Moved to Eden green in November and I have been loving it ever since. They have an amazing maintenance staff as well as amazing office staff. The person who helped me ease into the transition of moving on to my home was MM. She was amazing. Answered all of my questions (trust me there were a lot of them). She was so helpful and patient throughout the whole process.

The property is well managed and they really offer 24 hours maintenance. I moved at Eden Green 2 months ago and anytime I called for a problem maintenance will always show up and MM will always follow up with me to make sure that my problem was resolved. MM is really good at her job.

Theses Townhomes are Extremely Affordable. Brand New Decor. Grounds are Well Kept. Property Manager is Great!..Commuinty is Very Quiet and Peaceful. One Step away from Home Ownership.And Theses Townhomes is Great Practice to owing your Own Home. But if you Decide not to Become Homeowner. I would Still Choose Greenwich Townhomes.
Do not move in these apartments, they are dated with old cabinets, 10 layers of paint, no central air, you will burn up in the summer if you do not have an air conditioner, and they do not want to upgrade anything unless you pay for it. They will try to keep your whole deposit when you move for petty items, the manager was very rude and unprofessional! I had black mold in my kitchen and all they did was sprayed it and repaint it over it, and my barhroom. My car was damaged many times be non us citizens who car hit repeatedly and graffiti by a gang. There are MANY (respectfully) non US residents living there with bed bug infestations. My children became sick from breathing in dirty air because the furnaces were old (filterless), per my local gas company inspection. You can only have one air conditioner running in the apartment because the power box wont be upgraded to handle that volts. There has been serious plumbing issues: so sometimes you wake up with sewage smelling water in your sink. The rent is economical but the amenities are few and void! I recommended friends that moved there and left with the same problems. Tenants are scared to take action. Stayed too long...
