I met Sierra & Jr to day I walking in and I wanted a two bedroom and they were very nice and patient and showed me the room It was very nice and I like the Area its very beautiful its very big Area and close to everything

I went to do a tour of this property and it was so quiet i really like how the units looks and the townhome as well Jr & Sierra did the tour for me and showed me everything so i had to apply immediately!!! This was the most nicest apartment complex thank you guys!!!

I love living here going on 7yrs. Management is very professional and helpful they take care of any issue as quickly as possible. The other tenants watch out for each other. They have a great maintenance team that work hard keeping up on the cleanliness of the property.

I so appreciate the kind and considerate management and the punctual and knowledgeable maintenance. A very nice community to live in and close to shopping etc. Highly recommend living here.

The staff here are so keen on knowing what the plight of the tenants are and doing everything within their means to have them met! The attendance rate to call is so superb...they would be right there within minutes of notifying the office of a situation that needs to be solved. They are polite and customer-service oriented to the extent that they are ready to go off the lengths to bring satisfaction and smile on the face of a needy tenant! The office keep checking on a tenant until the needed service is completed to the letter! Amazing staff!

JB is a great maintenance tech. He was very polite and got my disposal replaced in no time and was very nice.

Staff is always respectful & efficient! Been here almost 6 years & always had a good experience with staff !

Thanks to the help of Chelsea. I moved in on time without any problems. The community is clean and peaceful and quiet.

I really appreciated the ease with which I was able to consistently communicate with the landlord. Chelsea was informative and kept feeding me the information I needed to know I was making a good move.

Please do your research regarding the reputation of this complex. I'm not sure who gets to rent the apartment depicted in the picture, but my carpet was at least 7 years old. My cabinets looked nothing like the pictures posted online, but cheaply made Drive by on the weekends and see the overflowing trash cans. Take the time to speak to your future neighbors. They don't have the reputation in the community that they do for no reason.

Maintenance is hands down the best thing here. They are very polite and professional. That is very much appreciated in these times. Dale is the main guy who shows up to fix any issues within my unit he does it in a timely manner. He’s an awesome employee to have on your team. Very friendly and gets the problem fixed . It’s never anything major but he handles it just like if it was . Eden of reynoldsburg you have a awesome maintenance team

Maintenance is great - Ben and Dale are always timely, considerate, and do a great job with any requests! Since they've started working at this complex it's been much more pleasant getting things fixed - big or small.

I currently live here this is not a place you want to live there are roaches,wasps, spiders everywhere. The rental office took advantage of me because I was a first time renter I pay way more then I need to. I constantly call the police on my neighbors and the office won’t say or do anything about the situation. The rental office doesn’t do anything to fix anything unless you constantly bug them. They do not come in and spray regularly for insects and they also don’t inspect apartments for bed bugs and to make sure the apartments are clean. The good reviews you see were made by the office staff. DO NOT RENT HERE.

I moved in and a week later moved out and had to throw all my furniture away!! Don’t do it!!! Roaches and bed bug infested!!!

this is the first place in along time that has felt like home

I just want to applauded the maintenance staff at Eden of Reynoldsburg because the office was closed for an extended break for the holidays and the trash cans were over flowing and it was trash everywhere. They came back and had to pick up all the trash and move it to a different location and it was single digits outside… Freezing cold.

I like the exposed brick and large basement in my spacious 2 bedroom townhome. The manger is quick to reply to my emails and always follows up if I have an issue. Overall its been a good experience.

Love staying in the townhouse.. Great neighborhood.. Peaceful & close walking distance to Kroger!

My daughter was told on sept 3 she could be moved in by oct 1st & to come in & put her deposit down so she did..she got a call from Cassie saying she was moved to a waiting list 2 weeks before move in date & it wouldn't be until the end of November..my daughter told her she was scheduled to have her baby oct 10 so that wouldn't work for her she needed something now..Cassie apologized stating she understood & that oct 10 was her birthday too & she would refund her deposit but when she went in to get her deposit back was told no it wouldn't be refunded..I feel like this place takes advantage of young couples trying to start out in life & just wondering how many other victims there is..I will be calling 6 on your side and a lawyer & BBB..this is just awful management & has been so stressful..I will not stop fighting for her deposit until I take my last breath..how can they even sleep @ night knowing they rip people off..just awful!!!

