Lived here for two years. Great property with upfront pricing and no convenience fees. Great location too
We had a tour scheduled and drove all the way from Oklahoma to see the place the said the lost our appointment and that we had to come back. Lady was super rude. There was 3 people just sitting there and they said they can’t do anything. I already don’t want to live somewhere with this kind of management. I don’t care how “nice” it is. Like at least smile when you have a guest. Very very disappointing.

The apartments themselves are really nice with updated appliances and fairly spacious (not the most spacious ones in the market though). Community is very clean even with lots of dogs around. Our apartment has a yard out, and they cut the grass very frequently so it never grows too long. Amazon packages and all other packages just get left in the mail room in a very disorganized way. Apparently they take the packages at 6pm to keep them safe but I once received a package with a gaping tear and missing contents. Very often you’ll find your package missing and when you report this to the front desk, they’d tell you to contact the carrier. I’ve never had so many packages marked as delivered but could never be found there as when I started living here. They need to find a better system since it’s very inconvenient and costly. I usually take my package a day or two after it has been delivered, but even then I still get missing “delivered” packages. Didn’t use to be like this when we first moved in. But lately it has gotten worse.

We love this building! Love this location! Amazing Staff led by Becky; she is the best Rental Property Manager EVER! It’s a brand-new luxury building with incredible amenities! Swimming Pool, Miniature Golf, great courtyard party area with two gas grills, lots of walking trails nearby to enjoy beautiful Overland Park. The place is quiet, clean, and peaceful. Security is at the highest level! The parking garage has plenty of parking spaces available to choose from. Immediate answers on all questions, maintenance requests, or any other issues. We live here for almost a year and really enjoyed our time here. Highly recommend this place!

The amenities offered at this place far exceed any other place. The community has set itself as a place you can call and feel at home as soon as you walk in, from the sights, sounds, touch, smell and taste, this place will invigorate your senses. What sets this community apart are the standards of service; from a genuine warm welcome, to making emotional connection with each resident and maintaining an intuitive service. Rachel has been a wonderful manager who is always willing to go above and beyond, she provides an interactional vs transactional service. I just moved in last week and haven't come across any issues that haven't already been resolved. Leasing agents are quick to respond and will help you in any way that they can. My ice maker was frozen when I moved in but maintenance came to fix it the very next business day. Has a secure parking garage with good size parking spaces that are reserved. Building I am in is still under construction but haven't had any issues with that either
