Range not working properly The experience was positive ...all of the contacts for maintenance has been awsomw.the guy was auper nice...explained everything that might have causes the oven not working..excellent maintenance staff thumbs up..

Quick Turnaround Jeremiah and Josh get it done. We had a frame crack around the door from when the building was built. Good then things are still under builder warranty, they got the vendor here and got it taken care of.

The apartments The apartments are pristine and unique. I have not seen these floor plans before. The club house has everything and i cannot wait for the pool to open. The staff are informative and extremely helpful

Garage door My garage door went off track a couple of weeks ago and the response was quick, especially around a holiday. This week it did the same thing and once I put in a work order, it was quickly resolved. The response of the maintenance is amazing. Also, thank you to the managers that tried to help me the first day it happened. I appreciate you!!

They do not respond to potential tenants about the most basic inquiries Price shot up $200 since I first inquired about some small details Received an automated message Have not heard back and the yearly difference in price from when I first inquired to now is $2400 due to their employees lack of responsiveness - would have to assume it’s intentional to get more money out of tenants