I moved to the Eden of Reynoldsburg about 4 months ago. For the most part I like my apartment. But where I was coming from was the worst of the worst so I'm not sure if I would have settled for anywhere but where I was living. I love love having a washer & dryer in my apartment. No more laundromat. I love the area. Rental office is very nice so far. And they do their best to get things done. When I was visiting and looking into moving here, what drew me in was the rental office staff. Alsia (probably spelling her name wrong) was very personable with all of the tenants that walked in. She knew them by name. Asked about their wives and families. She seemed so genuine. Which made me feel at home. Considering I came from a property that would leave you and your family to rot in the most terrible conditions. One thing I Absolutely positively hate and it's the reason I gave three stars and am considering moving, are the kids! I love kids. I have two myself. But there are several neighborhood kids UNSUPERVISED AT ALL TIMES! I live in a flat on the third story, so I have the balcony when I walked out my front door. Kids are always running down these, which I think is extremely and highly rude! There out there screaming right outside my window as we speak, just put my baby girl down to bed for the fourth time because they keep waking her. &a they are very young kids that are out all night very loud. When I come home or leave my house, they are blocking the steps and have no respect to let you through or get up! Even when I have car seat and one hand and groceries in another. Hearing them run and play on this wood literally is driving me to move after only 4 months. There is plenty of beautiful grassy areas for them to run and play, but instead they are able to play on the stair ways and the wood walkways, because they parents aren't considerate enough to tell them to go down on the grass to play. Where are these parents! Ive almost hit the same boy with my car countless times because he darts across the street with out a care and he is about 12!! Old enough to look both ways or no better to be in the street. Day in and day out. I literally don't know how much I can take. They are screaming at the top of their lungs outside my window. I wish I could record it. I have to stop writing this review as the baby has been woken up once again. This is no lie #5.

I'VE LIVED HERE FOR A YEAR AND A HAVE AND IT THE BEST APARTMENT I HAVE EVER HAD !!! The staff are SO genuine and are basically family!!!

The town homes at Eden of Reynoldsburg are great. They're very spacious, with lots of storage in the basement area. They add extra little details to make it feel more like a home of your own. Plus the property is pet friendly which is always a plus. It's definitely a property you'll love to live at.

My fiancé and I moved in last year and we absolutely love it ! Our mangers are super friendly and helpful ! Very quiet neighborhood. And very nice apartments :)

I love how peaceful the townhomes are. You can't hear the neighbors through the walls like most places. It is very spacious, Lot of storage space. Everyone is quiet and reserved and keep to themselves. I also love the management/ maintenance team. D. Roberts

We've been here well over a year and love it! The office has been super helpful and maintenance is always on it!

I lived there for 10months and it was the worst place ever... The drug activity is out of control and it's the younger teenagers smoking weed outside in front of the rental office and around the pool area and even after it was addressed nothing was done. The Kids run the neighborhood breaking windows in cars leaving trash all over. The rental office doesn't do much. The apartment look nice until you live there for about a month the bathtub was painted over so it started peeling and around the bathroom sink counter tops. You can hear all your neighbors talking the walls are So thin. I have also seen the bed bug exterminator in the complex in different units every few weeks. I do not recommend this place reconsider even if ur desperate it's not worth it.

I would go with the last review on this page. I lived here for 2 years when problem started happening. They started allowing some not-so-nice and friendly people recently. Problem is these people are looking to create more trouble for their neighbors. Not nice, polite or courteous to people around them. I can smell people smoking all around my apartment. Dogs braking, kids running around, jumping in my neighboring apartment and some kids try to peep into my living room. I strongly recommend against anyone wishing to rent an apartment here. I would say yes if rent were cheaper, but it's not. $600 for 1 BHK is too much given what I mentioned in the first para. Plus there are too many nice apartment complexes in and around neighboring areas. And I almost forgot to say, but they added some ridiculous charges on my account recently. Not quite a professional, customer friendly and family oriented ambience around.

Ive been living here for 4 years now. The first 2 and a half years were great until more kids and Meth heads started to move into the complex. They are starting to clean things up a little bit as far as the property grounds. They are putting new sidings on the buildings but the new siding is just stapled over the old sidings. The bathtubs are painted and the cabinets and drawers are painted as well which has chipped over the years. The main issue I have is the noise. The walls are SO THIN that you hear EVERYTHING. You can hear people who live below you, beside you like they live in your direct apt. My building has also contracted bed bugs which they lied to me about and said that when they did a bug inspection their complex was clear of any bugs. FALSE. I get bit every night and they expect me to pay to get my apartment heated up or else I get kicked out. THATS NOT HAPPENING. Im moving once when refund checks come back in. This apartment is in a decent area and I love the area but the apartment itself has went down hill tramendously. They also have built an all boys home within the complex which will be housed with boys that have behavior issues. They already have kids running around every wear and knocking on my door and running....just wait until even more bad kids move in that boys house. I def. do not recommend this property.

Quiet, friendly, safe. The management here is amazing. She checks with before I have to check in with her. If I need anything it's done almost immediately. I absolutely love it here!!!

I have always had maintenance come to my apartment in a timely manner. They are so kind and helpful. The apartments are affordable without being cheap. I definitely recommend this apartment complex.

I have only lived here for about 1 month I had some things to be fixed they sent maintance right away the office manager is very sweet and kind she is very helpful and uhnderstanding

Eden of reynoldsburg is an ok place to live for a minute. There are constantly children roaming around your car(s). The parents of those children are never watching them while they break bottles in the street. The land lord here is a nice person. But that being said, I can't wait until my lease is up.

I have lived here for 13 months and i have nothing bad to say about this property. The grounds are kept clean if there is a maintenance issue it is fixed almost right away. The office managers are extremely friendy and are glad to help. I do look forward to being here another year.

They do make everything sound good, giving a you discount but then they will send you a bill saying you have unpaid balance after signing a lease that you have to pay x amount for the rent including the water. They always close the pool, the new manager is terrible.
