East Fresno is a dynamic neighborhood conveniently placed 10 miles from Downtown Fresno. The Sierra Freeway runs through town and connects East Fresno with other parts of the city, but residents won’t have to travel far from home to get what they need. Shaw Avenue is home to many shopping centers and eateries like Sierra Vista Mall, Windmill Marketplace, and more. The Tuscan Plaza Shopping Center and Windmill Marketplace are located in the northern part of the neighbor near a large medical complex. Fresno Yosemite International Airport, located in the south of town, is another great feature of East Fresno. Fun attractions of East Fresno include the breathtaking Clovis Botanical Garden and Clovis Old Town Trail, a paved path stretching through the neighborhood.

Property Ratings at Edgewood Apartments
The maintenance and condition of the apartments is deteriorating significantly. Every repair they do is the cheapest possible repair. Literally the manager just assured me that regluing my freaking silverware drawer is not an ASAP repair and they're not concerned with fixing it quickly. Last time it took over 6 weeks and it's absolutely retarded because any other company would actually replace a broken part. You can only glue things together for so long and it doesn't make you smart. This place is deteriorating beyond repair and the tree scraping side of my building is already destroying the building there's mold inside and out of this house. It would be foolish to move here unless you plan to take advantage of the monthly rent. Also that monthly rent doesn't protect you, it can have your family out on the street and as quick as you move in with that lease. Junk quality ownership, management, and apartment quality.
