I have had issues in the past with management regarding the problem of rodents in the garage where I park. I do see some improvement in this area in that I haven't seen rodents for over a month now. I do greatly appreciate the maintenance techs who are respectful and timely should I need their help in repairing or replacing something in my apartment.

What I loved about the community is the location, cleanliness and most importantly the friendly stuff (both Madison and Angelina) who went above and beyond to make sure we had a smooth experience both pre and post move-in. They were very patient and polite answering our questions and some confusions we had during the application process and ultimately ensured everything worked out well.

My apartment could use some badly needed updating. Toilet corrosion broken handle seat needs to be tightened daily, tank top not compatible with the toilet itself. Counters have dents, cabinets gouged and someone sprayed insides with ceiling texture. All blinds Jimmy rigged. Hopefully the apartment is next in line sometime in the near future renovations or move in to another one of the buildings that have been remodeled.

Echolake has been a great place to live since 2019. The management prove time and time again their commitment to making the community overall clean and safe. Communication is consistent and the community activities have been fun addition. The maintenance staff are knowledgeable and make quick work any repair requests.

I like it here over all. My overall issue is not with the staff or the facilities per se It’s Related to the other resident that live here. Of course not everyone but I find people rude and unfriendly. That has been my biggest issues which has nothing to do with your staff or facility.

Pros: Affordable. Very friendly staff that tries to help when they can. Above average lease special. Decent sized studios. Responsive to complaints and repairs. Cons: Loud neighbors and construction. Inaccessible parking. Not enough parking for number of apartments. Inconvenient access to package room for 2/3 of the buildings. Smelly halls and elevator.

Echolake is really just the right place to live in. Great access to main roads and other establishments. Staff are very kind, helpful and professional. Debbie and Cyrus greatly helped my move in process go smoothly. Having to stay a bit later just to accomodate my working hours, responds to my emails so effeciently. They always listen to my needs and take actions as quickly as possible. The management has greatly improved since Cyrus came aboard and has the new perfect staff just like Debbie who provides great cuustomer service to all residents.

The buildings are about 15 years old. They were built cheap and poorly maintained. There are newer apts for the same or less cost nearby. The only is the view of the lake and the pool for family's

Management is terrible -- they never communicate with residents in a timely manner and dismiss a lot of valid concerns by promising fixes that never happen. Their excuse is staff shortages. Roofing construction has been ongoing all summer and that has made it impossible to open windows or be outside with all the noise and activity. Accessible parking is already difficult to find, but the construction has made it even hard to park here. Very stressful. Interior common areas are always dirty and grimy, but at least the units aren't too bad, if you're okay with old appliances and windows that don't seal.

Anonymous, We are sorry to hear you have had an experience of this nature. Notices for the construction were posted in all the lobby areas of the buildings and residents are updated on the ongoing construction. Additionally, if a specific unit is going to be directly affected by the construction then individual notices are sent to the door. For the whole building, an email is sent and a notice is placed in the elevator and bulletin board area. Parking in the community is limited, and each apartment is allowed 1 vehicle per the signed lease agreement. Residents were also informed in advance of the affected area for construction parking. The Echo Lake team walks the common areas daily and cleans several times per day in addition to a professional cleaner who stops by once a month. We understand that with the ongoing construction things can get dirty quickly, but the team is diligent about making sure everything is as clean as possible. I have lived at Echo Lake almost 12 years. The management staff seems to change within 6 to 12 months. The current management I have had some issues with. So far, we have been able to resolve them, however, it does take them sometimes weeks to do so. I think the staff has that is fairly new has and is still getting training to be better able to resolve any issues I have going forward.
Office staff is always helpful when I ask questions about my lease or general questions. always helpful professional and always trying to go the extra mile to help me out
