Easton Place

Easton Place has truly exceeded my expectations, ESPECIALLY Connor the community assistant manager, he is the best and most helpful! The maintenance team is also wonderful, so kind, professional and very helpful. Would definitely recommend living here.

Love the staff and community. Any issues are resolved quickly. Annsley and Kelly asking with maintenence makes an awesome team. And let's not further Connor stepping in to assist. Top tier customer service in Murfreesboro speaking as a resident since 2019.

This is a great place to live. I highly recommend the area and the combination of quality apartments and amenities makes this a no brainer community to be a part of for my family and I!

Easton Place is a smaller apartment complex with above average sized units. The units are well maintained and designed both for modern living and long term residency. There are a number of amenities that add to the value of the apartments: saltwater pool, exercise room, community pool room and movie theater. Most utilities are included in the total rent/billed alongside rent and the leasing agents do a great job of laying out rent, fees and utility charges. The neighbors are quiet working people and some families with kids of all ages. The complex is pet friendly. This has been a great place to live and I anticipate continuing to live here until I can buy a home.

I have lived at Easton Place for 2 years now and it’s has been an incredible experience! The staff has always been kind to me, and most importantly I have never felt unsafe anywhere on the property (day or night)! It has been a great place to live and even friends who have visited me, have thought about applying to move here!

The apartment is excellent and overall the complex is great

I have been living here for almost 3 years and have to relocate jobs out of state. Anyone that leaves a poor review of this place I am sure had a very one off experience. The office staff have been great and the maintenance team is very helpful and responsive. The landscape is generally well kept with the exception of a rogue armadillo. The pet owners are very friendly and responsible, but the community as a whole is small and extremely friendly. I absolutely hate leaving but this is a gem within Murfreesboro which can be shady in certain areas. The rent is fair priced for the space and amenities. Great clean pool, gym and pool table areas. If your new to this area, this is a can’t lose property. I’m searching out of state and know how stressful it can be to find a nice safe community.

Easton Place truly feels like home. The ambience in the pool and lounge area, as well as my living space is extremely peaceful!

I’ve lived at Easton Place for 6 years and have nothing negative to say about my experience. The apartments and grounds are beautiful and I have annoyed the pool and gym as well. The residents I have interacted with have all been nice and respectful. This is probably the best apartment complex I’ve ever lived in.

We have enjoyed su much living at Easton Place, the apartment is very well lit with natural light, has tons of storage space and the kitchen is awesome . The amenities are great, the gym has everything you need, and the pool is awesome.

We absolutely love it here! Our apartment is so spacious and feels like a home. We love how close we are to all of the amenities (especially the dog park since our baby loves to play constantly). The community is so well kept up which is much appreciated as well. All of the staff are so nice and helpful here. We would definitely recommend living here over any other complex in town (and we’ve toured many)! This one is by far the best!

It’s a nice, newer community but the internet and cable company package is from a very cheap company in which installing is like pulling teeth. Front office barely helps.

My 62 yr old widow, it was important for me to find someone where i feel safe at, and at the same time have a nice place to live in. It’s very modern and the floor plan is excellent. I absolutely love it here.

Easton Place is a beautiful and quiet community. There haven’t been any issues thus far. The staff is friendly, prompt, and very helpful. My least favorite thing is parking, however, I’m adjusting and the courtyard is so amazing that it makes the walk enjoyable.

Great place to live! Very dog friendly and residents are polite. Maintenance Team is quick to fix any issues and staff are really on the ball in addressing questions or concerns. Extremely professional!

We moved in with excellent customer service but upon moving in there were tons of spider webs around the apartment. Our upstairs neighbors can be heard very easily as well which is very annoying as they aren’t even doing anything loud they are only walking around. There isn’t much sound barriers in the ceilings and floors. The floor plan is perfect for what we need and it has beautiful counter tops and appliances!!

I could not brag enough on the Easton Place team! The staff has been so great through the entire application and approval process along with move in. Ally is incredibly kind and helpful. We love Easton Place!

My wife and I, are currently renting while our home is being built. While we did look at other properties Annandale, LC providence which are also considered luxury apartments we ultimately decided to come to Easton Place. From the front office staff to the maintenance crew they have been very attentive with any questions or concerns. The complex is well kept and maintained no issues with safety either, and the other tenants in the building are friendly. I highly suggest putting them on the top of your list if you’re looking for a place to lease! Thanks again Allison, Michelle, and Lindsey you’ve all been nothing short of spectacular.

Apartments are really clean and up to date, pool and gym are extremely clean. Staff is also very nice and helpful with everything.

I just moved in a couple of days. With the growing pains of a new complex, Lindsey and Michelle went above and beyond to accommodate my move in. Fantastic customer service and great maintenance crew... this place rocks. The clubhouse is the BEST I’ve ever seen in any apartment complex. If you’re looking for a new apartment... Easton Place is the home for you. 5 stars all the way!

Easton Place is a brand new beautiful community with friendly office staff and awesome amenities! My wife and I recently moved in and the apartment is gorgeous, with fully upgraded appliances and accents to make our apartment feel like a home. The grounds, buildings, and clubhouse is super clean and the well-designed! Plus, our wifi is included so that saved us time and headache! I couldn't be happier here.

My husband and I moved in last week and we couldn't be happier! The team has been incredible and were so friendly and genuinely helpful through the whole process. We have lived in a brand new community before, and I must say that the attention to detail and extra steps that the management team has taken to ensure that everything was cleaned, and perfect, did not go unnoticed! I highly recommend Easton Place to anyone that is looking for a new home. A huge plus that I need to also mention is that the cable and internet is FREE! The process to get our account set up was very easy, and the installers were very professional and even helped me fix a setting on my TV that I could not figure out! Great job to all involved at Easton Place, from the construction team to the kind team that greats you when you walk in. Thank you!

I just moved into this place and already hate it. The apartment was in poor condition upon moving in. The cable/internet that you have to purchase from them is a sham. It took ten hours for their installer to get here and finish the job. And the staff was a complete disappointment during this ordeal. They are full of apologies. Of course that means nothing as you getting messed over. They sell you on Luxury living, but the only “luxury” here is the rent. Two thumbs down for this place. Never felt more scammed in my life. Clearly, the worst decision on living arrangements in my life. Don’t make the same mistake.
