I am very comfortable in this place, it is very quiet regarding maintenance, they are very attentive to the time of placing some claim in the office, they are very friendly, it is a safe place, I would recommend it.
Community is clean and quiet. Office is responsive and gracious. Facilities are top tier. Looking forward to more community activities. Our unit is very spacious and modern.
The move in was a simple easy process!!! The staff was very helpful and attentive.I viewed all apartments i wanted until I found the one I wanted to call home.

Living at ESC has been such a great experience! The staff, including maintenance, are always professional, kind, and helpful. My apartment feels like a true sanctuary — it’s spacious, modern, and beautifully maintained. The grounds are always kept in excellent condition!

The property is very beautiful! The layout of the apartments is quite spacious. And the leasing office staff is very responsive and diligent, especially the staff member Daryus!
Enjoyable with comfort , peaceful atmosphere cooperative leasing team nice amenities. Enjoying sunlight because of big windows in each rooms and sunroom. Specious living room and bathroom difficult to find in any other resident community nearby.

I have enjoyed living here. It has been over 2 years and I've enjoyed being here. The staff is great. Concerns are addressed in a timely manner, and the apartment is amazing. Debbie is the best and really works with her residents. I appreciate her.
It is a very nice and very quiet place to live. The parking is very spacious and the rooms are very spacious.It is very safe and the pool area is very elegant.
This year has been very pleasant. I do enjoy living at Elan Sweetwater. Any issues I have, they are there to solve and answer any questions. They host events and have a consistent schedule to keep the community engaged.
Overall, it's not bad. However, the main door often breaks down, the door-to-door garbage service is intermittent, and there are more insects in summer, especially spiders.
Pretty good complex, however they don’t communicate that well. We’ve had multiple AC issues but eventually got it fixed. Love the amenities.

My experience has been great so far. It would really be nice to have our floors pressure washed once a quarter. However, it has been a great experience. The rent is very reasonable.

Internet has been out for 3 days. There was no communication/updates from the office regarding this issue. The internet we have is provided by the property and we are charged for it. Internet needs to be reliable if it’s comes with the property. I understand things happen but I have never had my internet be out for several days. You need to have a reputable company that can fix the issue in a decent amount of time. Days without internet is unacceptable when you have people working from home. It’s a holiday weekend and we have people coming in and we have no tv. Also their public wifi doesn’t work. There is poop everywhere, on the stairs, walking areas. They have seating areas and there is a grassy area near by, all you see is poop because no one cleans up after their door. Alarms have gone off 3 or 4 times so we don’t know if it’s real or false alarm. Water has been shut I don’t know how many time for hours at a time. Inside the apartments are beautiful.

I love this apartment complex. And the management team does an amazing job, but making sure everything is taken care of in a timely manner. And there are always activities going on for us to be involved in and the management team is just lovely. They're very kind and courteous and professional.

Positive (Like/Love): Staff Community: * Love that the community is often quiet and peaceful. * Love the noise ordinance starting at 10pm - 8am. * Love the no smoking at all on the premises of the apartment complex this is including your car, balcony, stairs/stairwells, sidewalks, parking lots, all shared common spaces. * Love the community activities, events, and celebrations (themed or not themed) they have. unfortunately, people take advantage of the grace and kindness provided to them. people have taken advantage of that here and its impacting living for everyone here. you can't police people about how they live, but I wish the peace, safety, and tranquility i initially felt when I first moved in was still here.

From the moment I moved in, the staff has been welcoming, professional, and always quick to address any concerns or maintenance requests. The leasing process was smooth, and I really appreciated the transparency and communication. The apartment itself is spacious, modern, and well-maintained. I love the layout and the natural light that comes through the large windows. Great community and amenities. The maintenance is also very responsive if there are any problems which I appreciate. I haven’t had any issues so far.

ELAN Sweetwater is great!!! We need a better gate system though. Too many drivers drive in once gate is opened.

I have really enjoyed living in Elan Sweetwater Creek. The staff is so nice and welcoming. I enjoy how they put on events for every holiday so the residents can meet one another and know our neighbors. Maintenance is a 10/10 they get back to you quickly.

It’s very quiet and I love that what I don’t like is that residents leave their trashcan out for weeks at a time if management or maintenance will walk through and give them their citation but overall GREAT Community

Not a good community. Tons of car break ins. Water being shut off was horrible as well as an 8 hour power outage. I hate it for the ones who have kids with all these issues going on.

As I’m driving through the parking lot you see a row of cars with plastic on the windows where the windows was busted out last night. This is an ongoing problem and not enough is being done. We still don’t have a courtesy officer so no I would never recommend this complex. They just sent out an email last week informing residents about another breakin and now we had another last night.
