I love the peace and quietness of the community. And, the fact that there are no people just hanging out watching everyone else go to and from work, etc…No loud noises disturbing the peace…quiet time during the hours of 10pm-8am. The staff is professional and if/when there’s any type of situation they try to handle it in a timely manner making sure everyone is copacetic towards one another. I like they offer community activities, events, and experience within the leasing office area to help bring and try to build a sense of community and belonging. I love their incentive program for those who work in particular fields or in certain areas.

The community itself is beautiful, great leasing team and maintenance team. The parking in building 9000 is ridiculous. I don't think the parking lot back here was thought out properly. There are a ton of compact parking. When many of us drive SUVs or Pickup Trucks leaving us having to double park or walk two buildings away from home. We have one handicap parking spot with several people in our building have handicap tags and are unable to park in that one little spot because it is always occupied by residents without a tag. I feel safer back here than I did in the front oddly enough. I would also think that renting the amenities would be less expensive than they are.

I believe that this is a very nice apartment complex.When I first moved back here, there weren't that many people.But now there is a bunch of people, and it's still pretty lovely except for the occasional dog, barking with neighbors who have pets. Overall It's a really nice place to live and my neighbors don't bother me and it's pretty clean.The guys that keep up the property, do a great job.And the maintenance guys are phenomenal. The front office is always putting on events and really engaging the residents to get involved.They do parties for us, they do appreciation days for us.They do giveaways for us.And I love that they got our new mailbox facility covered up.I mean, just like with any place there will always be room for improvement.But this is one of the nicest places i've been to, and this is my second year here.

Pretty good complex, however they don’t communicate that well. We’ve had multiple AC issues but eventually got it fixed. Love the amenities.

My experience has been great so far. It would really be nice to have our floors pressure washed once a quarter. However, it has been a great experience. The rent is very reasonable.

Internet has been out for 3 days. There was no communication/updates from the office regarding this issue. The internet we have is provided by the property and we are charged for it. Internet needs to be reliable if it’s comes with the property. I understand things happen but I have never had my internet be out for several days. You need to have a reputable company that can fix the issue in a decent amount of time. Days without internet is unacceptable when you have people working from home. It’s a holiday weekend and we have people coming in and we have no tv. Also their public wifi doesn’t work. There is poop everywhere, on the stairs, walking areas. They have seating areas and there is a grassy area near by, all you see is poop because no one cleans up after their door. Alarms have gone off 3 or 4 times so we don’t know if it’s real or false alarm. Water has been shut I don’t know how many time for hours at a time. Inside the apartments are beautiful.

I love this apartment complex. And the management team does an amazing job, but making sure everything is taken care of in a timely manner. And there are always activities going on for us to be involved in and the management team is just lovely. They're very kind and courteous and professional.

Overall, I give Elan Sweetwater Creek and 8 out of 10. It is a desirable apartment complex for those who are seeking a peaceful and well-managed community. Positive (Like/Love): Staff Community: * Love that the community is often quiet and peaceful. * Love the noise ordinance starting at 10pm - 8am. * Love the no smoking at all on the premises of the apartment complex this is including your car, balcony, stairs/stairwells, sidewalks, parking lots, all shared common spaces. * Love the community activities, events, and celebrations (themed or not themed) they have. Amenities/Incentives: * Love Preferred Employer Program Issue…Do not like * Cleanliness: A small number of residents litter the breezeways, stairs, sidewalks, parking areas, etc... If their child, maybe themself, or dog drop(s) food (cookies/chips, watermelon and watermelon seeds) or dog hair and poop instead of picking it up people leave it these areas mentioned for others to accidentally step in.

unfortunately, people take advantage of the grace and kindness provided to them. people have taken advantage of that here and its impacting living for everyone here. you can't police people about how they live, but I wish the peace, safety, and tranquility i initially felt when I first moved in was still here.

From the moment I moved in, the staff has been welcoming, professional, and always quick to address any concerns or maintenance requests. I have really enjoyed living in Elan Sweetwater Creek. The staff is so nice and welcoming. I enjoy how they put on events for every holiday so the residents can meet one another and know our neighbors. Maintenance is a 10/10 they get back to you quickly.
