I stopped by for a tour on Saturday the girl was really nice I believe her name was Katherine she gave a great tour despite the hiccup at the end. The unit I saw up was so nice and I like the size of the bedroom for all my junk!

I like the place the office is so nice and helpful.the girls gave me a tour and were so helpful throughout the app process. Thanks Katherine for the help on Monday.

I am so happy to move here! Katherine made the process so easy and quick! We applied last week and are moving in this week. I like the new renovations! My family and I will be happy here.

Overall from living here for a few years the service has been fair. The worst thing is the rent is raised at least every year. Today Joseph from the maintenance crew was here and did a good job.

I used to live here with my mom, and I must say they have upgraded the units so beautifully. I toured with the lady in braids she was so helpful and answered all my questions fully and honestly.

I am happy to be living here with my hubby and our daughters. They can play outside when it's warm. It's close to my job it's perfect for us! Katherine in the office is always here to help when needed. The maintenance comes promptly so I'm happy to be here in the homes.

I loved the townhome ! Katherine was helpful during the apartment hunting process. I really like the lay out of the townhomes nice and spacious. It’s a very comfortable size and great for my friend and I! The place is chill I would recommend to a friend or anymore looking on Morse rd area

I have been living here since 2021, it's really good place to live in, I had no problems. Every time I need to help for something, they come and fixed right away.

Having a maintenance like Joseph is a good feeling every time I call him to fix my problem. He comes on time and fix it and always have a beautiful smile.

I’ve lived in this townhome longer than most of my plants have survived, and honestly, I’m just as loyal to it as I am to my coffee addiction. This place is my cozy little slice of heaven, my personal fortress of solitude, my second favorite place to be (right after the couch, obviously).The townhome itself? Let’s talk about it. Spacious enough that I can pretend I don’t need to clean every corner every single day (nobody actually needs that kind of pressure, right?). The layout is perfect for creating the illusion that I’ve got my life together, even if half of it is hidden behind a pile of laundry. Would I recommend it? Well, I’ve already made it clear I’m never leaving, so… maybe you should just take my word for it. 10/10, would live here again.

I enjoy living here for many years. My family and I enjoy the neighborhood and home. The staff is always going out the way to assist in anyway. I'm happy. To call this place home and will be staying for a long time. Maintenance is quick to come out which is plus in my book.

I recently moved here. And it's wonderful my house was beautiful my roommate and I are so happy. We couldn't have asked for better living accommodations. I will be happy here for some time. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a townhouse on the Northside of Columbus.

I have just moved in here. I was in a time crunch needing a home as soon as possible. The leasing professionals were so helpful and fast in getting me into a new home. To go from sleeping in my car to waking up in my new home is such a blessing. I appreciate them making this happen so quickly. Times are tough, but I love my new home and will be here for a long time. The townhome is beautiful and much more spacious than my car! The photos don't do the home justice.

I have lived here for serval years and don't plan on moving anytime soon. It's a great location, nice size and feels safe for my roommate and I. I enjoy the calm neighborhood. The office staff always makes me laugh when I pop in. So, I'll be staying here awhile.

My husband and I have lived here for a year and we simply love it. We are happy safe and feel treated with respect and dignity. We don’t speak English but the office always makes sure to help us with the translator. Thank you to the maintenance men as well they are awesome!!!

My first language is Spanish so I appreciate how the office goes out their way to help despite the language barrier. The home is nice I've lived here for a few years and plan to stay a long time.

The staff has been incredibly professional, responsive, and helpful throughout the entire process, making everything smooth and stress-free. The property is absolutely beautiful, with well-maintained surroundings and a modern, welcoming atmosphere. The apartments are thoughtfully designed, perfectly blending comfort and style to create a true feeling of home. We’re so excited to move in together and start enjoying everything this community has to offer. Based on our experience so far, we’re confident this will be a wonderful place to live!

