Eden at Jefferson Crossing

I am a first time renter and the staff was incredibly helpful throughout the process and always willing to answer any questions I had. T.M. was especially helpful. She took me on my tour and really helped me understand the process of everything. Highly recommend for first time and experienced renters.

isaiah had perfect timing, and the best customer service i have ever seen. he didnt at all have to help me move my furniture to the 3rd floor but he was adamant on assisting, who am i to turn away help? 10/10.

I'm a long term resident of many years, and I remain extremely happy with my home here. The community is so Peaceful and Quiet! And the New owners have made it so much better. The maintenance staff are some of the hardest working young men I have ever seen and I continue to be impressed with the timelines to fix any issues, which are few and far between. And the young ladies in the office are nothing short of Professional and Kind and I truly appreciate them. Gahanna Jefferson School district is an added bonus as my kiddo received a Stellar Education. Love the new extra lighting around the property as well at night.

I have lived here for over 2 years and I love it. The community is quiet and beautiful. Anytime I need help or have questions T.M is always very pleasant to work with. 10 out of 10 I recommend.

Maintaince here has been the best I’ve seen- everything is repaired on time and first time does it all- I don’t have to be repetitive of what I need done. Which I am happy that dale and isaih are always doing a great job. my husband and I are happy with the service they give us.

Shakhia was a great help. I was on a time crunch and she made it happen ! Quick and easy! I appreciate everything she did for me.

I don’t always leave reviews but when I get exceptional treatment I always do. Tammela has been nothing short of amazing help me through this rental process for my mom. The area is updated, clean & family friendly. Not to mention they have a basketball court & a tetherball court! Yes! Tetherball! I was shocked at how nice the area is. Thank you again Tammela for making this process smooth.

The pool is closed on weekends and if open at all closes at 5pm or before..with all this heat and warnings this is not acceptable…why pay for amenities if you can never use them

I was in a transition period and Shakhia was so helpful during this process. She explained everything thoroughly and had a positive attitude. The apartments are updated and the grounds are well maintained.

I ultimately did not select Eden at Jefferson Crossing as my housing option, but working with Andrea was great. She is personable, kind, straight-forward, and disarming. The apartment tour felt like a walk-through with a trusted friend. She was able to answer all of my questions and provided helpful insights. During my apartment search, I have noticed the significance of having good rapport with the property management staff. As a prospective tenant, I need to know if I have an issue I will be heard and the issue addressed. If I did select Eden at Jefferson Crossing, Andrea would have been a significant reason why, as I trust she would have the tenant’s best interest at heart. She is good at what she does.

It's location for me Columbus city w/Gahanna schools. I the center of most areas (Gahanna, Blacklick, Reynoldsburg not far from Easton and super close to the airport that's where the noise comes from) near 270, 70/71. Taylor Ridge is tucked away in a fairly quiet area. The property is clean, I feel pretty safe since living here. While I've seen my share of management come through since I've been here (pre pandemic) not the best but now I can say the current manager is courteous and makes sure concerns are taken care of. That brings me to maintenance I think they do a good job, turnaround is usually 1 day which is appreciated. The apartments are a little dated and not much storage, but they are affordable, I know they have done some updates I haven't been the lucky one to get any. It's quiet everyone stays to themselves, there is a pool that was open pre pandemic hopefully it will open for the summer. Nice area for the price

I normally don’t write reviews but they were just the worst . I applied got approved was literally seconds away from handing them my deposit. But this freaking property manger lady was literally the worst. Very unprofessional didn’t really care about nobody but her self and not to mention I had to call so many times just to even ask questions. I cannot deal with that for a year so I took my deposit else where ! Do not waste your time with rude people they don’t deserve your money !

I moved in back in 2012 and this place was amazing. In the last five years it’s gone to heck. Horrible managers with high turn over, my car has been broke into twice. Human poo in the hallways. Bugs. Pot smoking in public hallways. No maintenance when you call for help.

This complex has went downhill over the past few years. The rent keeps going up yet the units are outdated. Maintenance is terrible and the leasing office is terrible at answering calls and following up.

This is my first time living on my own and it's so affordable for first time renters! Maintenance comes by the next day if there's an issue, no issue with my neighbors, and plenty of space in both the living room and bedroom. The only downfall is I work late and I can't always get a spot on my street when I get home. The kitchen is a little outdated but they put in new appliances before I moved in so it made up for it. Overall I have loved living here.

A nice location, quiet and safe. However, a little older with not many updates to the units. Still, you get what you pay for.

My husband and I have lived here on & off over the last five years. The management is wonderful-any time we need something repaired, it is done so immediately and with care. Rent is very reasonable, and the community is quiet. I feel very safe living here. My only very minor complaint would be that the kitchen/carpeting are slightly outdated, but all appliances are in great working condition. Definitely a great place for people on a limited budget who don't want to sacrifice safety or respect from their landlords.

the noise and disrespect of neighbors is unacceptable the management does not do anything but encourage noise problems

I really like space or size of the apartments, very spacious. Also the hospital or medical facility’s just across the street, highway less then 3 min. all the amenities too. Stuff is very nice. I would tell people to come and live at The Ridge At Taylor Station
