Best place to live in all of the Sacramento area! The best way to describe Element 79 is imagine what communities of the future should look like. Everything you need is walking distance. It's like living inside of Downtown Disney at night.

Great Place to Live! The location is phenomenal. Walking distance to Nuggets, Emigh's, Target, 32 restaurants, and a myriad of small businesses. The maintenance and grounds staff are outstanding. The security group maintains a safe environment, and the lobby staff are always helpful. We could not be more satisfied.

I love living at Element 79. It is a beautiful apartment complex in a beautiful active neighborhood. The one problem is how often the parking garage doors are broken. It would be nice to have a walk in entrance on the back side of the garage (on Vine) so you don't need to make the doors go up/down to walk in. Plus when it is broken, you can still walk in the garage without having to walk all the way around.

Beautiful community Element 79 apartments has just about every amenity you could ask for! Chloe did a great job on the tour showing and explaining everything about the community. And, the location in EDH Town Center can’t be beat.
Maintenance.’Job He was professional and described how to remedy the issues we had with wall sockets in bathrooms quickly.. We now understand the “fix” Thank You It is amazing how responsive maintenance is with so many apartments but they always do. We love ?? living here.
Element 79 Very nice quality built apartments. Love the 4th floor feature : 12 foot ceiling, great quality ceiling fans, great layout of the kitchen and the other Rooms in the unit. Very great sound controlled rooms and thorough and very professional mgmt .roms.

Many desirable features Here are pluses and minuses Plus: Close to everything Own well equipped gym Gated parking Well managed Negatives: Hallway carpets smell. Too many dog owners! Highway 50 traffic noise especially on the porch Not a good value , compared with single family homes for rent in EDH. :

We have been living at Element 79 for four months. We love the location being so walkable and the building and amenities are great. We don't love the fact that at all hours of the night we have people who race their cars up and down the street, doing donuts in the nearby parking lots, and setting off car alarms as they go. This is done by our own residents in the parking garage as well and nothing appears to be done about it. We also didn't realize before we moved in that the fluorescent lights from the parking garage are on 24/7 so if you need a dark room to sleep don't move here. We have blinds and black out curtains and it is not much help. The management representatives are kind but in an effort to keep non-residents from damaging the first floor property have resorted to shutting down many amenities on certain days of the week. Overall, we are fine with living here but you pay a lot for what you get, the rent continues to increase, and I am doubtful we will stay when our lease it up.
