The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Eastwood Village
We have been in contact with this property for move in for over a month. They do not return phone calls, nor do they communicate properly. We have dealt with multiple leasing agents and have continuously been told "they are no longer with us". 3 different agents within one month. The one professional and detail oriented agent (Jaqueline) is now gone too! Leaving the shady manager and assistant manager. When you try to contact the property manager we are constantly told she is "out of the office" Multiple times I have called at 4;00pm when the office closes at 5:00 and have been told "she is on lunch". We paid our security deposit and was set for move in. No one contacted us regarding our lease, or move in process until the day prior to our "move in day". When we elected to push our date back due to all the issues the property manager left a voicemail stating we had to pay more money because the date change, even though it was due to their inability to do their job! We decided to pull out and have requested that we receive our deposit back, and have been asking for that process for a week now. We are still being given the run around!!! I AM SO GLAD WE DIDNT MOVE HERE. STAY AWAY FROM HERE !!

Here at Eastwood Village, we strive for excellence, and are disappointed to hear that you received anything less.
Valet hardly picks up trash. Walls are super thin. Dumpster has trash place outside of where the trash needs to go. Teenagers walking around and the pool is never open during warm weather seasons but your still being charged for it. Landlord hides in her office all day.

Maintenance halfway do repairs. You better off at looking at YouTube & D.I.Y… They have all that pool, but they keep it chained up. Here is the kicker. They have somebody come clean the pool. That don’t make no sense to me. Over priced for sure. Let’s no talking about the call box an gate being open. People pay to much money for Eastwood to halfway do thing. The trash compactor stay on fire too

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We sincerely apologize that our maintenance and facility services failed to meet your expectations. We are taking immediate actions to rectify the concerns you've raised about the pool, gate facilities, and trash compactor. Your feedback is crucial in helping us enhance our service quality and we assure you improvements will be witnessed soon.
Yes, they show a nice model apartment on the side of the complex that was just rebuilt due to a huge fire that was caused by a smoke alarm not going off on the back of the building......from a guy grilling on his porch. So the place is new and picturesque... on that side. Unfortunately, it has gone down hill in the past year. It changed management and they stopped maintaining the grounds. The grass went months without being cut. The pool was closed all summer the past 2 years even though the pandemic just hit this year so that was not excuse. They charge you for amenities but the only thing regularly open is the laundry room that was not even open during the most important time for people to wash their clothes, coronavirus outbreak. There was no pest control coming out so we had to do our own pest control. To make matters worse they have had the dumpster filled to the brim over a month and keep having a green dumpster changed out for overflow BUT NEVER EMPTY THE MAIN DUMPSTER. They offer a valet garbage dump that comes and picks up your trash on most days but it has caused this place to look like the projects. Trashcans everywhere because who wants to put a dirty trashcan right inside their front door to take out everyday? They haven't been coming everyday maybe because they see the dumpsters aren't being emptied. The health department needs to fine this place! Maintenance men try but they are probably outnumbered by the request. The apartment constantly has an issue. I wanted to like this place but just can't see staying here another year. I wouldn't recommend this pace to anyone.
So far I’ve been here a month and I love it! It’s spacious, clean, quite. I’m very please SO FAR LOL. The only down fall is I’m on the bottom floor and when it rains some water bugs get in if I open my patio door to step outside. I think if I was upstairs I wouldn’t have that issue
I am a new resident and so far so good. I really like my apartment and my area is super quite and peaceful. It feels good!!

