Property Ratings at Eastside Apartments
I just recently moved into this apartment community and I have loved every minute of it. Prior to moving in the office staff was incredibly helpful and personable. Lee and Tyler in the office are kind, patient, organized, and caring. They truly make this place feel like home. The apartments are clean, updated, and the people in the community are welcoming. I would highly recommend.
I moved into Eastside Apartments at the beginning of 2017. At that time, it was a very quiet property with reasonable rent for the size of the unit. I was a very happy tenant. But as time went on, my experience living here continually went down here. Unexplained utility increases. Unaddressed Airbnb in the unit next to me. Increasingly loud and disruptive neighbors. And continually increasing rent that was far above average. I would not recommend this property to anyone looking to get actual value for the rent you will pay here. They are overpriced for their experience and the management makes it clear that profit is their #1 priority, not their tenants.
