Overall, I give Elan Sweetwater Creek and 8 out of 10. It is a desirable apartment complex for those who are seeking a peaceful and well-managed community. Positive (Like/Love): Staff Community: * Love that the community is often quiet and peaceful. * Love the noise ordinance starting at 10pm - 8am. * Love the no smoking at all on the premises of the apartment complex this is including your car, balcony, stairs/stairwells, sidewalks, parking lots, all shared common spaces. * Love the community activities, events, and celebrations (themed or not themed) they have. Amenities/Incentives: * Love Preferred Employer Program Issue…Do not like * Cleanliness: A small number of residents litter the breezeways, stairs, sidewalks, parking areas, etc... If their child, maybe themself, or dog drop(s) food (cookies/chips, watermelon and watermelon seeds) or dog hair and poop instead of picking it up people leave it these areas mentioned for others to accidentally step in.
unfortunately, people take advantage of the grace and kindness provided to them. people have taken advantage of that here and its impacting living for everyone here. you can't police people about how they live, but I wish the peace, safety, and tranquility i initially felt when I first moved in was still here.
My experience has been great. I like the maintenance team and how quickly they attend to issues. The leasing agents are very nice and show a lot of commitment in attending to services

From the moment I moved in, the staff has been welcoming, professional, and always quick to address any concerns or maintenance requests. The leasing process was smooth, and I really appreciated the transparency and communication. The apartment itself is spacious, modern, and well-maintained. ELAN Sweetwater is great!!! We need a better gate system though. Too many drivers drive in once gate is opened.

It’s very quiet and I love that what I don’t like is that residents leave their trashcan out for weeks at a time if management or maintenance will walk through and give them their citation but overall GREAT Community

Not a good community. Tons of car break ins. Water being shut off was horrible as well as an 8 hour power outage. I hate it for the ones who have kids with all these issues going on.

I have enjoyed my stay here at Elan Sweetwater Creek! The staff is amazing! They genuinely care and are concerned about my needs. They respond quickly to maintenance requests almost instantly! The complex is beautiful and grounds well maintained. I am thankful that I chose to live here.

As I’m driving through the parking lot you see a row of cars with plastic on the windows where the windows was busted out last night. This is an ongoing problem and not enough is being done. We still don’t have a courtesy officer so no I would never recommend this complex. They just sent out an email last week informing residents about another breakin and now we had another last night.

I love living out here. All of the staff workers are very accommodating and helpful. If I'm ever in need of anything, I always get the help I need swiftly. It also is a quiet neighborhood and there is always an event the staff is throwing for us.

I have lived here one year. So quiet and peaceful. The community is well maintained. Love my beautiful and large apartment. The employees that work in the complex are so kind and helpful. I so love it here. I look to live here for many years to come. Can’t see me living anywhere else. Thanks Elan apartments for all you do.

I wouldn’t recommend this apartment complex to anyone. There have been several break ins here. Also air condition has broken and the complex is too new for any of these types of malfunctions.

Love my apartment and the layout. Love the amenities as well the walls are very thin that’s would be my only complaint. The pool area is very beautiful and a fun place to spend my summer. I also enjoy the workout are it’s always well kept up.

Nice & quiet neighborhood. maintenance very responsive. Up to date with pest control. Neighborhood feels safe and very well lit at night. Nice resort style pool area.
My move here has been the absolute best experience. The area is beautiful, the neighbors are friendly and quiet, my unit is spacious, the amenities are great and overall it’s everything I wanted in a new place to live plus more.

The community is great! The clubhouse is beautiful and functions so well as a calm and aesthetic working space. The property is new and so well kept from landscape maintenance to power washing corridors. The staff is friendly and maintenance is super prompt and informative. The apartments themselves are very spacious for a new build. The layout of the community is very pretty and feels very homey and tucked away despite being in a relatively industrial area. I highly recommend this complex for anyone looking in Douglasville/Lithia Springs.

Elan is the best rental experience in the state of Georgia when you factor in the location, amenities, cleanliness and value. It's a Resort atmosphere, tucked away from the busyness of I-20, SR6 & I-285.

The complex and community buildings are beautiful and spotless. I was in love as soon as I entered. Each representative in the office has been extremely helpful every step of the way and I am excited to call Elan my new home!
