Things are always broken, but maintenance staff nice. Office staff could be more communicative, helpful and supportive. When we first moved in they stated our apartment was cleaned by a cleaning crew but that couldn’t be further from the truth. Dust everywhere, stained ceiling, walls and floors, broken and unfinished appliances.

It is always something with these apartments I should have followed my instincts and moved vs. renewing my lease. The residents are not considerate of noises & there is always just “patch work” when repairs are needed. All of a sudden no one knows anything about quiet hours. I’m so glad I’ll be ending my lease soon.

It's a very beautiful community..the landscaping is very well kept, waking up and hearing and seeing the nature is such a delight. Having coffee on my patio, I feel like I'm in a retreat everyday.Waiting on the park to be remodeled, and the pool to be up and running as part of our summer endeavors.Following up with conversations and maintenance requests, could be a bit better ..overall it's great here granddaughter to play.

I love the layout of the apartment. It’s beautiful even though a lot of things are covered up. A lot of my outlets have shorts or just do not work or barely holding on to the wall. The office staff are very pleasant to deal with as well. My biggest issue is the ceiling leaked. I put in a maintenance request weeks ago and they sent someone to dry the area. No one has been back yet, although they called. The dryer that they used is still sitting in my apartment. I have a housewarming next month that I already pushed back because this would be embarrassing to me. Also, I moved into a unit that did not have a fan on the patio. I was told that it would be ordered but have not heard anything back about that as well. I’m really trying to love this place and stay in good spirits about it.

It took a minute but Jerry was diligent and guided me through the application creating a seemly smooth process. Overall the staff was easy to talk with and was quick to answer any question that I had. My apartment was just what I expected, very clean and everything was in tact.

We were not informed on how long the application process will and can take. Also the unit applied for was not available and we were not shown the available units we could choose from(on the website it shows at least 2 other available units). They put us in a unit comparable to the price of the unit we applied for. The apt they gave us has water damage on the ceiling. It should be painted again. The positive, the leasing agent, did his best, he stayed late and even went in and wiped down what he could in the apartment. He put a lot of effort into making sure the move in was smooth as possible. Given that, our move in date and time the unit was supposed to be ready may have been for a later date.

Was a little hesitant when first going through the process because of communication issues, but glad I made the move. Leasing manager named Goldie made everything easy and took any anxiety out of the leasing process. Minor touch ups were needed in the apartment which she had completed the same day! Lately maintenance has been a lot slower. It took me about four weeks to get a lightbulb change in my room because my ceilings are vaulted and I did not have the ladder needed and neither did they for the property. I had to continually follow up around the same time, my heater downstairs stopped working that took them two weeks to come and fix and when they finally did, it worked for a couple of hours and then stopped. I have tried calling the office however that’s also really hard to get a hold of and if you have packages delivered to you I highly recommend telling them to deliver it to your door because there is a huge problem with package theft

My experience living in the complex was tolerable for the first two years, but it deteriorated significantly in my third year due to frequent break-ins and the theft of my car. The gate has rarely worked during my four-year stay, and the lack of on-site security is concerning. I have found that maintenance issues are often neglected until I threaten to take legal action. Furthermore, the front office staff frequently makes promises they fail to keep and rarely answers phone calls, requiring me to send multiple emails or visit in person, only to be provided with inaccurate information.

There are many improvement that have been done to improve the property, such as the new lighting which I just love. They try had to keep the grounds clean. When we have a problem like when the fire sprinkler was leaking they responded quickly. There are many things that needs attention which is my I scored this review a 4.

When I first moved here things were good but it just seems like things are going down hill. When landscaping comes they blow leaves in the corner of my garage area, there are nails always found close to garage I believe it’s coming from the foundation, and the trash that’s left around is nasty.

The communication lack and they tell you something different each time you talk to someone the outside curb appeal is horrible the stairwell doesn’t get blown or swept unless you do it yourself and the inside could use updating on some things with the amount they charge you and the gate never works and had been unworkable for months

This goes up and down but mainly due to communication and having a hard time with office follow up. Amenities would be second lowest at community especially the gym which needs a harsh upgrade to the cardio equipment

Impossible to get in touch with the leasing office unless you go in. I work during their hours and never have time to go in so I would LOVE to be able to reach someone by phone, I’ve also sent emails that have not been responded to. Maintenance takes a long time to do request, so that’s annoying. I wish they would fix the park. Other than that I don’t have any issues.

Overall the move was very smooth. We didn't have any air for the first few days,due to the unit not working. I can say that the maintenance staff was on top of the problem and offered a solution until the problem could be fixed. I can say that if there is a need for maintenance they come in a timely manner. The office staff have been very helpful and friendly.

Air hasn’t work since move in and poor communication about getting it fixed. Apartment is okay, the leasing process took a month literally. Nice size, good kitchen, & huge balcony.

The staff is great just seems like they are understaffed and can’t answer the phones. Maintenance is great when they do show up but typically they never follow my notes to call since I work from home or need to know when to remove the security latch. I still have yet to have someone come by or contact me about my ticket for my garage lights needing to be replaced.

Not what I expected at all! Roaches, break ins, amenities work at random or not available, gate never shut or locked, your charged $50 or more for trash monthly plus you still have to pay for the amenities, building is old, so mold everywhere! Property Manager lives in meetings, but then will walk off of her office and no one else is there and she’s not on the phone. She just never wants to talk to residents. For what you paying here, go somewhere else!!!!!
