I’ve lived at Alta Biltmore for about 10 months now, and it has been a fantastic experience! The staff here are incredibly friendly and helpful—special shout-out to Jorge for always going above and beyond. The amenities are top-notch, with an excellent gym, a beautiful pool, and well-maintained BBQ areas that make it easy to enjoy the outdoor spaces. The facilities are always clean and in great condition, showing the management's commitment to quality. One of the best parts of living here has been the sense of community. Jorge started a running group to help foster a means to stay active and meet the neighbors. I can honestly say it’s the best place to live. The amenities are awesome. I use them all the time and on top of that the activities they do monthly so much fun and then on top of that the staff they are amazing. Destiny and Jorge have been there from the very beginning And I have come to know them very well And vice versa. The funny thing is, they know everybody by name and that’s remarkable if you’re looking for a place to live do not pass this gem up.

From the move-in process to addressing any concerns, Jorge and Destinee have gone above and beyond to exceed expectations. I toured this complex with Jorge which was very nice and helpful but I noticed the carpets and hallways had a very awful smell in every floor we toured. I also noticed that the small gym they have had been vandalized. A lot of homeless appear to be walking around the area so I will keep looking for safer areas to live.

Great location with great amenities. The staff are very friendly and attentive to tour needs. The building is new and well-kept. Would love to see the garage labeled appropriately. We live on the top floor and don't have a way of knowing when we've reached our garage floor besides having to look for familiar cars.

No grassy area for dogs to go to the bathroom at,and no place for smokers to go to instead of walking to the street to smoke.Thats all for now this is my first week here. But I understand that it's fairly new . your still working out some issues.
