The Eco Modern Flats of downtown Fayetteville, Ar deliver a perfect balance of aesthetic appeal, and environmental conscientiousness; providing everything from on sight recycling to avant-garde floor designs. They make it very easy to live here with full utilities included into their rent (including electric, water, gas, cable, and Internet). Whether you're a college student needing walking distance to the University or a fresh on life entrepreneur going to where the night life is on Dickson St, the Eco Modern Flats are only a few blocks distance from everything exciting in Fayetteville! The friendly atmosphere and inviting swimming pool make for perfect social gatherings, or a relaxed rendezvous in the courtyard or atop the roof top balcony overlooking the city. This is what you are looking for if you are Hot, Young, and Single (They're everywhere! lol...). On a more serious note, living here is great for one to two people per apt; Not a family rearing place. It is, with little investigation, immersed in Students from the University and young people just starting life, but I personally think its Awesome. Exactly what I wanted! Visitors are Always Impressed! The Eco Modern Flats: Reasonable all inclusive rent... LEED Platinum certified... Amazing Location!
