Eden of Whitehall

This is the only place that I will ever stay this place is amazing! They were so nice to my baby and complimented my outfit the places are amazing and beautiful and smells so nice Madison &Jr are the definitely the definition of top tier customer service!

If i had to describe the amount of customer care i recieved here, i wouldnt even be able to put it into words jeanette & jr were superb!!! From the nice model to the nice office i really love it all!!!

Angela& Jr are the best they need their praises, they helped me to get the best apartment ever. They are so nice and kind and need their accolades or a raise because so many have spoke highly of them. The apartments are beautiful and they give the best service here at Eden of Whitehall everyone needs to have their praise!!

Kait was awesome during our tour making me feel welcome and relieved to find a home and soon! I loved the open basement space, home features, and it was so cute and smelled great! Thank you for today!

My husband and i applied here today and have heard how popular this place is and we were bot wrong everyone is very nice and pleasant and Autum & Jr were very helpful the homes are very nice tjey have many nice models

Wonder customer service from Kate and nice home features

Kaity was very nice and thorough during our tour today! She also gave me information about some sister properties to really make sure my family and I find the best fit and home. Very clean and appealing community and beautiful homes! This has been a very stress-free start.

Kait was very helpful in the office today getting me back on to the online portal with no fees! I have been here 14 plus years and am pleased. My home has just what I needed for me. She also helped with some recent requests and made the process simple.

Today I was able to get walk into the office and be helped by Kait She was very sweet had a nice attitude and was very helpful she made sure to answer all my questions and assist me with all my needs.

Jeannette and Kait were very helpful with my rent payment today online. They resolved my issue quickly and were very nice. I like being able to pay quickly online.

This place is amazing and Cynthia is wonderful with helping us move in and also making sure our new home is clean and nice for our kids and the schools are great as well here in Whitehall.

Aline and Drou were amazing! They explained everything in detail before we plan to apply. Their apartment looks very nice inside with black appliances and outside looks clean.

I will really miss this place, i really enjoyed my time here and just wanted to leave a review on how amazing the staff is and how I’ve been treated throughout my time, I highly recommend everyone to apply and if they need to talk to someone on this amazing staff I recommend JR for all their needs.

Full transparency, I only lived in one other place in my adult life, so I could be way off base, but I do love it here. Staff is friendly and want you to feel at home. Truthfully, I haven’t had any bad interactions. They are fast and responsive. Location is great, space is great. If I had one MINOR complaint, it’s more of BROAD STREET being horrible than anything else. All in all, I hope to stay here for years to come

Kaitlyn Bland was very helpful & super thorough with explaining the apartment . She stayed on top of everything and stayed in touch! She was very patient and understanding of all situations. She replied in a very appropriate time and always carries a very nice tone.

This is the place to be!!! I moved here from Indiana and they quickly found me a home and got me approved and I was able to tour the home and it’s so beautiful and the area is very clean I’m so thankful that everything worked out thank you Jocelyn & JR!!!

It’s so amazing how I drive through here and never seen how quiet and nice this place is I was looking for apartments and the staff is so so nice junior helped me to apply for a very nice three bedroom this place is my forever home!

I love my new home and diamond kitchen, the countertops are beautiful! Madison did a great job helping our family find our home and made the process seamless.

I can’t believe that these apartments were here this whole time! They’re so nice and so cheap Maddie O and Jr were the best! They’re really informative and gave us the tour of both sides I really can’t wait to move in

Big shout out to Whitney for finding me just what I was looking for. I love my new home! Very quiet location and large fenced in yard. Thank you to Brian for having ETS contractors install a new outlet for my washer. They installed it in a timely manner and did cleaned up after themselves. Very satisfied thank you all!!

Angela and Jr man you guys are the best not only is the property amazing but the team is by far the best complex that I've ever known they have the so much patience and I really like my new future home

My husband and I took a tour of this property. The best part was working with Jeanette. She was so warm and hospitable from the moment she met us and made us feel welcomed and comfortable right off the bat. She made the whole process so easy, answered all our questions and checked in on us for anything else following up. We saw the 2 bedroom Diamond Townhome. The area was spacious and townhomes were very lovely and HOME-y. Highly recommend checking them out, they’re great for what you’d need.
