It’s so amazing how I drive through here and never seen how quiet and nice this place is I was looking for apartments and the staff is so so nice junior helped me to apply for a very nice three bedroom this place is my forever home!

I love my new home and diamond kitchen, the countertops are beautiful! Madison did a great job helping our family find our home and made the process seamless.

I can’t believe that these apartments were here this whole time! They’re so nice and so cheap Maddie O and Jr were the best! They’re really informative and gave us the tour of both sides I really can’t wait to move in

Big shout out to Whitney for finding me just what I was looking for. I love my new home! Very quiet location and large fenced in yard. Thank you to Brian for having ETS contractors install a new outlet for my washer. They installed it in a timely manner and did cleaned up after themselves. Very satisfied thank you all!!

My husband and I took a tour of this property. The best part was working with Jeanette. She was so warm and hospitable from the moment she met us and made us feel welcomed and comfortable right off the bat. She made the whole process so easy, answered all our questions and checked in on us for anything else following up. We saw the 2 bedroom Diamond Townhome. The area was spacious and townhomes were very lovely and HOME-y. Highly recommend checking them out, they’re great for what you’d need.

I have lived here for 3 years, the staff is friendly and work with you. Maintenance is punctual and responsive! I have a huge yard, I have laundry hookup, I have the perfect amount of space for my son and I! Jessica the community manager is amazing!

We lived there for a year &’ had roaches the WHOLD TIME. They wouldn’t come &’ take care of ANY problems. Just save yourself the trouble. There’s a reason it’s so cheap.

I recently moved into Eden of Whitehall, the apartment was great, updated and very clean. Autumn was so great to work with and very professional.

My landlord Autumn was super nice and helpful with the whole process! She communicated effortlessly and I was able to move in so quick and easily! I can’t wait to enjoy my new home ??

I have been here about 3 years and it seems to be a great place as long as they take care of the issues as they are old and are needing some things addressed, but they have been working hard lately replacing things! Me and my family love it here we have essentially a house with a backyard and a front yard! There is nowhere in Columbus. You can go and find somewhere for the price and the space that they give you. I have three bedrooms my own bathroom it’s not a small apartment. If you know the history, these were military housing a long time ago in Whitehall. I have worked here and I’ve also lived here And I will say a lot of people with the apartments. It is what you make it if you don’t live a clean, decent life, then your apartment will probably not last cuz they are already old! I’ve planted flowers and made my place look very nice, and I’m very proud of my place. We love it here you’re going to have issues at every apartment complex that you go to the same things even with the newer apartments maybe just not as often but it happens. I think they’re doing a great job getting this place together and replacing windows driveways and roofs and cutting down dead threating trees are a huge step in the direction that they need to go!

We had questions about signing a new lease and Rahel was so helpful. She even ask about service request and let us know that she will have it taken care of and she did. I am so happy and grateful for the staff here. Thank you Rahel 253YR

This place is horrible. It was cheaply put together when I moved in. The siding under the kitchen cabinets fella off. I have carpet ants. My basement flooded. Maintenance told me that it’s normal to have it flooded. I’ve had sewer problems since day one. And the only communication i get from the rental office is then threatening to hit me with a $125 fee for something that they didn’t like.

First off, I wanted to say that I have been living here for almost 7 1/2 years and for all I know these units have their difficulties depending on what each unit is going through. I'm one of those people who encountered various problems including the main reason which I will include in this text. If you have kids, make sure that you protect them well from any harm that may happen to them. I have two children and I love them dearly too much. So anyway, on with the review! 1. Okay, so the first thing you must be aware of when you move into the unit is the parking spaces in the 16 Parklawn Blvd area. They get occupied very quick on the weekdays, especially by the property managers and the maintenance technicians. You have no space to park otherwise you would have to park on the side of the street or in the next parking lot beyond the other units. Property managers don't always park by the office, so you must be mindful of that. 2. The Staff, this includes the management and maintenance, are constantly changing people and can never keep them. There are a few that I admire but some that are new can be a bit tedious. The maintenance staff are doing their jobs too quickly and are sloppy at their work. Sometimes they leave their work unfinished and most of the time they leave us with future problems for them to troubleshoot and they are lazy at it. They don't always focus on one unit as they got other units while being dispatched so I can imagine it is hard for them to keep up with all. Now I get it's hard to find more people these days to know what they are doing. The property managers will always get on your case about small things that could lead to bigger problems in your life, and it gets stressful so you have to watch out for that too even when there are things that have nothing to do with you or your unit. 3. Pests: yes we get a lot of those here and they have free rent. This includes all the rodents and bugs you see around you and I'm not just talking about "bed bugs" as most units have them and its embarrassing, I'm also talking about groundhogs, skunks, raccoons, and those cute bunny rabbits living under the porch and in your lawn. We used to have some trees here but 5 years ago or so because they are in the way of the power lines attached between the units and the pole itself, they decided to get them cut down, not related to pests but we used to see squirrels coming towards our porch looking for some walnuts falling from the tree.

The property has tenants that have had issues with bed bugs. When those tenants move out, all the do is change the carpet. When you move in the bed bugs are still in the apartment and it become your issue. Also, up to 8 units can share a wet wall, and other unit with bugs/roaches will eventually also become your problem.

