I just want to say thank you to the whole staff here at Eden of Easton Thank you SL and DE and AD for the amazing hospitality and move in energy! I highly recommend renting through this company! Thank you to the maintenance team as well for making sure everything was fixed before move-in I really do appreciate MT & KK & IH for being not only wonderful people but great maintenance. If you are looking to rent I highly recommend Eden Of Easton!

I just want to recognize the property and the staff for always helping us thank you RH for everything you helped me with.

Our residency here has changed since management has changed. We can tell who is in the office cares. SL came to my home to help us with some concerns we had. She’s helpful in so many ways. She was leaving apartment and notice our closet door was off tracked and she offered to fix it. She goes above and beyond we thank her!

I didn't have heat for almost 2 years I put service request in they come they try to fix nothing. But IH come, he did a great job he knew exactly what to do and how to fix it. SL helped my house get better she is nice and helpful she follows through

I have been living here for a few years now and the place has actually come a long way from when I first moved here. They are going to great strides to fix up the apartments and grounds. Recently they fixed the roofing and sidewalks even. The staff is responsive and maintenance crew is professional and courteous, especially Mario. I think the only thing that would make it even better is to have 24/7 access to the laundry room as it's only available when the office is open.

They have little to no communication and will spring hidden fees on you expecting for you to pay it in such of a little amount of time WITHOUT viewing your apartment. There’s no way I should’ve had to pay TWO HOLDING FEES FOR AN APARTMENT I DON’T HAVE and ISN’T ready for move in. Please don’t rent here or even attempt to. I’m upset I even tried to give Eden of Easton a chance.

They wouldn't let me tour the apartment unless I submitted an application, after I got approved I received an email requesting the full amount or else I would be waitlisted and would have to forfeit the money paid even though I was not given a move in date yet. I went to the leasing office to complain because I still hadn't seen the apartments and they wouldn't let me in the leasing office, this made me question the safety of the area. They also told me they had no apartments ready for touring. I had to apply a lot of pressure before I was allowed to see one of the apartments. It wasn't bad but the outside smelled like mold. They stopped responding to my emails after I requested a refund so I had to file a dispute. Worse experience ever!

This was my first apartment and I cried every single night until my lease was up because of the roaches invading my space . They came in multiple times to exterminate only for them to never go away. DO NOT MOVE HERE

Where do i even start i moved May 2022 literally an month later had to make a ticket due to seeing first bug. Pest control been out every week just putting traps down then droppings was then seen in my home they was coming to patch wholes but in the mist seen droppings never said anything til i called saying i keep seeing roaches then Tonya that then left told me basically it was possible it was an mice in my home. ( again after they didn’t notify me ) sprayed which you can’t spray anything to make mice go away. then comes October seen 5 mice in my home running around even Community Director was scared to come into my home then tried to see options only gave me buyout option when i only been there for 5 months in the mean time tickets was filled out due to leaks in ceiling from raccoons as well as Roach tickets and my car was broken into. If looking PLEASE do not rent here . I lived on the higher floor and was experiencing all of this. When moved in carpet wasn’t cleaned stains on walls tub leak. As well as chips in walls cabinets dirty. Sent tickets to higher up he didn’t even look just agreed with his Community Director to just give me buyout option after other complex’s and my attorney stated they have an release option. just NASTY and MONEY HUNGRY . Please NEVER rent here place needs to be shut down with the big ball to take it down honestly.

Roaches everywhere if you stay on top floor be prepared for water leaking through the ceiling if it rains! It’s so disgusting when I lived here someone broke into my car broke my back window and someone got shot in the parking lot DO NOT MOVE HERE EVER! This place needs shut down

There are bugs, sewage issues, people breaking into cars, maintenance is horrible (they can’t even find anyone to work), the apartment managers are horrible. Worst apartments ever.

I’m living here currently. But I’m moving soon thank god. I’ve only been here a year and I’ve had problems with plumbing and sewage since I’ve been here. I have pictures and videos. This is the worse apartment I’ve lived in.

DONT RENT HERE!!! There are cockroaches and termites they mostly come out during night and they’re everywhere from the bedrooms to even the bathrooms. It was a huge bad sale and waste of money pls don’t consider moving here EVER!!!!

Charged wayyyyyy to much for rent. Dirty won’t make repairs. Bug everywhere. Stray cats everywhere. Pools never open. Fitness never open very small. And charged one the 3rd day $30 and $5 everyday after late on rent. Wish I never moved here.

It’s a waste of time and money ! Believe every review about bugs! They do not care one bit and their “pest control “ is awful …seriously you’ll end up throwing money in escrow ..just run far away and spend your money for better living conditions

This place is absolutely horrible, they have bug problems that are absolutely ridiculous and they do nothing to fix it and expect some crazy amount of money to break the lease when they don’t do anything to fix the problem..you’ll hear gun shots all around the complex and the photos they show are an absolute lie ..just pay more money and never rent here ..it’s not worth your sanity and safety

Do not move here the apartments are infested it was a on going battle with the management they would only bomb our apartment but not anyone else’s and when I wasn’t there so they can bomb because I have to work they would try to charge me because I couldn’t stay for the apartment to be bomb like seriously I have to work I can’t be available to you when you need to bomb when I have to work the management has all the keys to apartments let them in to bomb the place we can’t be there anyways just overall It was disgusting I had to leave and I had about 6-7 months left. Now they are trying to charge me $1200 because I felt unsafe I have a small child and it’s not sanitary with the amount of roaches that were in there and the fees were crazy.