We're thrilled to hear that you're enjoying your new apartment and finding the area to be peaceful! It's wonderful to know that your home feels pleasant and comfortable. We hope you continue to have a great living experience with us. Thank you for your positive feedback!
I recently moved in to Eastwood Village and I have enjoyed every moment of it. Being a teacher, I had two weeks between semesters to find an apartment and move my things in. My leasing agent (Mary) was so patient and accommodating when it came to helping me get through the application process quickly and helping me move into the apartment before the new semester began. I called and emailed her many times everyday and she never once became agitated, but was happy to help me as much as she could. For me, it was really important to know that I would be moving into a community where I would be well taken care of by the staff, and Mary helped me realize that Eastwood Village is the perfect home for me. Even after I moved into the apartment, she came by to make sure that everything was okay. She even helped me connect my internet equipment :). I would recommend this community to anyone who is considering it as a possible future home. Since I have been here, there has not been any occurrences that makes me feel unsafe or uneasy. It is always quiet and secure. I am very happy with my new home.

I live in the 2500 building, I would say this apartment is one of the best places, it is a quiet community that cares about the appearance of their homes, I have been living in this community for a year and I have resigned my lease due to the benefits the community offers. The maintenance staff is excellent and quickly completes jobs that you request.
Awesome place to live very quite. Love the pool, laundry room plus gym

I have leaved in my apartment now for a year. I have not had any issues since living here. The staff is very friendly and If I need something fix they come out quick and resolve the issue. Eastwood village is a very quite community which i love.
Property Manager at Eastwood Village, Responded To This Review
We are delighted to hear that you have had a positive experience at Eastwood Village and that the staff has been able to assist promptly when needed. Your feedback is greatly appreciated. Quiet, prompt, and friendly is exactly what we strive to be! Thank you so much for choosing us as your home for the past year.
I've been there a couple of months, regretted it from the start. Tried to change my mind and move out within the first 3 weeks. They had to spray for roaches and will have to soon again. 3 weeks ago I complained that my burners on the stove are crooked and they came out and made the smallers worst. Took them almost a month to pressure wash the deck clean, I had to unclogg the bathtub myself cause i got tired after 2 weeks of they not showing up. Other apartments are over crowded. Hardly any parking spots. Manager is aware of issues, I contacted their corporate too.
I love living at Eastwood Village. The application and move-in process was really easy, and I had a really friendly and courteous leasing agent in Rita. I love my apartment and it comes with pretty good amenities (high ceilings, garden tub, etc). In addition, it has a very unique floor plan for a one bedroom. So far, the community has been quiet, the grounds are nicely kept, and maintenance and the office staff respond to my needs timely. The best part is the location. It isn't far from I-75 and I-675, and is also close to all the food places for dine-in or takeout on Hwy 138. Overall, really good pick.

Thanks for rating us! We're thrilled that you enjoy living at Eastwood Village! We look forward to living and working with you for a long time! Sincerely, Kenyatta Scott, Community Manager
I must admit everyday is a new improvement to this community. If you have kids this is where you need to stay the playground is always clean its like they just go clean it off every morning and I have to mention the pool area is so amazing they actually have a snack bar and the gym is right by the pool you can watch your preteens threw the window while you work out lol. When I hear Eastwood Village Apartment I think of family because everybody is so friendly out here and they don't mind helping each other out the other day a man stopped his car and took my trash out for me. I highly recommend that you come and see for yourself I know that you will fall in love with this community.
I have lived at Eastwood Village for a little over a year now and I must say that this is the best apartment I've ever had! I have no complaints. Front Office staff and Maintenance both resolve issues in a timely manner. There is a courtesy officer there everyday. Pest Control comes by whenever you reach out. The Fitness Center has great, new equipment. The price is great! It is well within my budget. I commute downtown for work and it is the perfect location! It takes me relatively 30 minutes to get to work (in traffic). Eastwood Village sits close to Interstate 675 (Exit 1) making it easy to get to any side of town quicker than taking Interstate 75. You are in walking distance of great restaurants and shopping centers. You have everything you need once you move here! Don't believe me? Stop by to speak with the front office. What are you waiting for?
Located south of Atlanta, in Henry co. These apartments were wonderful, as well as maintenance. Workers in office were WONDERFUL and never a problem. I love it here and would recommend it for anyone looking for a comfortable place to live!
