Elan Keller Ranch is an apartment community that is the best I have experience.While playing and coaching baseball I have lived in many apartments all over the US.Elan is by far the best of them,from great amenities to a well maintained facility.Elan is close to shopping,schools,and entertainment,and much more.I have never regretted my choice to live at Elan Keller Ranch.

it’s nice, we still enjoy living here. however the only issue is communication. i’ve sent numerous emails with questions and concerns and i havent gotten a response. but otherwise it’s great here. parking sucks tho.

The apartment complex is very quiet. Clean areas. Property management staff is the best. Floor plans are great, apartment is very open and feels large.

New and nice apartments, no noise, pet friendly, pet park and walking trail. great amenities, very nice gym and pool, it could have had a jacuzzi. needs more parking space. Parking is very limited at night. Also pet fee is too expensive, they should lower the fee.

The apartment overall is good and especially the layout! Has lot of natural light and location its self is in quite convenient area where shopping center, restaurant everything is near by.

Love the location and amenities. The community is great and feels very safe. There’s a lot to offer, and the apartments are super nice. The parking can be bad sometimes. Not enough parking spots in my opinion - some times I cannot park in front of my building. That’s frustrating. But otherwise it’s great.

I’m happy I chose EKR as my home! The neighbors are friendly but not too friendly. It’s quiet in my apartment and I don’t hear any noise or disturbances from neighbors. Management is nice and keeps the property up and clean. Maintenance is quick. It was the best choice for my family.

Love this apartment as it is very modern. However the gate system is not so great they never open for the sticker and the visitor parking being so far away is such an inconvenience.

We have lived here for over a year. We have had no issues at all with pest except for some wasps on an eave that were promptly taken care of. The grounds are maintained and it is a quiet, and clean place to live

Very quiet and friendly neighborhood! My family and I are very happy to have been able to move here! They are a lot of parking spaces, the community area maintains clean and there are green places for dogs. The only thing this community is missing is a playground for kids, how ever there are hike and plenty of green space to play more than that. This condominium is perfect to live

Nice, quiet, pleasing community! Convenient to shopping, comforts of a small town in the big city. Eminities are clean and updated living. Gated private and enjoyable to come home to.

I love living at EKR! Anjanette is very responsive to any questions I have asked. Maintenance work orders have been completed promptly. It’s a smaller community and that’s what I was looking for. I like having all the amenities in close proximity to my apartment. The walking trail has been relaxing and therapeutic with watching the wildlife as I walk the trail. I would definitely recommend living at EKR!

After living in a few apartments all over the country, Elan Keller Ranch exceeds all that I can remember. Well kept units, maintenance taken care of in a timely manner (when needed and not) often. Not to mention, apartments are great and a management team willing to listen to suggestions and take care of issues when brought to their attention.

This place is honestly anything you’d want in an apartment complex. I’ve lived in places that are straight up awful and it’s so refreshing to live in a place where the management actually cares about their residents. It’s super dog friendly, residents are friendly and clearly do their part in picking up after their dogs and themselves. The place is beautiful and well up-kept ALWAYS. I love the amenities and how safe the area is. Food, grocery stores, everything you need is just a minute or two away. It’s perfect!

Don't complain about pest issues if it still persist. They will threaten to terminate your lease ASAP. Made them very unapproachable if other issues exist. Very nice in person but will be hostile over emails and phone. Wish it was different.
