thanks to Miss June and the Leasing Office staff! The apartment is great! There is always parking and the building is flawless!

Its hard I know but two things that would make the experience better would be stopping outsiders from using the swimming pool and keeping outsiders nonresidents from walking their dogs and not picking up after them on our property

I do not recommend this complex. Over priced and not as clean as other complexes.

As I previously mentioned to management recently, I do not feel the Element Management team is fully aware and account for their obligations to residents in the quality of the services and duty of care they provide to residents. When I first moved into my apartment, after being reassured several times that the apartment would be move-in ready, we arrived to an apartment that had not been freshly painted, with an extremely filthy air filter, a non-functioning dryer which required replacing and a water filter in the refrigerator which had not been replaced w/ service light blinking. I can only assume Element Ballantyne was so quick to get a resident into the apartment that they did not fully assess the apartment to ensure it was properly serviced. When I reported multiple incidents of theft (both of packages and oddly, bike parts) in my building, I was essentially told that it was not managements responsibility and Element Ballantyne management tried to shirk their duty of care responsibility back to me. I have never observed a more unprofessional management response in my entire renting history....

The location is excellent as well as the apartment themselves are very nice. The rent is fair. The office staff if friendly and the property is clean. I love the pool area!

I so very recommend the Elements at Ballantyne. The apartment are beautiful, open space, the staff is amazingly friendly and very welcoming to find the right apartment for you. The residents are friendly, the amenities are great and the atmosphere brings out moving to the Elements Ballantyne your one stop place to make a home.

I love living here. Its a great mix of people, pet friendly, with awesome amenities.