Wish I could give negative stars it’s so bad. Moved in end of October and the place was full of live and dead roaches. The bathroom floor was sinking in. Within a month the bathroom ceiling was molding above the shower. It looks like there was mold already there and they painted over it. Multiple holes in the walls and doors that were barely fixed. The dishwasher didn’t work, had mold in the bottom of it, and when ran it leaked all over the floor. Major roach problem, we never unpacked our things. The door was broken. And after complaining and asking them to do something they never did.

I never had a problem and I have been here for a year and some months and only moving because I need a 2 bed room.

I’ve been here for over three years and I love it. The office crew is very friendly and maintenance is on it when it comes to something needing done. Rent is super affordable! I’ve never experienced anything bad in the neighborhood and it’s very peaceful. Eden of Easton is a great place to live.

Great community to live in with your family or if you’re by yourself. Maintenance and office staff are great. I have been here many years and love my home.

There maintenance is horrible they have roaches and mice there aoartments are very small and rent is to high i dont recommend it at all look up bbb first for result and you wi see were i.coming from

I love my apartment and the price that I pay. I am by the leasing office and swimming pool. I like that I have a flat rate utility and only have to pay an electric bill. I haven't had any issues with my apartment so far.

If you want to be on the North side of Columbus Eden of Easton is in a great location. The prices for the apartments are affordable for the size and features you receive in return. If you like to keep to yourself this is a perfect fit.

Let me start this out by saying be skeptical of positive reviews for this complex. The office staff asks us to write reviews when visiting their office in exchange for gift cards. While they are doing this they will loom over your shoulder and make suggestive remarks about favorable reviews. Notice how many 5 star reviews here are a single sentence long. The only positive that I can give is that the staff is very friendly. First of all, pests. There has been an ongoing roach problem since move-in. And ants flood the bathroom and lie in piles dead next to the sink. The roaches will get into everything. We have not owned a microwave in months because I opened the door to get my soup and roaches ran out.Pest control comes out, sprays some things for 10 minutes then is on his way. Next, neighbors are awful. About half will not speak English, which is not a problem in itself except they refuse to communicate about issues in units. We were told no one else complains about the roaches in our unit despite roaches and ants flooding in from our neighboring unit. Children run around and scream on the top floor units starting at 7am. We had a pipe burst in the bathroom and cave in our ceiling. We saw black mold in the ceiling opening. Maintenance came the next day unannounced, patched over the ceiling and left the towel rack on the ground so now towels can't be hung up. We show pictures to the office staff and they apparently had no idea this even happened. This was a Saturday night. That same night our fridge quit working for a second time, but our fridge not working is not an emergency and they are closed Sunday so nothing could be done. Monday morning we get a phone call telling us that it was fixed the previous time by resetting a button under one of the outlets. Within 3 minutes it was working again. We lost all of our groceries over something that was a very quick fix. If you are a woman, beware. I have to have my boyfriend walk with me to do laundry. This morning at 10am on a Monday a man cat called me as I was walking to my car, I ignored it, then looked over my shoulder and saw that he followed me to my car. A friend of mine came over to visit and claimed that a man approached her car and knocked on her window to harass her. I don't feel safe anymore. When bringing this concern up to office staff I was told that they don't feel unsafe walking around. If I have one piece of advice to give, look elsewhere if you can.

I love the office staff. They are so helpful if you need anything. Go talk to Shay or Ny if you're looking for an apartment near Easton Mall!

I moved in around August. Rooms were clean, kitchen was nice, bathroom looked good. Days into the first week, noticed how thin the walls are. From an above apartment, you can hear foot steps taken from adult/kids feet. And if there is ever any stomping gets real bad as if the sound travels down the walls making it sound louder. There's been instances its woken me up from sleep. This has been a problem since the first week. When fall season came, bugs started becoming an issue. Tiny but numerous amounts of ants would appear in the bathroom around the sink, walls near sink, and near the tub. They were also in the kitchen with ants inside the cabinets which got into food then had to be tossed. Soon after, ROACHES became an issue, with them appearing in the kitchen near the oven and on counter tops. There has already been instances of roaches eating there way into bags of food and contaminated them that immediately had to be tossed. Fast-forward to now, we occasionally find a roach and capture/kill every few days and end up throwing away more food they manage to infest. They have been found in our cabinets, floors, and ants continue to appear in small amounts in the bathroom sink and some cabinets. BUT any bug appearance always appear on the same side of the apartment, leading to the point that WE are not causing the infestation, most likely the neighbors by us are and are not doing anything about it. We've called for pest control numerous times and watch him only set traps on our side, attempt to go to the neighbors and watch him knock for several minutes and have to walk away without any visible progress being done. We've lost nearly $60 worth food over the past 3 months, a microwave (got infested), and for myself, live in constant anxiety because my job requires me doing house work with families. If I ever accidentally infest another home, I could lose my job, so I have to constantly check my materials to make sure I do not have any bugs. This place is ok if you are in a dire need of a place to live. The rent here is great for Columbus because its so cheap for the room space you get, maintenance has been effective the times I needed them (utilities have always worked). BUT pest control does not seem to be a priority. The landlords communicate well, but are not yet aggressive at reinforcing a clean environment for all tenants. As much as this place seemed great at first, the hygiene care of the people that currently live hear are very much below standards.

I have been living at Eden of Easton for 8 years. I love my rental price and apartment. Security, maintenance, and leasing office are great.

I've lived at Eden of Easton ever since moving from the Dayton area. This community is excellent, very accessible to shopping/highways/ Easton Mall. I've loved living here, and have no plans on moving. The amenities are great, brand new washer/dryers in the laundry room, very peaceful and quiet. My compliments to management team.
