As much as I love this location and my apartment size/floorplan/his ceilings, I cannot give a wholehearted recommendation. I would love to fix and upgrade this place with my personal funds and live here forever...but that isn't possible. Too many structural issues.

This community has been through changes, but the leasing office management is working hard to keep it great. I know some tenants are not as compliant as they should be, giving them a hard time. But I know the office is working hard professionally. I appreciate their effort, so I wanted to renew my lease this year again.

Eastbank Riverwalk is very nice and silent community at the Cross Timbers Road. Close to supermarkets like Sprouts, Dollar Tree, Walmart, etc. Close to a river walk which is a good walking trail.

Even though I’ve only been here about a month, I’m really liking this complex. It’s so quiet, compared to where I lived before. My unit is large for a one bedroom, and it’s close to shopping, restaurants, hotels, and the post office. The Riverwalk area is beautiful!

Hello, we strive for 100% satisfaction, and it is great to see you had such a positive experience at Eastbank Riverwalk.
They don’t check the mail where you send the insurance certificates and force you to pay their insurance fees. You receive an email stating ALL documents are signed by ALL parties and the lease is executed, then they want to charge you a higher rent rate, and find any possible way to charge more Mud in the parking spaces you pay for. Charge a insect fee but almost never fumigate Trash in the hallways. They lock the portal so you can’t pay your rent unless you pay ANY fees they demand. Terrible management. East Bank is a very nice and calm community located at the river bank This is also very close by (walkable) to many outlets which definitely adds value to staying here Our experience so far has been amazing

Beautiful views. Tall ceilings. Friendly maintenance staff. But my unit was not cleaned prior to my moving in and needed several repairs, even after I called to confirm that it would be as nice as the model. (I was moving from another state and unable to view my actual unit prior to my move-in date.)

Welcome to a run-down property. Don't let these old pictures fool you, chairs are broken, sofas & sinks are dirty, .... They don't make any improvements (broken fitness machines, etc.), even the occasional "cleaning" (provided now by the maintenance team) is deplorable (green water in the swimming pool, restrooms full of crap in & out & sometimes even on the floor!, ...), etc. These are common budget cuts consequences. Apartments' walls are thin, dogs pee and crap everywhere from building entry to the elevator, to your apartment front door. Plus, the management is inexperienced & unprofessional, don't bother answering emails anymore or calling back, or managing issues. Packages are also stolen. They absolutely don't care.

East bank at the Riverwalk is an interesting community to live in. They pride themselves on being a luxurious establishment hosting some of the greatest views in benefits to any other apartment around. To be quite honest some of those things are true and that’s the reason we’ve stayed for over two years now. But just like any organization there are flaws and their flaws typically come from personal problems. As we don’t have any problems with the building we live in we have problems with reaching out to management and the service team. It seems like every 6 to 9 months a new management comes and goes so I guess it’s par for the course. I would be interested in living in a community where management coincides with residence and there’s a real sense of community. I’m disappointing by gray stars corporate office as well I’m not sure if I’ll be recommending this place or not I’m still on the fence.

This is first apartment experience for me. this is wonderful neighborhood and very clean and has a great view next to riverside. Office staff are always friendly and responded quickly whenever I needed. I liked a single day of staying.

I have enjoyed living in the Eastbank Riverwalk Community for the past three years. Most of the residents are friendly and thoughtful. I feel safe, even when coming home after dark. Casey, in particular, has been especially helpful when I have called about any maintenance concerns.

New resident here at Eastbank, and as cliche as it may sound- I am super proud to call this home. The location is nothing short of of beautiful, well kept community, and the friendliest of neighbors. Pride of management along with prideful residents, truly made the decision to chose Eastbank easy. Sabrina, Casey, Jose and Angenete made my move in experience seamless, and the ambience of the evening lighting scheme eastbank has going on is so pleasant after a long day at work. The team at this community are getting it all RIGHT!!!

If you are looking for a luxury living experience, Eastbank is it! Located in a quiet neighborhood with a plethora of shopping and dining options close by, all my needs are met here. I fell in love with the property the moment I stepped into one of the apartments. All of the property staff is extremely helpful and they have gone above and beyond to make this living experience the best.

I and my 12 year Old Daughter Love this Community Im so Glad I picked this Community to Live here we were the First Tenant in our Unit by being Newly Built and weve Highly enjoyed Everything and More that This Community and Area has to Offer. This apartment is a very good place if you want a peaceful mindset and basic apartment needs like pool, gym and club house. Staff is very friendly and supportive specially if you have reached to Lauren you can consider it's done. My kids are shouting and running around at the apartment for which I got no complaints. My belief is that the building is well-built with good sound proof and solid slabs. Even my friends who visited this place wanted to move here considering the rich look , features and support we can have. This is a good apartment for families who wish to stay and send kids to school in 5 min with a friendly neighborhood.

Eastbank is a quiet lavish community. The staff such as Lauren and Jacob are amazing. They are always eager to help and check in to make sure that your experience is pleasant. Ive never had a bad interaction with either of them. I wish more communities would have a Lauren and Jacob power team. They truly make the community worth living in. And always ensure the community is one that has neighborhood interaction and activities.

Love this apartment! Have tons of experience with apartments, this is by far the best Ive experienced. Its beautiful, convenient, safe, clean, fresh, and more. You cant beat going on a run on the river walk, spending time on the rooftop, amazing apartment interiors, the safety and convenience of Flower Mound, and more. I cant wait for social distancing to end so our friends and family can experience what we get to live in every day. Its amazing!
