The property is nice. It's not perfect but then again what is lol. However, I do feel that the staff are nice and understanding. I can name a few improvements especially with the rent increases but nothing too major. Just basics , like keeping breezeways lit and cleaner and shampooing carpets after being a resident after 1 year and especially after 2 yrs

As a senior, I did not think I would like moving and living into a large family community. As of now I have adapted to living here and seeing and getting to know the children playing and hearing their laughter that brings joy to my heart and I also speak to my neighbors.

Compared to the prices across Metro Atlanta I believe East Park Ridge is a great community. They answer work orders quickly and efficiently, most of the staff is nice and helpful. They are also very understanding and considerate. No where is perfect, but this is close to it.

I have been able to have East Ridge my home for 6 months, any issues with maintenance are resolved within 48 hours. Communication with front office has been great. Community is great, kids are always playing in there correct areas. Great place to call home!
Great community. The maintenance team is always here working and keeping the community clean. When I come in the office, the staff answers my requests and are helpful. Great value here.
A great complex with friendly staff, great amenities and clean spacious floor plans. Not once have I regretted my decision to move here. I plan to stay as long as they allow lol you won’t regret choosing East Ridge Park.
East Ridge is a really nice gated community to live in. The staff is very understanding when it comes to certain situations. Communication with staff is very important.

I was accepted and received a move in date from Arielle Terrance to be exact! I was ensured I would move in, I paid off old debt so that I could move in, put stuff in storage, missed work gathering documents only to be advised that it was a mistake in my application. That I made too much????? and they were sorry because she was new but really didn't show any sympathy, it was I'm sorry its the system. Please do not deal with these rude unprofessional people.

Good morning, We do regret that you have had this experience. Our rental criteria that are signed with our application packet does indicate any debt owed to utilities will need to be paid in full. Once the application packet has been completed, we do issue a \"welcome letter\" with a tentative move-in date along with the associated amounts that could be due at move in. This being said, we process all applications with the information that is entered by the applicant on the application. Once the application is processed, we collect all documents at that time to verify the information. If we receive documents that show that the amount earned is actually different than the application, this could pose and issue with the approval process. We are a LIHTC community, and if you exceed the amount that is allotted per the program guidelines, we are required to deny the application per the terms of that program. We do give this information up front, and it is also in the packet that is completed. I will be happy to go over specifics with your application if you would like. This property for one NEVER answers the phone and then when you have a problem they are quick to say "you should email". They do not care about ANYONES safety, have security but apparently they are just there for noise complaints! A couple of cars are always stolen from here because the gates NEVER work. I would'nt recommend this property to anyone!

Our patrol service is here to service the courtesy officer line for disturbance calls that they may receive. While we cannot guarantee the safety of any persons, if you should ever feel that you have an immediate issue, please call the local law enforcement. They are in place to serve and protect the neighborhood and the residents of the community. Regarding the gate, we do call for repair as soon as it goes down. The gates are a mechanical mechanism and unfortunately, they do get hit by cars tailgating. This will cause them to go offline, but we will service them on our next business day. Ive been living at Avalon Ridge for five years and Im definitely renewing my lease in January. The office staff lead by Melissa is amazing. I love that I never have to go into the rental office because someone always returns my call or email in a timely manner. The landscaping is absolutely beautiful and the team is always picking up trash on the property when kids dont clean up after themselves. The love that theres always a security guard on the property making all of the residents feel safe. The service team is very knowledgeable on any issues that has comes up in my unit and I love that we have a 24 hour turnaround time to address an issue in our unit. If youre looking for a great place to call home in a perfect location to everything in Atlanta, I highly recommend that you give Avalon Ridge Apartment a call and I promise you want be disappointed.

Avalon Ridge Apartments is a decent, clean, quiet, security monitored community. I am glad that I reside at Avalon. The Leasing management is professional, and go above & beyond to ensure tenant satisfaction. They really care about people and their actions shows it.
I would gladly recommend this place to anyone nice quiet community. The only thing is parking hard to find places after work but other then that the leasing office listens to all concerns and very understanding. It was a smooth transition for me. When I first moved here a month ago.. I knew I picked the right place for me and my family. I feel safe and secure and have great associates in the office who are friendly and makes you feel more at home than any other apartments I lived in the past. This property is a nice place, great location, staff are professional and courteous. I believe management are trying their best to maintain this place, but unfortunately they are out numbered by the kind of people (residents) with no values, people who dont care about where they live, what their environment looks like. Some of them act like they live in the wild. They break the gates almost everyday allowing all kinds to enter the property, making this place unsafe. Otherwise this place would have been the BEST. Its unfortunate.....
Avalon ridge I give it a 4/5 stars. Many families live here, which can be good due to most adults minding their own business and bad when the kids come around and leave trash in the place. I do love the security that is here and makes sure everything is fine and the gated community is good for where youre at. Rent isnt overly expensive, but my only biggest wish is that if there is any community activities other ppl can get to know each other more.
I highly recommend Avalon Ridge to anyone whos looking for a home in the Atlanta area. The property is very clean and the landscaping is absolutely beautiful. Theres always a security guard on the property and my kids really enjoy the swimming pool in the summer. The management team is very professional and helpful and willing to assist with any issue you may have. The service team is always knowledgeable of the issue and they never make you wait to get something repaired. If youre looking for a home, stop by and take a tour of the property.
