I’ve lived here for 3 years and I love it. The area is great because it’s peaceful and quiet. Also the communication from the property manager is amazing, which is very important. The townhomes are beautiful and they are remodeling them so they’re going to be even better. I highly recommend Edgemont village to everyone.

My fiance and I went and toured these townhomes, we are in working on the process to move in. We were welcomed warmly and they answered all the question we had for them. Kathy is extremely friendly and was very helpful. The townhome's renovation are wonderful they felt comfortable, clean, and homey.

I haven’t moved in yet but I am in the process. The best part is working with the leasing office. They have made things very comfortable in the transition and are super polite! Great place to rent!! And would definitely recommend this place

I stopped by for a quick tour and all I can say is that Kathy is great! She was very welcoming and made sure I had all my questions answered. I already felt at home while touring the apartment. The renovations are beautiful.
