I wish I could have lived here my sophomore and junior years. It has been an amazing experience. The best apartment and it’s super cute!! I highly recommend the Eastern to all of my friends and anyone looking for an apartment!

It’s great other than the lack of communication and harsh fines. Good location but a bit expensive considering there are other complexes closer to campus charging the same price for larger rooms.
I would have to rate it a 5/5. Love living here! I haven't had any issues and it is in a great location so I could easily walk to class or ride the bus.
the eastern on tenth is a really safe neighborhood that’s always kept clean and tidy. maintenance is really helpful and came the day i put in my work order
I love staying at The Eastern on Tenth because it fits all my needs and it's a safe living environment as well. I can practically walk out my front door without any concerns or worries.
Do not sign with the Eastern on 10th!!! Also very VERY overpriced for the size room that you get. There is barely any visitor parking (10 slots tops for the whole apartment complex). Not to mention these people try to take advantage of college students. They will lie to you and then charge you outrageous fees. Absolutely sad and pathetic how bad this apartment nick and dimes you for your money knowing that their college students.
