Property Ratings at eaves Santa Margarita
I've been having water damage since December. Every time, water comes to my living room and they don't have any vendor to fix it. I haven't been able to use my living room and when I asked them to give me a discount or some sort of compensation, they asked me to move out immediately regardless of my contract. Now, February is not prime time for moving and they expect me to find somewhere else in an instant. They keep charging me even though I am not using my living room - I can't sit in there, I can't put my furniture there and they're charging me the ENTIRE cost. Sahar
Nice complex but needs more storage space inside their units.
I've lived here for a few months now. I have never been more satisfied with my apartment. My quality of life has improved dramatically. I would absolutely recommend this complex to anyone.
Eaves Santa Margarita is a great little apartment complex. Tucked away in Rancho Santa Margarita, CA, it's clean, quiet, and comfortable. Despite having been recently renovated, it's reasonable priced compadre to other options in the area. It's close to all the shopping, restaurants, and businesses in Rancho. The only downside is that you aren't super close to a freeway.
This is the perfect community for people of all ages. Whether you're a college student looking for a first apartment, a couple in hopes of starting a new family or looking to raise a family, or someone who just retired. Conveniently located near many shopping centers and a handful of schools to choose from, this community offers a pool with a large courtyard and three jacuzzis. With access to nature less than a mile away, its the perfect place to get away from home, while still being at home!
Why I am writing this: I was very happy being there, and I think people usually spend time writing reviews when they are not satisfied, so here is my story: I found Eaves Santa Margarita the first day I searched for apartments online, it was good and I went there to check it the following day. Over all it was very good and once I heard the unit might be gone soon I decided to pay for the application and buy some days to think more. Then I searched further and, gosh, I found scary reviews. I went back to their office and they told me I had 30 days of satisfaction guaranty. So I searched more but I couldn't find a better place with all kitchen appliances and laundry for the same price. We moved in and it was all good, we had No. 215 which was a single bedroom unit. Very beautiful patio, very quiet neighborhood, and the front desk, Julie and Leslie are both very friendly, polite, kind, always try to help. Maintenance is always ready to help with any issue. Trader Joe's, Target, Walgreen's and a lot of restaurants in walking distance. A lot of other stores are just a bit further but only a couple of minutes to reach by car. A few blocks from Freeway 241 and a few minutes to I-5. I left this place because my girlfriend found a job in LA. I will definitely check this place if I go back to South Orange County.