Poor service on most counts. I've been waiting for 3 years to have my gutters cleaned, but the rental office thinks it's acceptable for rainwater from the entire roof to dump directly onto my front porch and subsequently create a leaking basement. They have increased my rent by $300 in 7 years. And now they have refused to repair ANY air conditioning maintenance request for ANY rental unit under their management for another month. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Pay a lot, get nothing! The heavy restrictions about outdoor kids toys like pools and trampolines make no sense and the maintenance is practically nonexistent. The neighborhood isn’t great for families and the condition of the apartments is terrible for the price.

We have been calling for months to remove raccoons from our walls/ attic and they continue to say they are "working on it and to be patient". We now have flees due to these raccoons. They continue to give use the run around about removing the raccoons. I spoke with the previous tenant when she was picking up mail and she said they complained about the raccoons/ flees while she was there also a year prior! Do yourself a favor and stay away!

Imagine putting in a work order 3wks ago and your complex raising the rent by $100 but refusing to fix your central o with 87-90 degree temperatures. Imagine you & your child not being able to cook, clean or sleep comfortably. That’s my current situation & they don’t care ???????

My mom and my son have asthma and it's 90 degrees out they won't come out and fix our air. Every year it goes out on us. They keep charging us for mowing I mow my own grass. Very rude all the time.

This is the worst place to live they have all these restrictions and rules and fines and late fees but they don’t fix things in a timely manner but have time to walk around with threatening letters about the grass being to tall or garbage cans not being in the driveway but need to in the backyard. You can’t have pools basketball rims swings sets for your kids you can’t have beware of dog signs you can’t do anything it’s like a concentration camp.. but you have to wait months on months to fix problems actually been almost two years waiting for non emergency things to be fix when it should be fix even if it’s not an emergency.

this complex is literally just liveable. it's outdated, there are several maintenance issues, rodent issues, they left a notice saying the children who live here can't have inflatable pools, trampolines, or small play sets in their back yards. they try to charge for every little thing, they don't work with you even considering the coronavirus. I have racked up so many maintenence calls and have never heard from them, the windows are painted shut, the dish washer has water in it that won't drain. please consider else where when looking for a home. use this as a last resort.

These townhomes are decent in size however they are far from “renovated” we have several area where paint is peeling. Several baseboards are cracked and badly damaged. Tub and sinks drain slowly (even after being looked at) walls are thin so you hear literally everything. Office workers are either useless or rude when you call in to ask a question or report an issue. They even threatened to charge us for having a plant display on the porch as it was not “patio furniture”. Honestly wished we could afford better and would have had time to find something better for us. Stuck for now, praying they’ll work on things for us. Price is okay but might as well plan to fix a lot of stuff on your own.

These townhomes are very spacious, however maintenance sucks. They never resolve the problem, just give temporary fixes. Some of the staff is rude and never want to do the right thing. The way they handle the water bill sucks. They want to charge you for everything but won’t even make sure that everything in your apartment works. You can literally hear EVERYTHING that’s going on in your neighbors apartment. Poorly insulated. Poorly managed.

I’ve been living in these apartments 2.5 years. Only one year on a lease and I’ve been month to month since. The neighborhood has skunks, groundhogs, cats, raccoons like CRAZY. Maintenance is slow asf! I try not to deal with the rental office at all because it’s always somebody new. The neighborhood was quite now the police are across from me every other day. I’m giving them my 30 day notice today! Good Luck ?? for the price it’s good but that’s it!

Coming from a current resident, I can understand the enticing lower rent prices for 2-3 bed rooms might make you not want to second guess but I’m telling you to think twice before you decide to sign an agreement living here. Everything was fine at first new issues. We understood you gotta buy your own trash can, no problem. We get things are a little dated, we don’t intend to stay here forever. However, the issues that occurred after only a month of staying here have been enough for me to say no to a lease renewal. I would honestly rather sleep in my car again. The tub used to drain just fine for a couple weeks, then started draining slow, and then slower until it just stopped draining altogether and the dirty water, dead skin, etc would just sit there accumulated in the tub. Tried plunging it thinking maybe it would help, did nothing. So we called maintenance twice, first time, not able to resolve the issue, second time the issue was resolved or so we thought. Maybe a few days to a week the tub drained like normal again, no more standing in old dirty water but I was wrong. The tub continued to drain, just drain from underneath the toilet. That led to flooded bathroom floors of water. We’d mopped it up, thinking maybe shorter showers would resolve it, that was not the case. unfortunately it went from water draining to the tub and toilet gurgling and spewing up raw sewage onto the bathroom floor which started seeping through to the carpet right outside of the bathroom door. Of course making the entire bathroom not usable. A 3rd maintenance call in the two months, going on three months of being here I’m starting to see a horrible routine. Called them, was told they would be out same day this call was made in the morning of 09/16/2019 before heading to start our day with such an inconvenience, thinking when I’d get back home the issue would be cleaned and resolved. I come back, someone was definitely here, NO NOTICE that maintenance was here but my personal cleaning items used to clean surfaces have been used , bathroom still not usable, and nothing done except a half wiped out tub and strong smells of my own cleaning products that were used by the maintenance who came. It is currently day 2 of nothing being done. I’ve cleaned the bathroom before whether it was a simple mop up or cleaning out the tub — a major plumbing issues erased my efforts and that’s not something I’m going to continue to do.

I’ve been living here for two years and they’re raising my rent. I disagree with this because the house is un-leveled, maintenance doesn’t come when you have an emergency, there’s a raccoon, skunk, and cat problem. Don’t bother trying to pay rent online. Such a hassle. Also, there isn’t a playground anymore.
