First off when I moved here , I had a HOLE on the floor and they covered it up with CARPET!!! They love to come into your apartment when you are not here. We are paying for trash service and THEY NEVER COME to take the trash. SHOOT OUTS EVERYDAY !!! Don’t move here it’s not worth it !!!
I loved the renovations and the upgrade they did on the apartments. No more carpet! There is tons of storage space. The outside needs a little work. But overall great community and the office staff was amazing. Very helpful and understanding. The application process was smooth and they were great with communication.

Moved here 2 months ago. So far so great. The whole management team (Yessie, Brenda, & Odalis) constantly making sure that all tenants feel home at Highpoint. All application processing stages was super smooth. The management team is very responsive & caring by any means. Great amenities. Great location. Minutes away from Uptown without craziness of Uptown.
I move in 6 months ago Great Apartments love the hospitality great service and the attention within seconds of walking in never had any issues loving it!!!
I love living at Summit Ridge Apartments. I have a great view of nature and there is bus stops and grocery stores, restaurants within a walking distance. The staff is amazing very helpful and understanding. The maintenance team are always on time to fix anything. They have an excellent clubhouse, pool, and lounge area. They have a tennis and basketball court available to any and all residents.
Living at Summit Ridge Luxury Apartments has been such a wonderful experience for my fiancé and I thus far. Once we moved in everyone (staff and neighbors) greated us with a warm welcome! Everyone is always smiling around here and it's nice to hear "good morning or good evening" even friendly waves from other residents. This complex is very quiet during the evening which is another plus. We also LOVE the gym that is located on the premises for residents to use whenever. Parking is another . Designated parking for one person in your household and the second parks at the end of the spots with no numbered spaces. The complex is also beautiful. The land is well maintained (lawn cutting almost every week) and the inside of the apartments are gorgeous (granite countertops throughout, hardwood floors and cherry countertops!" The only complaint I could have are the trains located in back of the building but... you get used to them!
