Our residency here has changed since management has changed. We can tell who is in the office cares. SL came to my home to help us with some concerns we had. She’s helpful in so many ways. She was leaving apartment and notice our closet door was off tracked and she offered to fix it. She goes above and beyond we thank her!

I didn't have heat for almost 2 years I put service request in they come they try to fix nothing. But IH come, he did a great job he knew exactly what to do and how to fix it. SL helped my house get better she is nice and helpful she follows through

I have been living here for a few years now and the place has actually come a long way from when I first moved here. They are going to great strides to fix up the apartments and grounds. Recently they fixed the roofing and sidewalks even. The staff is responsive and maintenance crew is professional and courteous, especially Mario. I think the only thing that would make it even better is to have 24/7 access to the laundry room as it's only available when the office is open.

They have little to no communication and will spring hidden fees on you expecting for you to pay it in such of a little amount of time WITHOUT viewing your apartment. There’s no way I should’ve had to pay TWO HOLDING FEES FOR AN APARTMENT I DON’T HAVE and ISN’T ready for move in. Please don’t rent here or even attempt to. I’m upset I even tried to give Eden of Easton a chance.

They wouldn't let me tour the apartment unless I submitted an application, after I got approved I received an email requesting the full amount or else I would be waitlisted and would have to forfeit the money paid even though I was not given a move in date yet. I went to the leasing office to complain because I still hadn't seen the apartments and they wouldn't let me in the leasing office, this made me question the safety of the area. They also told me they had no apartments ready for touring. I had to apply a lot of pressure before I was allowed to see one of the apartments. It wasn't bad but the outside smelled like mold. They stopped responding to my emails after I requested a refund so I had to file a dispute. Worse experience ever!

This was my first apartment and I cried every single night until my lease was up because of the roaches invading my space . They came in multiple times to exterminate only for them to never go away. DO NOT MOVE HERE

Where do i even start i moved May 2022 literally an month later had to make a ticket due to seeing first bug. Pest control been out every week just putting traps down then droppings was then seen in my home they was coming to patch wholes but in the mist seen droppings never said anything til i called saying i keep seeing roaches then Tonya that then left told me basically it was possible it was an mice in my home. ( again after they didn’t notify me ) sprayed which you can’t spray anything to make mice go away. then comes October seen 5 mice in my home running around even Community Director was scared to come into my home then tried to see options only gave me buyout option when i only been there for 5 months in the mean time tickets was filled out due to leaks in ceiling from raccoons as well as Roach tickets and my car was broken into. If looking PLEASE do not rent here . I lived on the higher floor and was experiencing all of this. When moved in carpet wasn’t cleaned stains on walls tub leak. As well as chips in walls cabinets dirty. Sent tickets to higher up he didn’t even look just agreed with his Community Director to just give me buyout option after other complex’s and my attorney stated they have an release option. just NASTY and MONEY HUNGRY . Please NEVER rent here place needs to be shut down with the big ball to take it down honestly.

Roaches everywhere if you stay on top floor be prepared for water leaking through the ceiling if it rains! It’s so disgusting when I lived here someone broke into my car broke my back window and someone got shot in the parking lot DO NOT MOVE HERE EVER! This place needs shut down

There are bugs, sewage issues, people breaking into cars, maintenance is horrible (they can’t even find anyone to work), the apartment managers are horrible. Worst apartments ever.

I’m living here currently. But I’m moving soon thank god. I’ve only been here a year and I’ve had problems with plumbing and sewage since I’ve been here. I have pictures and videos. This is the worse apartment I’ve lived in.

DONT RENT HERE!!! There are cockroaches and termites they mostly come out during night and they’re everywhere from the bedrooms to even the bathrooms. It was a huge bad sale and waste of money pls don’t consider moving here EVER!!!!

Charged wayyyyyy to much for rent. Dirty won’t make repairs. Bug everywhere. Stray cats everywhere. Pools never open. Fitness never open very small. And charged one the 3rd day $30 and $5 everyday after late on rent. Wish I never moved here.

It’s a waste of time and money ! Believe every review about bugs! They do not care one bit and their “pest control “ is awful …seriously you’ll end up throwing money in escrow ..just run far away and spend your money for better living conditions

This place is absolutely horrible, they have bug problems that are absolutely ridiculous and they do nothing to fix it and expect some crazy amount of money to break the lease when they don’t do anything to fix the problem..you’ll hear gun shots all around the complex and the photos they show are an absolute lie ..just pay more money and never rent here ..it’s not worth your sanity and safety

Do not move here the apartments are infested it was a on going battle with the management they would only bomb our apartment but not anyone else’s and when I wasn’t there so they can bomb because I have to work they would try to charge me because I couldn’t stay for the apartment to be bomb like seriously I have to work I can’t be available to you when you need to bomb when I have to work the management has all the keys to apartments let them in to bomb the place we can’t be there anyways just overall It was disgusting I had to leave and I had about 6-7 months left. Now they are trying to charge me $1200 because I felt unsafe I have a small child and it’s not sanitary with the amount of roaches that were in there and the fees were crazy.

Wish I could give negative stars it’s so bad. Moved in end of October and the place was full of live and dead roaches. The bathroom floor was sinking in. Within a month the bathroom ceiling was molding above the shower. It looks like there was mold already there and they painted over it. Multiple holes in the walls and doors that were barely fixed. The dishwasher didn’t work, had mold in the bottom of it, and when ran it leaked all over the floor. Major roach problem, we never unpacked our things. The door was broken. And after complaining and asking them to do something they never did.

I never had a problem and I have been here for a year and some months and only moving because I need a 2 bed room.

I’ve been here for over three years and I love it. The office crew is very friendly and maintenance is on it when it comes to something needing done. Rent is super affordable! I’ve never experienced anything bad in the neighborhood and it’s very peaceful. Eden of Easton is a great place to live.

Great community to live in with your family or if you’re by yourself. Maintenance and office staff are great. I have been here many years and love my home.

There maintenance is horrible they have roaches and mice there aoartments are very small and rent is to high i dont recommend it at all look up bbb first for result and you wi see were i.coming from

I love my apartment and the price that I pay. I am by the leasing office and swimming pool. I like that I have a flat rate utility and only have to pay an electric bill. I haven't had any issues with my apartment so far.

If you want to be on the North side of Columbus Eden of Easton is in a great location. The prices for the apartments are affordable for the size and features you receive in return. If you like to keep to yourself this is a perfect fit.