This place is INFESTED!! Complaints go unanswered. Shootings in broad daylight on a Sunday. Police here at least weekly. Will add charged to you without notice or explanation. Have photo proof. City code enforcement aware

Been here a month, love it. Property is clean & quiet. Ashanti & Jasmine are very helpful & professional. Lived in Northland for 17 years so we love the location. Apartment was clean, ready as promised. The fee minor things needed fixed, they send the maintenance man Joseph, super great nice guy, always ready to help. If you are out & see the employees they always say hi & acknowledge you.

The rental office took $685 from me then strung me along for two months. Finally, after calling them and the corporate office repeatedly trying to figure out what was going on, the manager emails me saying the unit is no longer available. They still have my money.

These people are thieves. They think that because they are CONSTANTLY changing management hands that if gives them the right to change things up on you at the drop of a hat. NO WARNING. And charge you for extra amounts of pet rent in the amount of 110 dollars. They lose paperwork. They lie. They don't post there holiday hours to ANYWHERE. so it's up to you to find out when their office is closed and when it's not. And don't bother calling. They don't answer, and they don't return calls when they say they will. At this point, I don't even know what I actually owe them because THEY WON'T CALL BACK. They have roaches, that they will blame you for, even though they never seem to come pick up the trash, even as it is OVERFLOWING. There is a theft problem. Keep your doors locked. Make sure you put bars on the doors and windows. I'm serious. DO NOT trust their roach spraying company to be alone in your house. If you like your money, I would save it, and don't move here. They will wring it from you when given the chance.

Okay so when I moved in back in June '18 (it's currently January '19), there was a different office staff than there is now. The OG staff was pretty good, but there was a member who would sometimes have an attitude depending on the day they were having. The current staff of Rod & Renee is both pleasant & intelligent, with a genuine concern for all of their many residents. Every time I've had an issue, they have worked tirelessly with the excellent maintenance staff to adhere to our needs. They are excellent at actually being in the office when you need them, they work Mon-Fri 10am-5pm. If there's an emergency, they leave a number to call. Rod & Renee are more than a staff though, they are humans who understand the everyday life struggles of the common individual. I'm honestly proud to say that I have landlord that cares to the point that I actually friend requested them on Facebook; weird, right? That's just what they bring to the table. As for the residence itself, it's cozy. I live with my girlfriend, and our dog and cat. Everyone is pleased with the two-bedroom home, and the smaller room is actually the room we use as our own, making the larger room the guest room. (The view from the smaller room window is great). Also, the neighbors are friendly, and we've been blessed to share a unit with some of the best, making new friends in the process. Let's be honest, if the Mrs. isn't happy, no one is. I could easily see us staying for at least another year here. ONLY PROBLEM I CAN SAY: people don't know how to drive on Morse Road lol.

The area is good and safe but the cottages are old and air conditioned on the first floor only. The crew here is very bad and rude, they never treat anyone with a crew that is worse than the other. Complaints and reforms are never used to them and they deal with all insolence

I had mice and bugs. It took them forever to do anything about it and when they did, it was stuff I could do myself! They'll increase the rent. I was here for 2 years. It's cheap and convenient to 71, but it is not a great place to live!

I've been living here for almost a year. The police are constantly here, crimes constantly taking place. First month moved in we were robbed. Bugs everywhere, they'd spray every two weeks, no idea what they're spraying but it's definitely not getting the job done. Btw they've been spraying constantly for two months now. I wouldn't move his. They definitely need renovations. The cabinets are falling out of the ceiling.

We have lived here almost 2 months and I couldn't be happier..I was a bit concerned with the location being right off Morse Rd, but that concern left quickly once we moved here...very quiet neighborhood, close knit community within a big city, everyone watches out for one another...town houses are very spacious with lots of storage..pet friendly..Debbie the property manager is a wonderful lady...very kind but firm...so happy we live here, I just love it.

I was in search of an apartment close to my daughter. This location is close to everything needed in your everyday living.
