Property Ratings at Eastover Ridge Apartments
Do not live here. Had a roach problem day 1. Staff is unprofessional. They also towed my car as a resident.

I've lived at Eastover Ridge since the spring of 2021. Overall, it's a great place to live. My apartment is spacious and I have a beautiful view of the greenway. Trails are close by, office staff are friendly and do their best when there are any requests, maintenance is also friendly and does their best.

Hi there, thank you so much for your positive comments about Eastover Ridge! We're glad to hear we delivered such a great experience. If there's anything further we can do for you, we are happy to help! Sincerely, Cindy Hammond Property Manager
Maintenance crews have ruined personal property on my balcony. The noise from other tenets is absurd. I have sent 5 messages to the office over 3 months with no response. This is an attempt for the office to finally take my message's notice. Eastover ridge has thin walls and floors. You can hear the actions of neighbors, my upstairs neighbor loves Disney movies. Please looks elsewhere for a place to live.

I went to school in charlotte and wanted to stay in the city after I graduated. I moved into a 3 bedroom apartment with two other friends of mine, and we've really loved it. The pool parties in the summer are so fun and a great way to meet other residents since most everyone is either in college, or is a young professional. Don't live by the smaller pool if you ever want a quiet Saturday during the summer. The larger pool behind the main clubhouse is usually much much quieter during the hot months. The staff are also incredibly helpful and attentive. They know me by first name, and always make sure that any maintenance requests get fixed asap. The apartments themselves are a liiiiitle bit dated (carpet, vinyl flooring, older appliances), but they are working on renovating the apartments with new fixtures, flooring, and granite countertops. The complex has 2 pools that they regularly take care of, especially in the summer. It truly is a gated community, meaning that anytime the gate is broken, they fix it within a day or so. They also have a little dog park that seems to be very popular with all the dog owners. The neighborhood is great, being super close to popular restaurants like Chick-Fil-A, Starbucks, and Panera, as well as being close to Harris Teeter and now Publix! Uptown is literally 10 minutes straight down the street, and Southpark mall is about 10 minutes as well. We haven't had a ton of pest problems besides the odd bug here or there, but that could be because we're very clean and on the second floor. My boyfriend also lives in this complex in a first floor unit and had more pest problems than I have had. However, the staff was very responsive and had people come out and spray. The complex also pays for water and valet trash, which is a dream. Valet trash is now a necessity for me, so I don't have to walk down to the dumpsters with all of my trash bags. All in all, we have loved living in Eastover and would most likely renew our lease in an updated unit if we were staying in Charlotte! If you're looking for a less expensive, practical place in a good neighborhood, Eastover is the place.
I've lived in the old phase for 3 years and the new phase for 1 and I absolutely love it here. Karen is the best Property Manager and the entire staff is wonderful and so helpful!
My family and I lived at Eastover Ridge for a year and we loved it. the Property Manager, Karen, is very capable and excellent at her job. The rest of the staff are amazing as well. The maintenance crew always had a 48 hour or less turn around on service requests. We only moved out due to my Husband taking a job out of Charlotte. We recommend Eastover Ridge to anyone looking for apartments in the Charlotte area.
Eastover is great if you are new in the city or a young adult. There are two phases to the complex, one built in 02 the other in 92. Each side has their own pool and the main leasing office has a decent gym with an indoor basketball court. Also both clubhouses have laundry in there, though there are hookups in each unit as well. During the summer there are great pool parties on the older side and you can meet lots of people. Don't get an apartment on the pool unless you don't want any quiet Saturdays during the summer. Can't speak to the newer side but the older is just fine for the location/price. Good sized bedrooms and balconies. Can't speak to the townhomes.. other than they seem a little over priced. Being only a 10 min max ride to the center of uptown and also close to neighborhoods like plaza midwood etc. its great.
I chose Eastover because I was new to town and it seemed like a social place that was close to pretty much everything without being in "the thick of it". I have been disappointed in the communication when I signed my lease, and with a pest problem, but otherwise I love the apartment and the staff is great. Honestly, the deal is impossible to beat in Charlotte. I'd recommend it to most anybody!
