Elan Madison Yards has been a home for me for the past four years. Its proximity to the highway, Beltline, grocery stores, and social events has made it truly convenient living. I have lived here since December 2020 and this place is definitely going down! Management first 3 years showed empathy, compassion and cared about tenants welfare now it’s messed up, all about making money at the tenant’s expense. Management has bad attitude all the time . I now hate it here and can’t wait to leave .

Elan Madison Yards is an amazing property. I was blown away by the experience after a long day of looking at places in Atlanta to call home this spring. The process had been exhausting and overpriced at other properties, which offered hardly any amenities and had very unfriendly staff. Being new to the area, this was so frustrating. I was looking for a place that had everything I needed in one location, along with friendly staff to make me feel like I was in good hands. At Elan Madison Yards, I got everything I needed and then some. The staff was so friendly and professional, and they were insightful about the city, even recommending hotspots to try while I was in town for my tour. I love the modern amenities and beautiful views by the pool. The cinema area is great, and I look forward to meeting new people. The whole experience made me feel like I will be in great hands with this stellar team. Thanks, and I can't wait to call this place home.

The property itself is ok, it’s fairly quiet most of the time. You smell weed quite often, they aren’t very dog friendly as they made the interior dog space a non-dog space now. However, people walk dogs off leash by I20 instead which gives me a heart attack. Getting your packages will be a pain due to switching to Fetch and you can’t get anything to your actual address bc they forward it for you. They don’t take ownership of the unit after you start your lease and make you pay to replace your own fridges filter. Overall, could be worse, but Fetch makes it not worth the money if you care about getting packages.

Clean spaces, accessible to a lot of great food/shopping options, friendly and helpful staff. Very close to the interstate so getting around is pretty easy. I work in the area so being able to park my vehicle for days and have access to everything I need is amazing.

Elan Madison Yards is in a convenient location that has just about everything you need within a 5 mile radius. I love the modern theme of the apartment and overall building, there’s a nice a gym and pool available to you. Excellent and knowledgeable work staff.

I absolutely love living at this community. The professionalism from the agents Ben and Mara is beyond authentic. The managers Jimmy and Carson worked with me to ensure that I found the best home possible. I've only been here for a month but my experience here has been awesome! There are many new & modern apartments in the Atlanta metro but this one stood out to me because of it's co-working space. I work from home but hate sitting in my apartment so this is what sold me on this property. Outside of that it's very close to the beltline and walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, and a publix grocery store. They also have hired cleaners to clean the main areas and they are here pretty much every day! The only improvement i'd say is the move-in process, without a dedicated area to park a Uhaul truck and no dedicated freight elevator the move was definitely a hassle and i've never experienced the lack of consideration for the initial move-in. But I wouldn't let that deter you; everything else has been outstanding.

This is a beautiful complex with great amenities & it’s conveniently located by grocery stores, the movies, a bunch of restaurants and so much more. The major downside is the absence of security cameras, especially in the parking lots. The only safe option that I’ve discovered so far is parking in the basement level right by the gates of building B because of the camera right there & street parking because of the cameras over there.

I’ve only been here now a couple of weeks and I love everything about living here. From the incredible leasing staff to the convenience in location to all the amenities in the apartment. I’ve been renting in different complexes for over a decade. This one is easily my favorite. 10 out of 10 stars.

Everything seemed nice when we were moving in. Even the staff. Then, as soon as I needed something or reported things being wrong I was hanged up on and bullied. The property has become unsafe and the amenities are not maintained. I have paid top dollar for “luxury” apartments only to find out this place is dangerous, the staff highly unprofessional, and multiple inoperable cars in garage, mismatched paint etc. The first floor is maintained much better than the others just to fool renters. I will report my disappointment with this experience to all possible online outlets if nothing is resolved by Jan 4 when I move out. I will not recommend anyone living here. Other residents are also experiencing the same.

We have 2 full time cleaners who are here 6 days per week to maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of the property as well as 4 full time maintenance staff. The entire community is all controlled access, allowing only those with a key fob to enter. Both of our garages are secured and gated, only allowing access to those with a pass. Additionally we have full time security 7 days per week, 13 hours per day. We will have to respectfully disagree with the accusations you have made above, and hope our other reviews speak for the professionalism and dedication of our team. Lovely location, close to most everything in the city!!! Staff is nice however, make sure to follow up and ask questions. This location has a lot to offer and has many perks. Parking deck is a little tight some cars double park can be an issue if u come in late. Units are very unique and up to date, great layouts with plenty storage. Plenty of natural light. If u snag a loft they are gems!! Plenty of community events to know ur neighbor. Just like any apartment community packages are by parcel but there are some door deliveries which is amazing! So far only complaint is the Strong scent of dog urine near my doorway. I have called 4x with no resolve. Have not invited guest due to it. All hallways smell fresh until i turn to the section near my door. I do not own pets so maybe my neighbors do n haven’t said anything due to being used to the stink but it’s strong n potent. This makes me want to reconsider my decision after seeing how other parts of the building are maintained.

I was initially blown away with the property and now that I’ve been here for almost 3 weeks my partners car was broken into and the fire alarms went off twice already with no prior notice. So now I feel like I made the wrong decision moving here .I really hope there is something that can be done to make me feel whole again.

I usually would never do this, but after five straight weeks of this and the blatant negligence on management and their associates, I have to. I’ve been dealing with an infestation for 5 weeks. Management has been on notice the entire time. I have called countless times, I have submitted maintenance and pest control request, I have sent countless emails. After initially blaming me for the issue, they finally got pest control to take it seriously, only after 4 weeks of me having to pay for professional cleaners, and spraying raid on the ceilings and the walls. It’s ridiculous. Then pest control left a note saying the heat needs to be on for two weeks and set it to 88 when it’s 82 out. When I called the office they told me I had to leave it on and expected me to just live under these conditions. Management has not apologized. They have not comped my rent and expenses. Instead they told me today they were not aware I was told to deal with heat being on even though I called on Sunday and stopped by yesterday. Management refuses to email me back or call me or even speak to me when I go to the office. Do yourself a favor and live somewhere that listens and provides options. This is so disrespectful.

Elan Madison yards is a nice property as long as you dont rent a unit near the highway as it is unbearably loud. Also, the leasing staff is not very communicative if you have an issue or a question. Definitely dont rely on them to get anything done.
