Property Ratings at El Dorado
The rental market is at an all time high, affordable options are few. But making the decision to “tough it out” here was a big mistake. Share your apartment with opossums crawling between your walls, reoccurring roaches, and dilapidated buildings. Maintenance is only able to do so much; you can’t put a bandage on a gaping wound! Don’t do it!
I am looking for a four bedroom for my family, and we are moving from south bend indiana and wanted a place to have just until we can get us a house. I send an email to find out if they have any four bedrooms available and no one has gotten back to me.
Everytime I call the apartments they hang up on me
After a somewhat rocky transition to new management, I still love this place. Diana is an efficient, thorough, kind and helpful manager. These are older homes and the usual maintenance problems occur. Maintenance is dispatched quickly to do repairs. The only problem is loud music that residents play when the office closes. Overall, this is a safe place to live. I’ve been here almost a year and I am satisfied with my home.
I have been living out here for almost 2 years. So far so good for me when I submit a maintenance request they come. They fix the issue in a timely manner. I like paying my rent online & how the portal is setup for your records.
I have been living here for 1 year. I have never had any problems. Anytime I need something fixed they are right here in a timely matter. Victor is a very honest and great guy. I'm looking forward in to signing another lease. I love it here
Dorado apartment es una muy buena zona para vivir y muy buen anbiente para los niños es seguro. Los apartamentos muy bonitos y comodos segun lo que estes buscando y muy economicos. Areas muy limpias, seguridad. Cuando envias un request a los de mantenimiento vienen rapido a solucionar el problema requerido. Realmente me encanta vivir en estos apartamentos.
I have live at this complex for a little over a year and I love it. It’s a nice size 4 bedroom and i really like it because it’s a townhome. I have not had had any issues since I have lived here. The manager is a pretty cool dude and will do what he can to accommodate when necessary. El Dorado is a nice place to live and I would recommend it any day
The only reason i gave them a star was because a rating is mandatory! Bills are ridiculous i have never paid that much for a condo in my life ! My parents live in a 5 bedroom 3 floor home with over 2000 square footage and their bill is merely half of that. My carpet smells like cat urine and has given me chronic headaches. Moving from out of state has left me to dislike this moving steeping stone! Whatever you do please steer clear of the headache and lack of caring within the managment. Just like i was fooled by the pictures and friendliness please take this as a warning steer clear of this complex !!!!
I got lucky to get an updated 3bedroom townhome, I love the new flooring the big windows and the location of my unit since parking is right in front of my place, the bedrooms are decent size the neighbors and staff are friendly and helpful if I need anything. Absolutely is a great value for the size and bedrooms that I got
I wish I could give them 5 stars because this is a wonderful place to live! If you need anything fixed they are there the same day, the leasing agents are easy to talk to... BUT parking is a major issue we have visitor parking and residential parking and the "visitors" parking in the resident park all the time. You will never have a parking sport if your work come home after 4! The rental off ice has still yet to fix this issue and it's going on well over a year

Did not move in to this property but It was my first contact and they were great at working with me and giving me all the information I needed. I was looking for a 1 bedroom apartment and the all utilities included was a great perk, they informed be of another sister property and ended moving there since it was bigger and more of what I wanted. Even that I did not move in this property (El Dorado)is worth for you to stop by and take a look for your self.
The townhome are very spacious. In comparison to nearby rentals you are getting a lot of space for your money. There were only a few times where I did need maintenance, and contrary to other reviews they always came quickly and resolved the problem, they get an A from me.
living here for 2 years in a 2bed town home my unit has a basement which has been great to store all the extra stuff I have, washer and dryer hook up are in the basement which I like a lot, they have cameras ll over the property and makes me feel a bit more at ease when I'm not home.
El doraldo apartments are nice and quiet affordable 1 - 4 bedroom's apartments and town houses... Everyone is very friendly and my landlord and his maintince crew are nice and if anything is wrong they are here to fix it whether your home or not they also have soccer games and they play against other apartment complexes with is nice and fun we also have an on site laundrymat .... Ive been here for almost 2 years I love it I'll rate 4 if we had a pool it will be an 5
Great town home for a low price. I was looking for a home with a split level, 2 restrooms and a washer dryer hookup. The only negative I can say is that winters suck because the bill almost triples for heat!!! All in all, I'm pleased.
El Dorado is not just an apartment complex, it is a community. On an average day you can see kids cheerfully playing outside, and Neighbors walking their dogs. I love being able to get some exercise in the soccer field conveniently placed at the center of the complex. I also love waking up to the roars of engines coming from Indianapolis Motor Speedway behind the apartments. There are many restaurants in a walking distance too, its like the hustle and bustle of the big city in a small package.
I really love my apartment. It is very spacious and the amount of rent I pay is surprisingly low since my apartment is so huge. Anytime I call maintenance they are here that same day or sometimes even thirty minutes later. They make sure the apartments get mowed and if anything needs fixed around our apartments its done. They are always finding ways to keep these apartments looking good. I am planning on staying here for a long time.
