Downtown Phoenix is home to some of Arizona's most important cultural institutions, entertainment centers and professional sports teams, so residents never need to go far to find fun. The dining scene is top notch, featuring an eclectic mix of over 100 restaurants to satisfy any appetite. Performance venues of every size host symphony orchestras, rock bands, comedy shows, and theater productions regularly. A variety of museums and the University of Arizona campus boost the area’s intellectual capital, and residents enjoy quick access to pro baseball and basketball games just down the street.
As a major commercial center, the neighborhood’s high rises house dozens of corporate offices, making it an ideal spot for urban professionals who want the ability to walk to work. The extensive sidewalk system makes it easy to walk anywhere, and green spaces like the lush Margaret T. Hance Park provide gorgeous oases in the desert sun.

Property Ratings at ECO PHX
Absolutely love living at ECO PHX! The building is beautifully designed and truly lives up to its sustainability promise — from rooftop solar and water-saving systems to EV chargers and energy-efficient appliances. The units are modern, quiet, and full of natural light. The location in Roosevelt Row couldn’t be better — walkable to parks, art, food, and nightlife. Staff has been responsive and friendly, and the rooftop pool is a huge bonus. It’s a bit pricier than average, but worth it for the quality and eco-conscious lifestyle. Highly recommend for anyone looking to live green in the heart of downtown Phoenix!
I recently toured at ECO PHX and was so impressed with the customer service from the management team. I even met the maintenance supervisor on the tour. Their two bedroom is a perfect match for me and my spouse. If you are looking for a beautiful place to live and prefer a place that is eco-friendly, I strongly suggest you stop by and check it out!
What an amazing property! I love the idea of solar powered apartment! My husband and I loved the rooftop pool and loved that there are all kinds of shops right near the property within walking distance.
I recently toured at ECO PHX and was so impressed with the various sizes of the floorplans. Their one bedroom layout was awesome! I submitted an application same day!
