The modern design of my apartment, complete with high-quality appliances and thoughtful finishes, makes it a comfortable and stylish place to call home. The amenities, like the heated saltwater pool and fitness center, add a touch of luxury to everyday life. The location is unbeatable—just a short drive to the beach and close to shopping centers, making it convenient for both relaxation and errands. The management and maintenance teams are responsive and genuinely care about the residents, which creates a welcoming community atmosphere. I highly recommend Elan Huntington Beach to anyone looking for a blend of comfort, convenience, and coastal living.

The apartment is very nice, & location is great! Desiree Staton & the leasing team are amazing! Desiree was super helpful and patient every step of the way. We were in a very very tight spot as we had to move out of our old apartment and Desiree went above and beyond to help us through this tough time and we were able to move and settle in just in time! Thank you for everything

First and foremost, I was pleasantly surprised by Lacy and Desiree—they were incredibly kind, cheerful, and extremely helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure my move-in process was as smooth as possible, and I truly appreciate their efforts. Additionally, I'm impressed with the cleanliness of the apartment, the community, and the apartment’s amenities. However, I'm not satisfied with the guest parking situation. I frequently encounter issues when my son and friends come to visit, as I can never find an available guest parking spot—residents seem to use them for themselves. Other than that, everything is fantastic.

I like everything in Elan, the office team so helpful, cheerful and so nice . First experience with maintenance was so quick and easy, the maintenance man was so good and nice, thanks for everything

Elan staff are great to work with. The maintenance staff, Art and John keep the grounds prestige; they get work orders done immediately; overall the best.

I’ve lived in the community for 2 years now and it’s been a very good experience. On site management is responsive and attending to requests and property is well maintained.

I've made my home here at Elan. I've made great friends and love the atmosphere and pool area the most. Lacy, the assistant manager, has been here longer than me and she has stood the test of time. Throughout all of the changes and covid, she stuck it out and did her best to maintain good communication with the residents and kept us updated. She has personally helped me resolve any and all of my leasing needs. Bianca is our new Manager and when she came in, so did all of the upgrades. New ownership and management has done an amazing job updating the interior and exterior paint, new floors on all levels, new BBQ area upgraded, and all of the pool furnishing has been replaced. It's nice to know that they are pouring back into and investing into the property. Hector, the proctor and cleaning person is such a hard worker. He goes above and beyond. Art, the maintenance manager and John, also maintenance, are so friendly and get the job done right away. My maintenance request are usually fulfilled the same day. I'm not one to write reviews but I've been here many years and have to give credit to all of the staff who have worked hard to provide us with a beautiful place to live. I'm looking forward to more to come. There are talks of a community store. Myself and the community agree that having access to snacks and drinks will be another added bonus. Guest parking could be a little better but you do get your own spot so that's the only downside if I had to think of one.

Cindy is such a nice person, so do all of the leasing office team, they'll answer all your questions, and will go over and above for residents to make sure nothing slips away, from complaints to complements. Great and clean community, neighbors and cool and friendly. I want to thank the management for everything they're doing to making this place feels more than a home.

Of all the apartments my wife and I have rented, Elan is the best place we could have rented! The location is great. The amenities are great. Just overall the best department we could’ve rented.

This is not been a positive experience. If you’re moving into this building, expect it to not be move-in ready for you.

We love living at Elan Huntington Beach! It is a great location and wonderful community. Cindy was super helpful and personable when we were looking to secure an apartment here. The staff maintains the community very well, and is very prompt on requests. They have been upgrading and improving the community a lot, and are unfortunately about to close the pool area for 12 weeks. A downside is that we are still waiting on a second parking spot, a couple months after living here so that can be a limitation here.

Management office and maintenance have always been helpful and very nice here

Moved in with my wife about couple months ago, so far the service been great. Clean, quiet place customer service at the leasing office will listen and take care of any concerns, issues, questions we had. Cindy always helps out and makes sure to make a difference.

We are super grateful to have such a professional team at elan, specially Cindy- the most wonderful leasing specialist! Super helpful and made the move in smooth- we felt so welcomed and we are thankful to have someone that truly cares about her residents.

Have lived here over here, and I have zero complaints! The staff goes above and beyond to make sure the tenants are happy. Cindy, at the leasing office, pours herself into helping others. She’s been kind enough to save packages for me for weeks at a time. Always a call or an email the way when I have questions or issues. Jose, and the maintenance team, are also very diligent and quick with any maintenance requests I submit. Excited for the new floor installation and carpet removal. And hoping for more guest parking. But overall, a great place to live!

It was important to find a place that was calm, quiet and felt like home as well. Elan checked all the boxes.

We wish me would have moved into Elan a lot sooner. Finding a good sized apartment for a great price was difficult but elan checked off everything that was on our list. The amenities are amazing, the apartment is gorgeous and spacious, the community is safe and has everything we need within walking distance. Management made the process so easy and Cindy was by far the greatest help to all our questions. We sincerely love living here.

I moved far all the way from the east coast and the staffs at Elan were to nice to help me and made my moving smoothly. Cindy and Andrea from the leasing team were so nice, Cindy were so patient and stayed on the phone to explain everything for me and did all the paperwork to make sure my family has a smooth transition. The maintenance team were also very helpful, I've met Jose and he were so friendly and nice to help me replace the light bulbs to match the 5000K as that's what we'd preferred. I've heard Joe from the maintenance team is nice too so hopefully I can meet him later as I just moved here a couple days ago. Big thank you to Cindy and Jose for being very professional and very helpful to the residents here at Elan. More updates to come in the future as long as I stay here.

Elan is a community within itself. Friendly staff, and friendly neighbors. Pet friendly and feels likes home.

Elan’s office and maintenance staff are helpful and professional. You can actually walk into an office and /or call them, unlike my last management company. The premises are clean and the amenities are nice.

Just moved in to this apartment complex. Love it! Cindy and Andrea made the process smoothly as possible. Great customer service and were very involved in communicating everything clearly with the process. Cindy goes above and beyond in making everyone that she meets welcomed. Office staff is friendly which is rare in most places. Professionalism is amazing. Can’t beat being a few miles from ocean and feeling the cool ocean breeze come through. Clean and up to date with technology. Nice gym on site - looking forward to using it.

I love living here. We are 3 miles from the ocean. The staff is very kind and hospitable. There's an elevator. Maintenance is outstanding. The property is very well kept and promotes a beautiful image inside and out. Neighbors are friendly. The environment is exceptional and we are very happy.

Living at Elan has been such a great experience! We have lived here since November of 2021 and recently transferred from a 1 bedroom to a 2 bedroom! The transfer process was so easy thanks to the help of Cindy in the leasing office! She answered all our questions and was there to help every step of the way! The maintenance team is also great! Thanks to Jose, our requests get completed quickly!

This property is absolutely amazing! Love everything about this property but especially the management and maintenance! Have to start by saying Cindy is the absolute best! So kind and good hearted! She is there to help out with anything and everything! Also cant speak highly enough about The manager Andrea and the Maintance team! Shout out to Jose and Andrea! Top to bottom they are all such a great team! I would highly recommend this property to al my Grenada and family and to whoever reads this review! It is a great place to live very nice and very convenient location

If I had to make the choice again I may not have moved into this place given the amount of issues we’ve had in under a month living here

I was impressed with Cindy, the rental agents enthusiasm and Chris the maintenance managers concern for having my place ready and in excellent shape. It is so nice to be able to talk to staff and to be greeted with kindness.
